Got an e-mail this morning from Murphy at PUMAPac, with a phone no. for the clerk of court’s office in Truth Squad, MO. Sooo, I picked up me phone, punched in the number, and proceeded to unload (very politely) on the poor soul who answered. My call rolled over to her extension since the mailbox in question was full. Mine wasn’t exactly the first irate call she fielded today, that much was obvious.

Unbelievable! Why aren’t all of the MSM outlets on this?

this truth squad of his insane and scary for our democracy. They are fighting against NRA ads that show his record and previous stated stances. One thing i hate about the news is that everyone seems to take Obama at face value. BUllshit. He has been on the record against guns and even filled a questionarre saying he would ban all guns.
Now that he is running for prez he says he is not against them and now they are trying to say the NRA is smearing him.
The ads will run, it has no case. But this is my point.

Dems will be twice as bad with their penchant for pork and entitlement programs. We are in serious debt and no tax increase will change that with close to a trillion dollars in NEW spending on top of increasing funding on existing ones.
Obama will turn a recession into a depression. His great society part deux will destroy this country and seriously could take this country into darkness never seen before.

There’s an impressive group of professional women formed to defend her with fact checks and put out correct information. Never saw anything about legalities being involved.

When a Presidential Candidate calls for Law Enforcement, and the Criminal Justice system from the State of Missouri to Intimidate and Suppress FREE SPEECH, ALARM BELLS should be ringing EVERYWHERE.

Liberals, who are the first to cry for Constitutional Protections, are the LAST to understand the meaning and history of the US CONSTITUTION.

It is astonishing to me that the Liberals are the ones who will block FREE SPEECH. Maybe they should go back to school and read up on the FIRST AMENDMENT.

Then, look at libel and slander laws as they pertain to PUBLIC FIGURES.

Then review the US Criminal Code as it pertains to abridging FREE SPEECH, and INTIMIDATION of Voting Rights.

If O’Precious cannot handle a perceived slight, how is he going to deal with the rogue dictators and terrorists groups that actually want to harm the US? They will throw more than a “Perceived Slight” at the US. Do you think playing the RACE CARD will work then?

It’s funny how Liberals scream for Constitutional Protections only when their rights are violated. LIBERALS are more than happy to abuse the rights of others.

It does not matter to me if it were Obama or McCain preventing FREE SPEECH. Either way, it violates the US BILL OF RIGHTS.

It has nothing to do with being Liberal or Conservative. It has EVERYTHING to do with being AMERICAN.

We are all FREE to say whatever we want about our elected officials, short of physical threats.

Or he flip-flops on an issue and then denies that he ever held the exact opposite position.

The problem with this news report is that once again the reporters don’t have the either the knowledge or the brains to challenge the Obamanuts on their “truth”. Simply play the radio ads by Obumble that claim McCain is opposed to stem cell research, then read his record and Senate quotes in support of it and ask if their “truth squad” is going after their own lying candidate.

The problem with telling the truth about Obama is to know what the current truth is…

Today’s truth is tomorrows distrotion and lie.

In my fifty-five years, some four decades of which have been spent in extreme political consciousness and activism, I have never before witnessed so exclusively obvious a predilection by the MSM for a single candidate.

But I believe that the MSM love affair with Senator Obama was borne more out of their common hatred of all things Clinton.

This was a year tailor-made for the Clintons, whose leadership for much of the 1990s has been obviously proven successful. Even when the Hillary Clinton Health Care initiative failed, its core elements have been proven sound–as witness the parroting of the Obama camp in recent months of those same core elements.

The MSM knew that with the country in veritable shambles, a majority of the electorate would naturally gravitate back to that tried and proven Clinton leadership. Hillary ought to have been the Democratic nominee, and Senator McCain, for all of his own compelling personal record, would not have been a match for the distaff side of the “two-for” who presided over America’s last Golden Age of peace and prosperity.

Thus, the MSM knew long ago that Hillary was bound for the Presidency. And she could not have been stopped by the GOP itself; that Party had been too long mired in George Walker Bush apologia.

So, the MSM played in consort with David Axelrod. The Clintons had to be stopped from within their own party. And there required an African-American candidate, extremely well-funded, to do so. Only then could America’s “first black President” be dismissed as a racist.

There was, of course, throughout the primary campaign, some blatant crossover independent and GOP mischief in making certain that Senator Obama benefitted from those bizarre caucuses and open primaries. All the while, however, save for most African-Americans and the easily impressionable college youth, rank-and-file Democrats continued to vote for Hillary Clinton in droves.

And after Ohio’s primary, it became apparent that the MSM Golden Boy Senator Obama was in very deep trouble. Afterwards, every key battleground state went Hillary’s way. Thus, with eighteen million votes strong–the clear popular majority, despite those silly caucuses–and every key battleground state in her favor, the only way to stop Hillary was to shut down the primary process itself. And naturally the long Clinton-hating team of Pelosi/Kennedy/Dean obliged, themselves aided immeasurably by the MSM itself.

Now, the United States economy is in free-fall. European and Asian economies are hoping to come to the rescue of our own, much as the United States once restored European and Asian economies after World War II.

America’s role in foreign diplomacy has been long in tatters.

Of course, Senator Obama’s camp remains clueless. That his administration will be obviously ineffective, folllowing the ineffectiveness of the leadership of Pelosi and Reid, matters not to the MSM. Nor even that the United States itself follow an irreparable path to self-destruction, much as the USSR did twenty years earlier.

For the MSM, 2008 had nothing whatever to do with John McCain or even Barack Obama. It was all about stopping the Clintons.

Simply proceed to DailyKos or to MyDD. Any comment there which remotely questions the readiness of Senator Obama to lead, or the emptiness of his camp’s dubious solutions is invariably met with derision and invective.

In no other period of United States history could so successful a President as was Bill Clinton be treated so savagely by elements within his own party. DailyKos and MyDD have chosen to disregard eighteen million Democratic primary voters. But of course, their diarists and most of their commentators are all in keeping with the MSM anti-Clinton agenda.

I often wonder, would a President McCain or a President Obama treat the Clintons with more respect? Assuming that the contempt displayed the Clintons throughout the primary process, a contempt ongoing on Obama websites, holds fast, the answer to that is obvious.

But again, neither Senators Obama nor McCain, nor even the ensuing financial collapse of the United States were paramount concerns in the eyes of the MSM. For them–contrary to the will of the American people–2008 was all about stopping the Clintons.

In that, at least, they triumphed. Even if it meant that the United States itself would spiral downward into oblivion.

They had a live interview with Gov. Blunt on Fox & Friends morning show this morning also.

Gov. Blunt has done a damn good job of clamping down on this intimidation. I mean, give me a break — “alleged violations?” That gives these prosecutors a lot of room to interrupt the law to their own prerogatives. Gov. Blunt — keep it up! You remind me of the great Missouri Gov. Thomas Crittenden who wiped the state clean of the Jesse James gang. Keep up the good work, Gov.
