That’s right folks. Tick off the wrong person and you too can spend the night in the “New” Stalinist Democratic Party’s rendition of Gitmo.
DENVER (CBS4) ― CBS4 News has learned if mass arrests happen at the Democratic Convention, those taken into custody will be jailed in a warehouse owned by the City of Denver. Investigator Rick Sallinger discovered the location and managed to get inside for a look.
The newly created lockup is on the northeast side of Denver. Protesters have already given this place a name: “Gitmo on the Platte.”
Inside are dozens are metal cages. They are made out of chain link fence material and topped by rolls of barbed wire.
I wonder what the ratio of Hillary supporters will be in that tank? You all know how popular we will be with Barky and his hood ornament Howard. Not to mention Nancy and Donna. So bring a book with you, Denver people! You can at least read between floggings by those Recreate68 folks.
Maybe Barack can bring in the Taliban to shoot us. I understand he’s the candidate of choice amongst terrorists worldwide.
Unfortunately, while you are in the tank, you will miss Barack Obama standing perfectly still, his ear turned toward the crowd, his nose sniffing the air, chin jutted out, his eyes slightly glazed, as he revels in the roar of the crowd in response to a planned platitude.

All American? My high school friend who escaped from mainland China at age 9 to Tawain, along with her parents and siblings, and who didn’t arrive in the USA until she was 16 was more “American” than Obama is and they went from prosperity to poverty with that defection from Communist China.
Maybe if both Mr. and Mrs. Obama hadn’t led such a charmed life, they could better appreciate what they haven’t earned rather than find fault with the country whose freedom allowed them to achieve the lofty perch they now sit on. You can tell from their demeanor that neither of them loves this country or its people; he can barely tolerate stooping to ask for our vote.
If we were so foolish that we couldn’t see what is so plainly visible on Obama’s face, when you catch him unscripted and not on like any other performing celebrity, we would fall prey to every con artist we met.

OT: Judith Miller of the NYT is repeating the accusation that John McCain cheated.

Now when is the Obama campaign going to disavow Ms. Miller? She wrote numerous articles about Iraq and all of the “weapons of mass destruction (WMDs)” that the evil Saddam had. Obama himself has said that the WMD story was over-hyped.
If he’s willing to take support from Judith Miller, the same as Bush did, there you have it.

We are extremely disappointed to see that the level of objectivity at NBC News has fallen so low that reporters are now giving voice to unsubstantiated, partisan claims in order to undercut John McCain.
Nowhere was this more evident than with NBC chief correspondent Andrea Mitchell’s comments on “Meet the Press” this morning. In analyzing last night’s presidential forum at Saddleback Church, Mitchell expressed the Obama campaign spin that John McCain could only have done so well last night because he “may not have been in the cone of silence and may have had some ability to overhear what the questions were to Obama.” Here are Andrea Mitchell’s comments in full:
Mitchell: “The Obama people must feel that he didn’t do quite as well as they might have wanted to in that context, because what they are putting out privately is that McCain may not have been in the cone of silence and may have had some ability to overhear what the questions were to Obama. He seemed so well-prepared.” (NBC’s “Meet The Press,” 8/17/08)
Make no mistake: This is a serious charge. Andrea Mitchell is repeating, uncritically, a completely unsubstantiated Obama campaign claim that John McCain somehow cheated in last night’s forum at Saddleback Church. Instead of trying to substantiate this blatant falsehood in any way, Andrea Mitchell felt that she needed to repeat it on air to millions of “Meet the Press” viewers with no indication that 1.) There’s not one shred of evidence that it’s true; 2.) In his official correspondence to both campaigns, Pastor Rick Warren provided both candidates with information regarding the topic areas to be covered, which Barack Obama acknowledged during the forum when asked about Pastor Warren’s idea of an emergency plan for orphans and Obama said, “I cheated a little bit. I actually looked at this idea ahead of time, and I think it is a great idea;” 3.) John McCain actually requested that he and Barack Obama do the forum together on stage at the same time, making these kinds of after-the-fact complaints moot.
Indeed, instead of taking a critical journalistic approach to this spin, Andrea Mitchell did what has become a pattern for her of simply repeating Obama campaign talking points.
This is irresponsible journalism and sadly, indicative of the level of objectivity we have witnessed at NBC News this election cycle. Instead of examining the Obama campaign’s spin for truth before reporting it to more than 3 million NBC News viewers, Andrea Mitchell simply passed along Obama campaign conspiracy theories. The fact is that during Senator Obama’s segment at Saddleback last night, Senator McCain was in a motorcade to the event and then held in a green room with no broadcast feed. In the forum, John McCain clearly demonstrated to the American people that he is prepared to be our next President…..
We are concerned that your News Division is following MSNBC’s lead in abandoning non-partisan coverage of the Presidential race. We would like to request a meeting with you as soon as possible to discuss our deep concerns about the news standards and level of objectivity at NBC.

Couldn’t possibly be that Obama’s fresher, younger brain actually couldn’t hold as many facts as “old” McCain’s does, could it? I mean drugs don’t really kill brain cells, do they? Isn’t GWB proof of that?
And military training wouldn’t actually help McCain retain a cerebral edge when preparing and retaining more information than, say, some guy who spends his days lazing around on beaches, would it?
And if you still have doubts that the “older” babyboomers can’t run rings around younger boomer Obama, review some video tape of another candidate that didn’t need a telepromter to tell her what she thought.
All the white delegates will be pulled over and arrested for being white at the obamacrat party nomincation. It’s the injustice that blacks in america have been dealing with for a long time and while it might be good for “even” whites to know how it feels to be falsely persecuted, usually you don’t jail your friends and the people who have been fighting for equal rights all these years.
I forget, the obamacrat movement is just ugly and stupid.

That is exactly what came to my mind when I saw those cages, Obama will be getting a chance to throw white people into lockup especially all those that want to go against his dreams of hope and change, am sure he must be welcoming the thought of that one.
I don’t think Obama’s party is made up of those people who have been fighting for civil rights all these years. It seems to be composed mostly of those who didn’t.

As for the Denver cages, let Obama, his crazy bots and Crazy Dean, Pelosi and the rest just keep it up. That way the rest of the US voters and the world can see how nutty they all are and get behind McCain full force. I admire people going to Denver to protest knowing what is waiting there. The cages are symbolic of the feelings that no one is to question “the one”. Guess they can explain away their opposition like the Repub’s being against them. Two parties w differing ideas. But how do you explain millions of people who oppose you in your own party?? Millions of bots and chanting won’t drown that out. That being said, if everyone is obeying the law, I don’t think they can be locked up. Protesting isn’t against the law as far as I know.
The problem is the same with all other progressive protests.
There will not be one message. 9/11 truthers will be there. I’m sure that several other groups protesting goodness knows what will be there.
One lesson progressives/liberals did not learn from the Civil Rights movement. Come with a unified message.

Sometimes it is mind boggling to read posts like this but the statement that leaped out of it was “after she saw that Obama’s lead was insurmountable and she put an eye toward 2112“! The police officers should not be subjected to orders for treating prisoners this way, as well.

Those who do end up at Gitmo on the Platte will be transported to the Denver County jail for release. The county jail is on the far east end of Denver 15+ miles from downtown. From there they will have to find their own way back to hotels, their cars, free-speech zones… Knowing the ways of the Denver Police I’m sure many of the releases will be in the middle of the night to make it even harder to rejoin the “fun”.
