THE MAKING OF A MESSIAH

Since John McCain picked Sarah Palin to run on his ticket as Vice President, the Obama campaign and his faithful followers have been busy trying to discredit her as having less experience than Barack Obama.

Of course, they try to ignore her extensive list of accomplishments as Governor and only speak of her role as Mayor of City of Wasilla. I’ve also noticed that they are rolling out a list of Obama legislative accomplishments in Illinois when he was State Senator.

But the real story here isn’t what they say he did, the real story is what he didn’t do and took credit for.

An article written in February of 2008 by a journalist, Todd Spivak, who worked for a small paper in Chicago — The Hyde Park Herald, knew Obama before he donned that glowing halo his supporters have encased him in. I won’t go into the entire story about how he met him, and what his contacts were, you can read that in his very lengthy and fascinating story, Barack Obama and Me. [SusanUnPC's Note: I'm so glad that Divine is linking to this critically important story -- it is essential reading for ALL voters.]

However, I will point out the true résumé of Barack Obama.

Before 2002, when the Democrats swept nearly all of the Illinois state government positions because the public were sick of President Bush and the Republicans, in general, Obama was going nowhere fast. Every bit of legislation in his name sank like a mob hit wearing cement boots in the Chicago River. It wasn’t until the Democrats controlled the governor’s office and both legislative chambers that the star shown over Obama. But how does this happen to a man who was relatively unknown, even in his own State of Illinois?

The shining light came from one person, Emil Jones, Jr., who represented a district on the Chicago South Side that wasn’t far from Obama’s own district. According to Todd Spivak, and confirmed by Jone’s himself, this is how it all went down.

Several months before Obama announced his U.S. Senate bid, Jones called his old friend Cliff Kelley, a former Chicago alderman who now hosts the city’s most popular black call-in radio program.

I called Kelley last week and he recollected the private conversation as follows:

“He said, ‘Cliff, I’m gonna make me a U.S. Senator.’”

“Oh, you are? Who might that be?”

“Barack Obama.”

Jones then proceeded to appoint Obama as sponsor of every high-profile piece of legislation that has been in the works by other senior rank-and-file legislators. Needless to say, they weren’t happy. State Senator Rickey Hendon said this,

“I took all the beatings and insults and endured all the racist comments over the years from nasty Republican committee chairmen,” State Senator Rickey Hendon, the original sponsor of landmark racial profiling and videotaped confession legislation yanked away by Jones and given to Obama, complained to me at the time. “Barack didn’t have to endure any of it, yet, in the end, he got all the credit.

“I don’t consider it bill jacking,” Hendon told me. “But no one wants to carry the ball 99 yards all the way to the one-yard line, and then give it to the halfback who gets all the credit and the stats in the record book.”

Recently, when Sarah Palin dissed Obama for his community service in Chicago, the Obama supporters have been up in arms. “What’s wrong with Community Service?”, they asked indignantly. Well, there’s nothing wrong with community service, when it’s done for the community and not for your own political aspirations. Some on the South Side of Chicago saw through the phony facade that Obama was presenting to the public.

But, as a state senator, Obama evaded leadership on a host of critical community issues, from historic preservation to the rapid demolition of nearby public-housing projects, according to many South Siders.

Harold Lucas, a veteran South Side community organizer who remembers when Obama was “just a big-eared kid fresh out of school,” says he didn’t finally decide to support Obama’s presidential bid until he was actually inside the voting booth on Super Tuesday.

“I’m not happy about the quality of life in my community,” says Lucas, who now heads a black-heritage tourism business in Chicago. “As a local elected official, he had a primary role in that.”

You might wonder how Jones was repaid for his roll in presenting us with a Messiah. Well, Obama released a comprehensive list of earmark requests which comprised of more than $300 million in pet projects for Illinois, including tens of millions for Jone’s Senate district. Spevick recalls,

Shortly after Jones became Senate president, I remember asking his view on pork-barrel spending.

I’ll never forget what he said:

“Some call it pork; I call it steak.”

And speaking of pork…we’ve all heard Obama and his disciples talking about how Palin was for the “Bridge to Nowhere” before she was against it? Well, the fact is, she was for a “link”, which could be anything from a bridge to a ferry. Her exact quote (one you won’t hear from the MSM or Obama) was, “The money that’s been appropriated for the project, it should remain available for a link, an access process as we continue to evaluate the scope and just how best to just get this done. This link is a commitment to help Ketchikan expand its access, to help this community prosper.”She ended up not supporting the bridge to nowhere, but guess what? Obama just loved the idea! In the US Senate, Obama VOTED FOR the $400 million Bridge to Nowhere.

Let’s make this clear, though… Obama won’t call that “pork”, he calls it “steak”. Only the best for “The Messiah”.

I guess nobody needs Obama any more at all.

He said he would bring the troops home. Bush is starting to do that. And, since the surge worked (no thanks to Obama) our next President McCain can bring the rest of our troops back when they’re ready to come home.

As a matter of fact, Obama has changed his position on almost all issues that we could just elect John McCain President and not worry about Obama flip-flopping again to something perhaps very uncomfortable. American’s really don’t like Obama’s form of socialist communism — they really don’t.

As a matter of fact by electing John McCain, we won’t have to worry about why Obama likes to hang with gutter-types like Tony Resko, William Ayers, Jeremiah Wright, and other low-lifes.

This idea is so wonderful, I’d like to invite all of you dedicated Americans to vote for John McCain and that wonderful young lady of real hope and real change, Sarah Palin.

What a glorious breath of fresh air she truly is. And she has more, much more, executive experience than Obama and Biden — roll them up and throw those bad boys away.

No Jeremiah Wright Obama. No Hussein Ayers. No Father Barack Pflager. And, well, no B. Obama Farrakhan.

God bless America.

Sept. 7, 2008 – NYT

“Twenty years ago,” Mr. Wright said at Elmwood United Presbyterian Church, where he was appearing as guest minister, “a scrawny little kid, pointed nose, big-eared; mama from Kansas, daddy from Kenya; the lord told him, an ordinary black boy, ‘You can be a state senator and you can bring folk to the bargaining table who not only do not talk to one another, these folk don’t like one another.’

“He did what the lord said,” Mr. Wright continued, “an ordinary black boy like Mary was an ordinary little girl. Not only did he become a state senator, this black boy with an African daddy from Kenya and a white American mama from Kansas, he had the audacity to hope, so he ran for the United States Senate.

“And now,” Mr. Wright added, as cheers rang from the audience and the organist punctuated his words, “Oh my God, and now — Whoo!”

Obama used Trinity Church to advance his political career and get on the inside of the Chicago political machine. He didn’t care if that path involved rubbing shoulders with Ayers and Rezko and other unsavory characters exhibiting behavior that conflicted with Christ’s teachings.
And Obama’s actions during the primary revealed his true character – and it ain’t a pretty sight.

That spoken from a man who has been having an affair with Elizabeth Payne—-lots of cred there. Elizabeth has lost her job, her husband, her standing in her church because of Wright. Great role model/minister model for their community–NOT.

Has anyone noticed that Rev. Wright describes BO twenty years ago as a “scrawny little kid”? WTF is he talking about? Twenty years ago BO was 27 years old! Another attempt to shelter him from inconvenient associations? BO did the same thing when he said he was eight years old when his pal Ayers was honing his terrorist skills, very carefully covering the fact that he has also known him for twenty years. The Obamboozler in action!

I feel certain now that the McCain people have a huge October surprise. It is completely out of character for republican strategists to run such a solid, positive, appealing and sometimes humble campaign. They have something so big they don’t even have to risk a negative label to win in desperation. They are just biding time with a fair, clean fight.

This was offensive when Obama said it, and still is. He has a definite problem with women. It is obvious in his taste for music and in his previous comments against Clinton and now Palin. The Democratic Party should be ashamed to have him as their candidate and leader.

Karma is a bitch! Remember all the faux outrage from Obamabots over Hillary’s historical remark about LBJ and Dr. King. She’s a RACIST!!
And her historical remark about RFK – Hillary wants Obama ASSASSINATED!!
And Hillary merely citing polling data that the white working class wasn’t voting for Oblahma – she’s a RACIST!!!

Obviously Obama didn’t call Palin a pig, but I love the way the Repubs are defending Palin and making a big deal about it.
No Dem leaders defended Hillary’s innocent and ACCURATE remarks! – but instead went along with Obamabots hysteria over nothing.

Comment by Andy | 2008-09-09 20:10:52

Not obviously JoseyJ: something really weird was going through Obama’s head… It was really ourageous. The crowd REALLY thought he was talking about Palin.
IMO he called Palin a pig, or Palin was the lipstick on the pig(McCain). And he called McCain a stinking old fish. How can anyone who speaks like that can be POTUS??? That was so so so unpresidential….He also was offensive and disrespectful in treating Palin a mere mother and a sexualized object if she wa sthe lipstick instead of the pig itself.

Barack Obama today (as reported by ABC News):

You know, you can put lipstick on a pig,” Obama said, “but it’s still a pig.” The crowd rose and applauded, some of them no doubt thinking he may have been alluding to Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin’s ad lib during her vice presidential nomination acceptance speech last week, “What’s the difference between a hockey mom and a pit bull? Lipstick.” “You can wrap an old fish in a piece of paper called ‘change,’” Obama continued, “it’s still gonna stink after eight years. “We’ve had enough of the same old thing! It’s time to bring about real change to Washington. And that’s the choice you’ve got in this election.” Obama added that “it is not going to be easy … John McCain has a compelling biography, you know Sarah Palin is an interesting story.” The crowd booed. “No, she’s new!” Obama said. “She hasn’t been on the scene, you know, she’s got five kids and my hat goes off to anybody who’s looking after five. I’ve got two and they tire Michelle and me out!”

The whole thing is really offensive.

UG …you left out Mohammed the taxi car driver.

Does this IGIT think he is giving a sermon at ST. Sabina?

St. Sabina
Widow of Valentinus and daughter of Herod Metallarius, suffered martyrdom about 126. According to the Acts of the martyrdom, which however have no historic value, she lived at Rome and was converted to Christianity by her female slave Serapia. Serapia was put to death for her faith and later, in the same year, Sabina suffered martyrdom. In 430 her relics were brought to the Aventine, where a basilica, which is very interesting in the history of art, is called after St. Sabina. Originally the church was dedicated to both saints. The feast of St. Sabina is celebrated on 29 August.

Actually, it was Kieth Olberman who read Sen. Clinton’s reference to Bobby Kennedy as a call for Sen. Obama’s assassination. You remember Kieth’s rant, don’t you? How he went for 10 minutes spewing and sputtering and spitting how loathesome was Sen. Clinton for advocating such a despicable, hideous crime. Shame on her, he raved; shame and shame again. I don’t think Mr. Olberman is a republican…

This from the guy who three weeks previously had stated flatly that a super-delegate should take Sen. Clinton into a room, and only he comes out. You remember him, don’t you?

Irony is that by not choosing Hillary, Obama confirmed his gender bias issues.

The Republicans are doing what they can, in Gov. Palin, to retrieve all that “shatter glass”. They may not even get a majority of that demographic but the symbolism is grounded in a reality that won’t go away.

It is insane to think a person like Gov. Palin does not have an appreciation of the environment, being an outdoors type. (who isn’t in Alaska?)

It was VERY offense of Obama to slam “Mohammad” the taxi driver by using him to draw a contrast using The name “Mohamed” as a terrorist. All this to do what? Insult the Prophet Mohamed and his taxi?

I make this point to draw the parraell to how Gov. Palin is being Austroturfed.
When it gets to the point that we have such disregard for the accomplishments of an individual, (or lack there of in the case of BO), our ability to remain a nation of diversity is in question.

It really astounds me that they still believe we would ever come back….I never moved from here, how can I come back, I’m still standing on principal, on democracy, on my own….I no longer need the democrats to tell me what to believe, as I now know completely that they have no beliefs, no values, no morals, no democratic principals.
I stand with John and Sarah, I stand with my country first, I stand on morality, on respect for voters and where they choose to vote, I stand with democracy….not the democrats. Obama crushing under pressure?

…being even more rude and mysogynistic as can be.

…speaking of pigs.

“Obama: ‘Lipstick on a pig’

Amie Parnes reports from Lebanon, VA:

Obama poked fun of McCain and Palin’s new “change” mantra.

“You can put lipstick on a pig,” he said as the crowd cheered. “It’s still
a pig.”

“You can wrap an old fish in a piece of paper called change. It’s still
gonna stink.”

“We’ve had enough of the same old thing.”

The crowd apparently took the “lipstick” line as a reference to Palin, who
described the difference between a hockey mom and a pit bull in a single
word: “lipstick.”

UPDATE: The McCain campaign is now saying Obama called Palin a pig, which
he didn’t. They also note that “lipstick is a fairly common idiom he often
uses,” as in a recent Washington Post interview. McCain has also used the
phrase. Though on a day when Obama’s surrogates were joking that Palin’s
record can’t be concealed with lipstick, it was hard for those following
the campaign not to hear the echo.”

http://www.politico.com/blogs/bensmith/0908/Obama_Lipstick_on_a_pig.html

Barry has the nerve to not stand by his references. Of course he was
talking about Palin and McCain, is there someone else he’s running against
that he is trying to refer to? NO.

He specifically was talking about his challengers because he said “paper
called change. It’s still gonna stink.” “We’ve had enough of the same old
thing.”

If Barry really expects people to buy he wasn’t referring to Palin and
McCain, maybe he’d like to share who it was he was referring to in that
statement.

and as my hubby just replied to me:
“.all intentionally indirect abuse that is without a doubt targeted to McCain & Palin …but has that scumbag’s wiggle room for Barry to say he was not referring to them literally…
It is rude and demeaning and completely NOT a NEW kind of Politics…it is nasty Rovian Politics…foul and disrespectful and totally unworthy of a Presidential Candidate…that’s punk street-talk/trash-talk…
What a total @SSHOLE!”

Comment by Lark | 2008-09-09 20:32:54

Had that been the only comment then he could have had a pass. But Obama knew exactly what he is saying and doing. By following the first comment with “old fish” he then specifically made a subtle reference to Palin in the first comment. Then he reinforced the insult by referring to the issue in the present singular. “The same old thing” is a direct reference to McCain.

Had all of these references been said in the plural, then they would refer back to the subject under discussion. But by making them in the singular he referred the argument to the subjects of the reference.

He can’t scape the insults now like he did with Hillary and the finger gesture and the shoulder and leg brush gesture. He is an insulting candidate that has the manners of a thug. That in reference to his comment that he will not be bullied.

Obama is stooping to the lowest denominator of a politician not only in memory but it will be difficult to find in history one more distasteful.

“His one education accomplishment? In the State Senate, he sponsored a bill that made sex education mandatory . . . for kindergartners.”

Bwahahahahahaha …… OUCH!!!!

I suspect they don’t want him to appear to possess any executive experience at all.

What’s weird is that Obama goes along with it.

Watching Obama reaching for Bill O’Reilly’s knee is so disgusting. Hearing Obama pass off his alliances with Ayers and Wright is even worse.

It’s guilt by association, he whines. “He did a despicable act when I was eight!” and “I know thousands of people!” Or how about, “I never heard him say those things” (speaking of Wright’s outrageous comments, adding now the relationship is “ruptured” as a result. And oh yeah, he went to church twice a month.)

Bill O’Reilly said he knows thousands of people too and not one is like that (Ayers bomber.)

Comment by Amalia | 2008-09-09 19:16:59

the relationship with Ayers was a tangent? what a joke. the relationship
was strong and will be uncovered.

O’Reilly just said that Obama does not think the relationship with Ayers
was a problem.

the fact is now Obama does think it is a problem. he is just lying about
it now.

and truth will come out!

Is there a historical presidence for a presidential candidate self-destructing and the party asking them to resign? I know that VPs have come and gone but, even as a student of US history, I cannot think of a single presidential candidate resigning after their convention. As if Obama’s lies and associations aren’t bad enough, his misogynism is clearly appalling. Are their not any grownups and commonsense minded people not OD’d on Kool-Aid left in the party to understand just how inappropriate and destructive this is?!

If I were a Republican candidate, I’d be tying Obama’s quote to their Democratic candidate and beat a repudication out of them. Obama should become the pariah of the party. He might even lead to Democratic losses in the house and senate. Wouldn’t that be a kicker to see the Dems lose the Senate in a year like this and all because of the party’s Dear Leader?

Obama Supporter Sets Up Web Site Attacking Trig

About
Hi I my name is Trig and this is my website.

I started this becuase there is no way my mommy can become vice president. If that old fuck Mccain wins, who is like 91 years old, he will just die soon and my mommy will be president. How can a woman who gives birth to me, a retard, be president.

In my opinion, that does not show the strength needed to control the free world. On the positive side, if she wins I can invite all my retarded friends over to play in the oval office. We can shit and piss all over the place and piss off the secret service.

So join me in not voting for Obama and vote Mccain. You all know you want to see a retarded baby in the White House.

Comment by OBSP | 2008-09-09 19:37:56

Will the MSM pick it up? I doubt it! They normally pick up things from Drudge (oprah)and politco, but they will pass over this. I again feel sadden, but I will send the link to Rush now and Fox will pick it up from his show.

Comment by JM08 | 2008-09-09 19:38:14

The problem with the “lipstick on a pig comment” is this …

MSM wont willingly report it. If Sarah had said something like that about Obama it would get 24/7 coverage, but since the messiah is their guy they wont whisper a word about it. I have been flipping between all 3 channels and have not heard it mentioned once.

Yeah sure it is all over the blogosphere, but the people on the blogesphere already have their mind made up. The truly undecideds and the people who can be swayed do not go on the blogosphere. Nobody on Daily Kos is going to change their mind after this.

The only way for MSM to pick this up, would be for the McCain campaign to push the envelope and demand a apology, but McCain is not very aggressive on the offense.

Personally I dont see what downside their is for McCain to demand a apology. Nobody is going to hold it against him, but nothing out of the McCain camp about it so far. Whoever is running the McCain campaign is not doing a very good job in my opinion. They could have buried Obama by now.

I can understand saving your bullets till late Oct if you only had one or two bullets to fire, but McCain has a whole box of bullets he can fire. Obama has so much baggage. McCain could have a “october suprise” every week for Obama from now to November if he wanted, but instead he will wait till the very last second to unleash everything, which will diminish the effect, because everyone wont be able to digest everything at once.

My Opinion

Comment by Skip | 2008-09-09 19:44:59

I agree. And, McCain HAS now demanded an apology. I think they should keep demanding it, for that’s the only way the MSM will run with it.

I mean, seriously, this story has the potential to explode – I think it could be really big, and force Obama to issue an apology to Sarah. (And Pigs!)

One would think that if he (Obama) thinks he has risen so far, and is inevitable, wouldn’t he be able to be just a little more gracious than that?

He really very much disrespects not just America, but the process of attaining the executive office!

Only other possibility is he’s given up, decided to throw sand in the machinery. The ultimate terrorist.

Comment by csuzeq | 2008-09-09 22:17:29

See? His actions have never fit the image he has been putting out there. I have always said, if he truly were this new politics and great guy like he said, he would have backed Clinton, tried for VP and worked his butt of so his party could have 16 years in the White House. Well, no, he couldn’t do that, even though he is young so he could have waited and gained that needed experience first.
No, he could not do that because it has never been about you, me and the rest of the country, for Obama it is only about him and his needs!

He has been saying F you to all of us since he got into this race and many people couldn’t see it or they didn;t see it fast enough!

Something else I find puzzling is BO’s pronunciation of Pakistan. He says “Pock-uh-stan.” I’ve listened to countless news programs and not a single commentator pronounces Pakistan the way BO does nor do I know of a single person brought up and educated in the US who says “Pock-uh-stan.” Perhaps this is the Indonesian pronunciation?

As for O’s lipstick on a pig remark, I have one expressly for him. “You can’t make chicken salad out of chicken shit.” Clearly Dean and the DNC thought they could & BO still thinks he can. (”YES WE CAN make chicken salad out of chicken shit!”)

Earlier this evening Chris Matthews of tingle leg fame wondered aloud if this country is “losing its guts” should McCain be elected instead of Obama. Better this country lose its guts than its brains is all I can say. Chris Matthews is supposedly a journalist. Where does he dig up such BS?

Zerobama gives McCain little slap on education today (actually kind of refreshing to see him take on a MAN for a change), and the McCain campaign immediately responds with this knockout ad.

OUCH!

http://time-blog.com/real_clear_politics/2008/09/mccain_ad_education.html

As the father of a 5-year old girl in Kindergarten, I’d be OUTRAGED is they tried to teach her “comprehensive sex education”.

“Learning about SEX before learning to read?”

I think that is destined to become one of the most effective campaign lines in history and one the McCain campaign can deliver, over and over and over, and it will always have a huge impact.

I am looking forward to it in the debates.

Comment by wodiej | 2008-09-09 20:12:54

Comment by Above My Pay Grade | 2008-09-09 20:16:36

I think the crying wolf on racism by Obama ans his surrogates is even more beneficial to the McCain campaign than the pathalogical smearing of Sarah Palin.

There is absolutely no upside for Zerobama in doing this and TONS of downside.

The only people this race baiting might appeal to are African-americans (and it actually OFFENDS a lot of them) and far left white voters who still go in for “white guilt” (Think Father Pfleger). Both of these groups are already firmly in Obama’s camp.

“Typcial white people” (to borrow a phrase from Barry) are not racist and LIKE black people and are glad to see them do well.

We hate REAL racism, but are SICK and TIRED of all the false accusations of racism that poison our society.

These voters will rebel against this nonsense.

Comment by Hillary or Bust | 2008-09-09 20:31:15

“You can wrap an old fish in a piece of paper called change. It’s still gonna stink.”

“Old fish” can be slang for old vagina, and the reason fish is used to reference vagina is due to the idea that vagina smells like fish.

I have some links to definitions here:

Democrat Barack Obama’s once double-digit lead in Washington state is no more, according to this latest SurveyUSA poll conducted exclusively for KING-TV Seattle and KATU-TV Portland Oregon. In an election today, eight weeks till votes are counted, it’s Obama 49%, McCain 45%. Compared to an identical SurveyUSA poll 4 weeks ago (before both candidates had named their running mates), Obama is down 2 points; McCain is up 1. Compared to an identical SurveyUSA poll 8 weeks ago, Obama is down 6; McCain is up 6. Obama led by 17 points in June, led by 16 points in July, led 8 points in August, leads 4 points today.]

That is excellent news!

Seattle-area non-Obama Democrats, are we getting together in any way to help get the word out about him, and explain to others their non-Obama voting options (hint: that in WA state, writing in Hillary doesn’t help)?

I just talked to my vanpool about Obama on the way home. Two women in the vanpool hadn’t heard about “99 bitches”, scratching his face with his middle finger, or the “brush-off” move. They were in disbelief when I mentioned those things (hadn’t known about today’s, or I would have added those as well). They asked, did you just hear that he did it? Is this just something somebody said he did? Or did you see it yourself? I said, saw it via clips on youtube, and suggested that they go look around for them. They denounced such behavior as “disgusting” and “base” and went on to say how they’ve been thinking again about their support for Obama, and that he originally seemed better than he seems today. The PUMA ranks may be about to grow by 2!

The important point is that these two ladies, who I would consider pretty well-informed, didn’t know this information about Obama’s actions before I mentioned it. I thought, surely everybody knew about it, and was just supporting him regardless because those actions were seen as minor in the scheme of things. The astonishing (to me) reality: no, everybody doesn’t necessarily know about it, and hearing about it just might change someone’s mind.

PUMA’s, it won’t be time to celebrate until Nov 5. Until then, keep getting the word out. Also worth mentioning is the historical context of Roe v. Wade and why younger folks shouldn’t be scared by that threat, how a Democratic Congress will safeguard us against ultra-conservative SCOTUS picks, Obama’s flip-flops, etc.

An article worth the read regarding college students registering to vote; It looks like some of the states are taking exception to the way the college voters are registering(more than likely O voters)The article isn’t happy with this, but something worth looking into. This is much of how the O campaign expects to win in the swing states, where there are a lot of colleges, that’s why they are counting their chickens already on the electoral map.

Source: http://www.insidehighered.com/news/2008/09/03/voting

It reads, in part: “The Code of Virginia states that a student must declare a legal residence in order to register. A legal residence can be either a student’s permanent address from home or their current college residence. By making Montgomery County your permanent residence, you have declared your independence from your parents and can no longer be claimed as a dependent on their income tax filings — check with your tax professional.

anyway Im also of the mind that we shouldnt be celebrating too heartily yet. polls go up and down. We need to guard against voter fraud, cuz you know how good the bots are at that!, and keep working to defeat Obama. Im voting McCain/Palin and hope to see Hillary back in ‘12!!

We already know that BO is lower than low, but what is happening with the people who support him. These people are cheering his classless acts. Were these people ever decent people? Why do they think his behavior is applaudable? This does remind me of Hitler, and people getting sucked in, doing dispicable things they would never of dreamed of doing before. If they were ever respectable people, they should be distancing themselves from him and his classless acts. I am wondering if BO’s supporters will look back, and say, “what was I thinking?”. This is not America at its best.

No. I never had any illusions. It was pretty obvious from the beginning. Militant fascism masquerading as liberal schlopp.

More of Senator Hendon’s dealings with Obamanation:

On June 11, 2002, Obama’s vote sparked a confrontation after he joined Republicans to block Democrats trying to override a veto by GOP Gov.
George Ryan of a $2-million allotment for the west Chicago child welfare
office. Shortly afterward, Obama chastised Republicans for their “sanctimony”
in claiming that only they had the mettle to make tough choices in a tight
budget year. And he called for “responsible budgeting.”
A fellow Democrat suddenly seethed with anger. “You got a lot of nerve to
talk about being responsible,” said Sen. Rickey Hendon, accusing Obama
of voting to close the child welfare office.
Obama replied right away. “I understand Sen. Hendon’s anger. . . . I was not
aware that I had voted no on that last — last piece of legislation,” he said.

Remember: this was easy for the spoiled brat Bill Ayers. He had his father Tom Ayers – according to some even more powerful in Chicago than the Daleys – to bail him out at any time. If Billy wants to blow up some people darling why should we deny him? We’ve never before denied him anything!

And ask yourself where the power and money and influence of the deceased (2007) Tom Ayers is today. Care to guess?

And above all: follow the money. Follow the money to the Chicago bid for the 2016 Olympics. This is the big honey cake they all want.

Frankly I can’t understand why anyone would want to live in Chicago. But then again I’m sure the Eloi could never understand why the Morlocks lived underground.

One thing I take exception to immediately in this Spivak piece.

His intelligence was intimidating

I assume Spivak is not talking about Obama’s lack of intelligence. Obama is not a particularly intelligent individual. He’s a person possessing incredible gall, arrogance, and sense of entitlement but he’s not intelligent. Not even close.

He can’t even construct a single ad lib grammatically correct sentence. His lack of understanding how to handle the scandals is astonishing. He seems to have based his entire persona on an artificially deepened baritone voice that grows thin and annoying over time once the listener understands there’s nothing but an empty suit to back the words up.

Obama is decidedly not intelligent and any truly intelligent person sees this from the get-go.

Thank you.

All in all, I just get this sense that Obama is in over his head. There is nothing special about him, I get no sense of leadership, or humanity, or intelligence. It’s painful to watch–I get the sinking feeling that Dems can’t, and shouldn’t, win the White House this year. I’d pick Obama over Bush, but I’m going to choose McCain over Obama.

Dear Mr.Obambi,

When I heard your “lipstick” “pig” comment I was reminded of all the DISGUSTING rap music I hear where the supposed artist slams women in such a way that they are perceived to be nothing but some gutter hoe to be used at will because the artist has the stacks of cash to do what he wants. In other words, women to them are nothing more than a commodity bought with the spoils of of same rap music.

Obambi you claim to be an adult, and as such, should be wanting to show a good example to young African Americans, instead you solidify this same disgusting rap music (see above)in an effort to garner that spectrum of society for their vote. That in itself shows you have no interest in raising the level of decorum to something more genuine. A Palin you are not.

Obambi, it all fits, the middle finger to Hillary, the brushing off of your shoulder, the pig comments, the STINKY FISH comment, it all fits perfectly.

It fits perfectly because you really should have been a rap artist , you don’t have what it takes to be POTUS. Go cut some hoe rap tune and please take yourself off the ticket, you are disgusting to listen too.

You can put lipstick on a pig. It’s still a pig. - Barack Obama

That’s quite a mouthful, Obama. First you say people should pay off Sarah Palin – and then you go for it. There seems nothing too low for you. US voters don’t want that type of politics anymore. And the grave you’re digging for yourself is way more than six feet deep already, bro – so you can stop digging.

After all the Hillary-misogyny, the pig-lipstick remark and the stinky fish remark…it suddenly hit me: Who else hates women so very much merely for being female? Strict muslims, of course with their ‘religious cover’ that: your (sexually arousing) face and (sexually arousing) hair and (sexually arousing) body. Why I didn’t see this before is beyond me but I see it now. Don’t know if BO sees it himself but OMG! My sister said “well, what about his wife – a seeming strong woman?” My answer, “Maybe we’re dealing with a New Islam here where Black Liberation Theology allows for American style.”

Maybe even weirder, here’s my thought: The only thing between McCain-Palin winning is a physical breakdown of McCain. If Obama backers could slip him (through an innocent campaign worker) a bacteria ridden throat lozenge(?) before a speech causing an almost immediate but on camera breakdown. Nothing that would kill him but something like Jesse Jackson’s stomach flu a couple days ago. Just enough to get the MSM freaking everyone else out about Palin’s alleged “inexperience”. Kinda weird and creepy thinking I know, but what else do they really have anymore? Tell me what you think…I want to know!!

Comment by John House | 2008-09-10 07:50:54

Nation of Islam is not the same as traditional Islam, and I have been saying this for months. Obama is most likely a Nation of Islam Black Muslim. They treat their women slightly differently than traditional Islamists, which would explain why MEchelle is such a loud-mouthed whitey hater.

I do not and am really starting to have a negative impression about you guys. I’ve been reading, quietly, for months and liked what I read. I am in agreement with most of you. Actually McCain, The Drudge Report and Politico are all over the lipstick and other things.

UPDATE: The McCain campaign is now saying Obama called Palin a pig, which
he didn’t. They also note that “lipstick is a fairly common idiom he often
uses,” as in a recent Washington Post interview. McCain has also used the
phrase. Though on a day when Obama’s surrogates were joking that Palin’s
record can’t be concealed with lipstick, it was hard for those following the campaign not to hear theecho.”

Democratic Congressman Russ Carnahan on Tuesday – introducing Joe Biden at a campaign event – ripped into Palin’s record and punctuated it with this snarky jab. “There’s no way you can dress up that record, even with a lot of lipstick,” he said. Later in the day, Obama used a variation of the lipstick line, though he was clearly talking about the McCain-Palin reform rhetoric. “You can put lipstick on a pig,” he said. “It’s still a pig.”

Stephanie Cutter, Michelle Obama’s chief of staff, told MSNBC on Tuesday: “The more we learn about her, the more these facts don’t add up. We now learn that she’s the queen of pork in Alaska.”

More attempted attack on Sarah

Russell Brand pulled Sarah Palin electric chair jokes at VMA
Russell Brand was forced to cut jokes about Sarah Palin sending her own daughter to the electric chair when he presented the MTV Video Music Awards, he has said. But Brand, who called for Americans to vote for Democratic nominee Barack Obama in the presidential elections, claimed censors at the channel had already toned down his routine and vetoed several jokes.

He said: “I had John McCain gags pulled. And they asked me to tone down the gags about Sarah Palin. I wanted to say she was forcing her teenage daughter to have a baby because she is so anti-abortion.

“But also, as a Republican she is pro-execution so she is going to give her the electric chair for being a little slut.

“They weren’t keen on that one.”

Neverthless, he did manage to include a reference to George W Bush as a “retarded cowboy” during the routine.
