The bailout is a BAD idea, not because people don't deserve and need some help, but because the PEOPLE wont get any help regardless! If they really wanted to do an appropriate aid package to save people from losing their homes, they could. But notice no politician or their corporate sponsors have suggested the simple step of using these billions to take over the loans at a lower fixed interest rate, that would help the home owners and the businesses all at the same time. Gee just imagine it, hundreds of thousands of people would be able to save their homes and the money would all be paid back with interest. And the businesses wouldn't be saddled with the loans that should have never been made in the first place. Maybe it's just me, but I like a plan where everybody comes out a winner instead of this BS where a few billionaire scumbags and corrupt politicians are the only ones getting money from the very people they victimized once already! As for me and my family, were making it through. Might be in a manufactured home, but we can keep the lights on and have internet.
