You people are insane; I’m a fan of Sen. Clinton, though I was always a supporter of Obama. Clinton’s vote for the Iraq war is unforgivable. Also her foreign policy views are too hawkish.

That said, she is an amazing politician, who has accomplished a lot- still to vote for the party that slammed her for so many years is insane and stupid - you will cut off your own nose to spite your face. McCain/Palin is a ticket that means more war, more economic unrest, more restrictions on a woman’s right to choose, more restrictions on affirmative action, more blocks on gay rights. If McCain wins, you whiners don’t get to complain then about how sorry ourcountry’s state will be.

What did you expect? Her hands were tied. The Clintons did everything for the Party that really doesn’t deserve it. In other words, they went through the motions because they were already being set up by Donna Brazille and others to take the fall in case Mr. “it’s never my fault” Obama lost the general election. Damn, it gives new life to you’re damn if you do, you’re damn if you don’t. However, things turn out, Hillary will always be my hero, she is the best. I too kept playing it over and over and waiting for someone to correct her. The talking heads really don’t listen! I’ve been checking YouTube, but, so far no post. And, surprisingly, very few reactions on the web. Beginning to think there are forces out there suppressing this unfortunate mistake.

I noticed that no one has yet answered any of my points with any real response.

I did not say anything about supporting Obama, I was talking about what I am hearing from Hillary supports about why Hillary lost. I am doing this one step at a time.

Please, cite to me the facts. Do not give me what other people believe. Answer my question, not attack. I believe I have been prettycordial.

Finally, please stop citing nonsensical things just because you think it sounds good. For example, there is nothing in the Constitution against having dual citizenships.

Excuse me, but please define,”beatings.” Does this mean Clinton supporters will continue to be verbally abused and or have tires slashed etc. until they are beaten into submission? If so, morale will improve and reinforce a revolt against the Democratic Party leadership and strengthen the resolve of many of us to vote against Obama. Perhapse you did not get the memo. Obama supporters were supposed to make nice with Clinton supporters in order to get our votes. Actually, since Donna told us we were not needed, I do not see the urgency for all the angst to get us to convert. Your messiah just needs to stop lolling on Hawaiian beaches and cavorting on golf courses. Perhaps then he might actually show that he can campaign for hinself with the aid of his VP choice and let Hillary have a vacation. He’s already had two, one of which was while she was campaigning for him. Then she can get back to the Senate and continue working for the causes in which we believe like fighting against Fisa.

Now who’s drinking the Kool-Aid? I donated money to Clinton, volunteered making phone calls, blogged, wrote articles making her case, and have her sign under my bed (now headed for the recycling bin). But last night, she basically delivered the Obama talking point that those who reject him and the DNC election process are doing so because of some childish emotional tie to her. That’s insulting. Why didn’t she speak up for the thousands of voters who submitted complaints in the caucus states? Or for Florida and Michigan? No investigation of any of that. Just Clinton rewarding a bunch of misogynist, cutthroat jerks by handing over the nomination and kneecapping every attempt made by her supporters on her behalf. She said this election would have lasting consequences, then she punted. Thanks for the memories…

NO STATE RUN MEDIA!!! THIS ISN’T RUSSIA.

I was amazed by Hillary last night.
I have listened to the major networks coverage of her speech today and am astonished that they have begun to pick it apart. She didn’t say this … must mean that…

I could never be as gracious and/or generous in the same situation. She simply amazes me.

HOWEVER, I will not vote for Obama.

My stand is against our STATE RUN TV that has manipulated this election and its outcome. The networks and internet have determined the candidate and not done their duty to properly vet this novice.

He’s still inexperienced, unvetted, crooked, and not ready to lead.

How can America ever have effitive leaders with this kind of rough handed manipulation of cramming an unaccomplished person down our throats just cos they can.

I have never liked Hillary Clinton. She is not the person I want to break bread with, share a vacation or any of that fuzzy personal stuff.

My support for her is strictly a personnel decision.

The Presidency requires a person with administrative skills, the ability to pick the right people, a knowledge of how Washington and the various states of the country works, a knowledge of foreign relationsans, above all, utter determination.

She lacks the first requirements, is weak on the second but has the others in spades. Only the Terminator was more determined.

Obama is just determined.

My acid test is that I can imagine Clinton across the table looking into Putin’s KBG torturer’s eyes with that scrotum-shrinking lizzard stare of hers.

I just can’t picture Obama at the same table.

Let’s talk about reality since you wonder why I am posting. The democratic party is not just split; it’s shattered. The DNC has put forth an illegal election and the democratic process has once again been overturned. You know that “democratic process” the one that generations of Americans have died for. The democracy that allows every citizen to vote and for every vote to be counted. A democracy that does not sanction back room Banana Republic election deals.- The democracy that Hillary Clinton refuses to defend by her willingness to collaborate with the DNC cabal.

There are times in history when people are required to take moral and ethical positions which go beyond self interest. I think Hillary is a brilliant woman and won the nomination and what is happening is a tragedy. However, she has made it clear that she supports an illegal Democratic Party and that her future role in that party is more important to her than principals. Her efforts to exhort us to vote for this vile man is wrong. It’s delusional to think that Hillary will ever be given a fair opportunity to run for President by this elite party. After all she did win the popular vote already. What magical thing is she supposed to do to make things work better next time?

You are presuming to understand why I post and what my motivations might be. I have deep regrets that I will not be able to vote for Hillary Clinton in this election but I am not a fan girl. I believe that democracy itself is more important than any one of us including Senator Clinton. There are many of us who feel that the new Democractic Party must be replaced by a genuine and centrist third party.

You need to ask yourself why you want to silence people with different ideas from your own. Being allowed to have a point of view is an intrinsic part of the democratic process.

And, for once, WORDS are not enough — not Obambi’s, not the Obamatrons, not even our beloved Hillary’s. WORDS are empty now. It’s too late. Speaking of Michelle, I cringed at the way she chatted constantly during Gov. of Ohio Ted Strickland’s speech. It was rude, not first-ladylike at all. I could not see Jackie Kennedy doing that. Or Hillary. Gov. Strickland seemed to see the cameras focusing on Michelle yakking (at one point there was a split-screen); he seemed slightly flustered and ended his remarks with an abrupt “Thank you” and left the stage.

I also noticed that Michelle’s bra strap was peeking out during her own speech. And finally, yes, she did look jealous during Hillary’s speech.
