I read a story in my morning paper that relieves somewhat an election fraud worry that I had here in Ohio. The turnout for the 1 week registration/early voting in which you could register & vote at the same time has pretty much been a bust for Obama:

“As of Monday evening with polling sites still open, projections were that about 3,500 to 4,000 voters in Ohio’s four largest counties would have taken advantage of the disputed policy, a surprisingly low turnout to some elections officials.”

These are the four urban counties of Cleveland, Dayton, Columbus and Cincinnati. The Ohio Democratic Party Chairman was touting targeting as many as a half million college students to register and vote during last week. Pretty much of a bust for the Dems! I still feel very confident that McCain will win Ohio. McCain and Palin will be nearby tomorrow in Strongsville. I am hoping to see them in person, but if I can’t be there I will be anxious to see the size of the crowd. Strongsville is in Cuyahoga County and is a suburb of Cleveland.

I read something like this and it was referring to the singing against the Governor. To me I wouldn’t get my hopes up. Even with a known “terrorist” the american people are too blind this election. Fox (my favorite station now a days) picks up the corrupted quote from Cnn and Msnbc concerning the polls. Out of 2400 people they have Obama leading in three key states. Instead of Fox asking the baldy Rassumum guy how does 2400 speak for millions, they just put the polls up and discourage and push Obama more up in the polls for him. MY NEIGHBOR THE OBAMA SUPPORTER

Doodad Pro is my neighbor.

Well, not exactly neighbor. My neighbors are a state trooper, a soldier and a guy who customizes guns.

I think that explains why our block is relatively crime free.

But I digress. This is about Doodad Pro.

He lives in the next town over, in a place called Nunda. It’s pronounced “none-day,” with the accent on the second syllable. It’s a tiny place in a pretty little upstate New York valley. Right about now the foliage ought to be getting close to peak. I think the motto is “A Great Place To Live” or something like that.

All I know for sure is that my Aunt Lonnie and Uncle Pete used to live there and just last week their girls soccer team absolutely spanked ours. I go to Nunda a couple of times a month – the diner is nice, and so is the all-you-can-eat at Bill’s – and I highly recommend the 5k race they have each May as part of Nunda Fun Days.

Speaking of which, the Nunda Fun Days parade is about the best small-town all-American parade you’re ever going to see. The town bicentennial is this year, and they’ve got a great hardware store and this place that makes pretty good mustard and nut butter. Other than that, Nunda’s best days were about a hundred years ago.

Actually, more like 125 years ago. Right now it’s just a sleepy little backwater about 50 miles from anyplace that is anyplace. It has 1,300 people, if you count the young people away in the Marine Corps, and the census says it’s been shrinking since before you were born.

But this isn’t about Nunda. This is about Doodad Pro, Nunda’s most famous citizen.

At least I figure he’s got to be Nunda’s most famous citizen. I can’t remember anyone else from Nunda who ever made the national news.

Now, granted, Doodad Pro hasn’t really made all the national news. Not the big time, not with Katie and those other guys. But he has become a footnote.

Let me tell you why.

See, it seems Doodad Pro likes Barack Obama. In fact, he may like him more than anyone else on the planet.

And Doodad Pro has shown his fondness for Barack Obama by contributing to his campaign. You know, he’s one of those millions of humble people who have sacrificed some of their beer and lottery money to help Barack. Working people, being tortured and mutilated by George W. Bush, have rallied to the Obama campaign like flies to you-know-what.

Small contributions, of $10 or $25, that add up to giving Barack Obama the largest war chest and most expensive political campaign there has ever been. While talking about the little people, Barack is spending like he’s the king of the big people.

Anyway, back to Doodad Pro.

It seems that Doodad Pro caught the Obama bug. Maybe it was that chick in the tight shirt, maybe it was the health care plan, maybe it was the promise to kill all the Republicans and give their farms to poor people. Whatever it was, Doodad Pro felt the call.

So he logged onto his computer and went to Barack Obama’s website. I think that’s double-u, double-u, backslash, comma, smiley face, youknowhegrewupinindonesiaright.com.

Anyway, upon arriving at Obama’s piece of cyber heaven, Doodad Pro clicked on the little donate-now button. Then a fill-in-the-blanks page popped up.

It asked him his occupation. He answered, “None.” It asked him his employer. He answered, “None.”

So far, for an Obama supporter, none of this is setting off any alarms.

Anyway, then it asked him his address. He typed in 16 North State Street. Now that’s funny, because, if you actually go to that address, 16 North State Street is Lloyd and Lynn’s Liquor and Wine.

But, again, if we’re talking an Obama supporter, that’s not setting off any alarms.

There was also the part where he had to fill in his name. He typed in “Doodad” for the first name and “Pro” for the last name. Now, since the illegal aliens came in, there’s been quite a bit of diversity added to the names on Nunda mailboxes, but even at that, “Doodad Pro” is kind of funny sounding.

But, again, for an Obama supporter, a funny sounding name isn’t setting off any alarms.

Except maybe for people who’ve been to Nunda a few times and remember that a couple of years ago, next door to Lloyd and Lynn’s, there used to be a girly shop called Doodad Boutique.

Maybe there are just a bunch of doodads around.

Anyway, Doodad Pro made a small donation to Barack Obama – something between $10 and $25 – and apparently it went pretty well.

Because he did it again.

That’s just the kind of guy Doodad Pro is.

Now, an interesting sidetrack here is that federal election law welcomes donors like Doodad Pro. If you give under $200, the campaign doesn’t even have to keep track of or report your name or anything. The thinking is, heck, these little penny-ante donors will never cross over the $2,300 individual limit for donations to a presidential candidate.

So Doodad Pro could donate without a lot of the nasty paperwork and record keeping that try to keep the system legit.

And this, again, made it a lot easier for Doodad Pro to contribute.

So he kept doing it.

About a thousand times.

I kid you not. My next-town-over neighbor, Doodad Pro, donated $17,130 to Barack Obama. And he did it all in increments of $10 or $25.

If you do the math on that, you discover that Doodad Pro made between 1,713 and 685 separate Internet donations to Barack Obama. All were either $25 or $10. Individually and together they were all below the radar.

Some eight times the federal limit, all unreported, one of the “little people” giving his lunch money to our next and last president.

And I think the guy ought to get a medal.

Seriously, can you imagine the kind of carpel tunnel he must have gotten typing in some thousand individual Internet donations? That’s got to take a lot of time.

But, I guess, as an unemployed man – illegally donating $17,130 to Barack Obama – he’d have some free time on his hands.

Interestingly, Barack Obama’s staff and software seem not to have noticed that Doodad Pro was racking up the frequent flier miles. Somehow, a person who quite likely had donated more times to one candidate than any donor in the history of politics escaped their attention.

Which seems odd, because don’t they send a thank-you note or something?

Probably what happened is some poor soul, pushed into OCD by GWB, got this crazy psycho urge to donate, donate, donate.

And the good-hearted, law-abiding people at the Barack Obama campaign innocently failed to notice.

Until a Federal Elections Commission audit tripped across the mountain of donations and wildly blown cap.

Oops.

Accidentally some unemployed guy from Nunda who lives at the liquor store made about a thousand computer donations for a total of more than $17,000.

Oops.

Either that or some crook illegally funneling money into Obama’s pocket in an effort to steal an election.

Nah, that couldn’t happen.

I think it was just my neighbor. Some guy with a funny name. Seems like he ought to be easy to find, in such a small town.

Of course, it also seems like the credit card numbers he used for all those donations might also be a lead.

I wonder how many months past election day it will be before they investigate this particular dirty trick?

Prediction: It never gets investigated and President Obama makes Doodad Pro ambassador to someplace with a lot of beaches and no extradition treaty.

I see in the MSM headlines this morning that “John McCain is still haunted by Keating 5, but not one word of course about Obama’s scandals. NPR is spinning Bill Ayers and Obama so fiercely they’ll probably explode.

I do not like the “indefinite” delay in Rezko’s sentencing. An indefinite delay tells me we are not going to know anything more about this for some six months or more. What this mostly does is take the Rezko issue off any possible media attention toward election day.

I don’t think Fitzgerald would be in the tank for Obama or anyone else. I think he is focused on getting to the core of political corruption in IL. If Obama is involved, Fitzgerald needs to wrap things up before inauguration day because he will probably not be on the job after that day—unless, of course, MP turns out to be the winning ticket.

McCain must tie the Ayers and ACORN radical political agenda and Obama connections to the economic crisis. When he does that, he wins.

Ok everyone I just have to get this off my chest. I was reading an article last night on Berg and Obama. In it it stated that a candidate does not have to be vetted to run for the Presidency. He does not even have to prove that he is a U.S born citizen. My anger lies in the fact that no background check is done on individuals in charge of the security and policies of our nation. I however had to provide a certified copy of my BC to the DMV before I could apply for a DL in a differnt state. I had a DL on me but it was not good enough. I might be a terriorist and all! I have also had to submitt to a background check and provide a certified copy of my BC to accept a goverment job.

I guess my frustration is that the average american is subjected to intense scrutiny when Obama and friends don’t have to prove anything. This is wrong!!He is going to possibly be the most powerful man in America and no on cares if he is even a citizen and that he could possibly be a terrorist. they checked me out , why are they not checking him out and upholding the law!!

Methinks Rezko would be better off talking now. While 0bama may be willing to pardon Rezko, it’s the kind of politically dangerous pardon that would be held off until 0bama’s last days in office.. Come on now, people. Think for a second. I know you like conspiracy theories. So, imagine this one if you will. Why would Rezko toss Obama to the wolves now,if he can just as easily get a full pardon from his buddy the President after he is elected?

If you believe that Obama can pretty much cover up what he wants, and the media will go along with it, then why can you not see this as a major posibility? Never turn on the guy who can give you a full pardon.

Think about it.

Wonder if Obama’s Wall Street cronies manufactured the “Wall Street Bail-out Crisis” to benefit Obama, while risking nothing personally.

They knew the Rezco stuff would surface, but found a way to get money and cause a diversion all at the same time.
