why it does matter.

Obama camp on Rezko: “Nothing to see here. Just move along.”

Obama camp on ACORN: “Nothing to see here. Move along.”

Obama camp on Ayers: “People don’t care about these issues. They are worried about the economy. Move along.”

Obama camp on Wright: “Nothing to see here people, keep it moving.”

Obama camp on Jim Johnson and Fannie Mae/Freddy Mac: “Move along. Nothing here to see.”

But what the Obama camp doesn’t want you to believe, and his supporters don’t understand, is that these associations DO matter, and DO relate to what is happening with the economy, and who is best to handle it.

Obama is friends with Tony Rezko, and even purchased his home with him. Obama has lied about how much Rezko contributed to his campaign, and he has lied about what he knew, and when he knew it. Rezko is a slumlord. He owned the slums where people froze to death in the winter because they didn’t have heat, and almost 800 that died in the heat wave of 1995. The very districts that Obama was responsible for in IL are the worst in the country. Obama and Tony were responsible for those districts, and they are in shambles. Rezko was found guilty of mail fraud, wire fraud, soliciting bribes, and money laundering in connection to a federal investigation into political corruption in the state of Illinois.

What are Obama’s plans for the rest of the country? You have to question his ability and his intentions, when he has failed in his own state.

“This isn’t the Tony Rezko I knew…” Obama.

Obama worked for and is associated with ACORN, and has donated funds to them. And there is MASSIVE voter registration fraud going on, right now, today. Stories are breaking minute by minute. There is an active action, happening right now, to get Obama into the White House, by any means possible.

If Obama happens to win, and had done so honestly (I don’t believe he even won the primary honestly), then that would be the will of the majority of the people, and that is the way it should be. The President should be elected by the will of the people. I may not like the outcome, but if it is fair, it is fair. I would be unhappy, but I would respect the decision. I will not, and NO ONE should stand for a President who is elected by a bunch of dead voters, repeat voters, bussed in drunks and other fraudulent means.

You have to ask yourself: What, then, would they be able to pull off with a friend in the White House?

Obama, try as he might to deny it, is closely associated with Ayers. Yes, Ayers bombed the Pentagon 40 years ago, but Obama has been in contact with him, as late as 2005. And this should matter. Ayers has never apologized, and feels no remorse.

Between 1995 and 1999, Obama distributed the $50 million and raised another $60 million from other civic groups to augment it. In doing so, he was following Ayers’ admonition to grant the funds to “external” organizations, like American Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN), to pair with schools and conduct programs to radicalize the students and politicize them.

That Obama should ally himself with Ayers is almost beyond understanding. The former terrorist had not repented his views, and the education grants he got were expressly designed to further them.

So let’s sum up Obama’s Chicago connections. His chief financial supporter was Tony Rezko, now on his way to federal prison. His spiritual advisor and mentor was the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, of “God damn America” fame. And the guy who got him his only administrative job and put him in charge of doling out $50 million is Ayers, a terrorist who was a domestic Osama bin Laden in his youth.

Even apart from the details of the Obama-Ayers connection, two key points emerge:

– Obama lied and misled the American people in his description of his relationship with Ayers as casual and arm’s length; and

– Obama was consciously guided by Ayers’ radical philosophy, rooted in the teachings of leftist Saul Alinksy, in his distribution of ACA grant funds.”

You have to ask yourself why Obama would align himself with Ayers and Dohrn, and how this affects his thinking, and how it would affect the way he would lead as POTUS.

Obama sat in the church of Reverend Wright for 20 years, listening to his sermons (no need to rehash the content of them) and never spoke out, never left the church, never complained. He praised Wright, titled his book after his sermon, and appointed him to his campaign. THEN he lied about what he knew, and when he knew it.

You have to ask yourself why he would listen to all that, for 20 years, and how those views skew his own thinking. How would he govern moving forward?

Now, for the James Johnson/Fannie Mae/Freddy Mac connections. This has EVERYTHING to do with what is happening now with the economy, and is very important. Obama IS in part responsible for what is happening now. (read my other post) He is part of this problem, takes huge sums of money from them, and appointed Johnson to his VP vetting committee, and opposed a bill that McCain co-sponsored – twice.

If Obama is willing to look the other way, for big campaign contributions, and be part of the problem, that caused the biggest financial crisis since 1929, then you have to ask yourself what he would do as POTUS. And you have to see the relevancy in WHY his friends and associations and actions MATTER.

So, you see, it DOES matter who his friends and associates are. What do they say, Past is Prologue. Obama’s resume is very, very thin. All we have available to assess who he is is by looking at his past actions, and his friends. And it matters who has influenced him. It matters who has helped to shape his outlook and his thinking. Wright used to be referred to as his *spiritual mentor*. Like I said in my previous post – all of those people do not a coincidence make. It is a pattern.

And despite what Obama and his supporters try to tell you, it does matter. And people do care. *Show me your friends, and I’ll tell you who you are.*

It is about judgment.

More predictions by me.

Tomorrow after Mr. Bush addresses the nation at 10 a.m. we will have Obama call for a press conference at 11:30 to impersonate a pseudo president and object to whatever the President said. To critique the President and call him erratic. The markets that ware going up will level out instantly and begin to drop.

Tomorrow during his next stump speech Obama will mock and deride whatever the President said that morning, and then bla bla bla bla and propose the same thing in a few different words. The markets that were going up again will drop badly and will begin in a down note the next day.

Bush and Obama are on the same team. Think about it. Obama supported the Oil bill and FISA. FISA was our last chance to hold W responsible for his administration’s crimes. The market is tanking because the PLUNGE PROTECTION TEAM is not working for the American People. McCain better take the gloves off now or we will be in store for 4 more years of shock and awe.

Comment by KathyNeocon | 2008-10-09 19:49:27

That is so ridiculous. Obama has one of the most liberal voting records in the Senate. He’s nothing like George Bush.

Comment by Luis | 2008-10-09 19:53:09

Then why does the MSM treat him with the same kid gloves? They protect him with editing just like W…think about it…What about OIL and FISA…

Comment by Jules | 2008-10-09 20:03:41

I don’t think the MSM has treated Bush with kid gloves. They have absolutely massacred him and made him a laughing stock.

Comment by tek | 2008-10-09 20:58:55

The press loved Bush until the Democratic primaries began. Now, it’s all Obama the way it used to be all Bush. Pay attention, people. Just say no to Kool-Aid whether it’s Red or Blue.

Comment by Jules | 2008-10-09 21:08:11

I haven’t had any Kool-Aid of any color. I’m not a Bush fan. I am simply not blind to the fact that the MSM has humiliated Bush any way possible. He was an easy target to be sure…but they’ve utterly destroyed him. The only reason I care is that I think any sitting U.S. president deserves a little bit of general respect.

I find it interesting that when I try to make an observation about Bush that is not filled with utter condemnation, that I am accused of being a Kool-Aid drinker. I think you’ve had a taste yourself.

I think they are afraid of him. Last night I was doing some searches on Obama and Rezko and I discovered that many reporters that wrote negative things about Obama were attacked by his campaign.

The reporters personal life and anything they had ever said controversial was attacked. I also believe they are afraid of being called racists.

2. What these CEOs do not realize about McCain is that even though McCain is not an exiting engineer of progressive solutions, Mrs. Sarah Palin is one heck of an engineer and creative power. She will get our economy humming like a BMW in less than four years. Go Sarah.

Obama needs to shut up and stop talking about the stock market. He is scaring the market. Likewise when he was talking about BIG OIL, the price of oil kept goign up. As soon as Obama stop talkign about oil and start talkign about more drilling, the price of oil went down. Anyone notice that as soon as the polls had Obama over 50%, the stock market plunge to new lows. WHen the race was almost tie, the stock market was doing fine. It seems whenever the MSM show polls of Obama winning, the stock market dips.

I think many people are taking their money out of the market because they know an Obama presidency means higher capital gains. The market is fearful of an Obama presidency with a democrat control congress. The stock market will do better when John McCain poll ratings get better.

Whenever there is a republican control congress the stock market does well. WHenever there is a democratic control congress the stock market tanks. Even if the president is democrat and the congress is republican control, the stock market does well. I think investors are taking their money out of the market because they know Obama will increase the capital gains tax. The fear of a democrat president and demcorat congress is scaring investors. Ever since the DEMS took over congress in 2006, the stock marke thas been up and down.

Are you better off than you were 2 years ago? It’s the CAPITAL GAINS STUPID!!!!!!!!

Comment by suzanne | 2008-10-09 21:28:10

oh please….obama alone has that much clout that whatever he talks about affects the stock market??? Get real – the economic mess we are in is the fault of everyone in congress as well as the financial institutions that have failed-and George Bush is the president now so he should and will get the brunt of it.

Comment by cathnealon | 2008-10-09 19:04:24

Remember Paulsen as former head of Goldman Sachs is buddy buddy with BO. BO was on the “phone with him sometimes 2 or 3 times a day during the bailout crisis for 2 weeks.” Why now for the bailout? Why now for the scare tactics? Another 2 months until after the election wouldn’t have made one bit of difference. The market’s being manipulated to create panic and fear–sure, all the corruption is there but it’s been there for years. The American people are once again being scammed and the media, no longer an independent free press, now owned by monopolistic corporate powers, has taken over to push their agenda. The Iraq war for their Halliburton buddies and now BO as a front man for the takeover of the government to centralize power and schmooze with Chavez, the Castro brothers, Putin and other dictators. Welcome to the postmodern coup except that the Repubs will never let it happen.

Comment by lark | 2008-10-09 19:18:21

You are 100 percent correct that the connection between Paulsen and Obama is one that needs to be entered into our brains equations. I admit I have not consider it one bit.

You are probably right also that through manipulation of the markets the American people are being taken advantage off and moved toward socialism as a gateway to the next stage in global market domination by the CEOs of the largest companies.

Comment by Docelder | 2008-10-09 19:18:46

It is a manufactured crisis. This needs to be looked upon as a sort of domestic terrorism against our economic system. The voter registration fraud needs to be looked at as a sort of domestic terrorism against our electoral system. Don’t lose sight of the point of all this. The end goal is to create crisis, fear and uncertainty about our country’s financial security, and by undermining our election process itself… to perpetuate fear that our entire government is unstable. Who would do this and why? I urge you to read about “Saul Alinsky” and his book “Rules for Radicals” also Google “Cloward Priven strategy” as proposed by who else but a couple of Columbia professors. This is a well orchestrated scheme to demoralize the citizenry and to impose… no to have the population of the U.S. welcome a socialist government. This is the single greatest threat to our nation and our freedoms we have faced since winning our independence.

Comment by BettsAZ | 2008-10-09 20:54:46

Fascists have always risen to control when there is a crisis…I also thought that this(economic crisis)was contrived by(mostly)Democrats…so they can push their Marxist puppet into the White House.

Unpopular Republican President

PERFECT STORM

I still believe that America will vote McCain/Palin.
The polls are always skewed to benefit the Dems.

Comment by Docelder | 2008-10-09 21:19:10

We should not underestimate the influence the media has upon the populace and the complicity they have demonstrated in this scheme. When we prevail in this attack on our freedoms… and I am still optimistic… we need to safeguard against future abuses of the traditional mainstream media when used as a psychological instrument against us. As it is, were it not for the Internet media… we would have already lost for all practical purposes.

Comment by JozefAL | 2008-10-09 20:12:40

Jangles, here’s a dose of reality: For 6 of Clinton’s 8 years as President, the Congress (BOTH houses) were firmly under GOP control.
Unlike Clinton, however, a Democratic-controlled Congress under an Obama Presidency doesn’t seem too likely to fight their President. (Congressional Dems during Clinton’s first 2 years were largely less supportive than Congressional GOPers. It was, after all, DEMOCRATIC Sen Sam Nunn who fought most ardently against Clinton’s desire to allow gay men and lesbians to serve openly and honestly. And, many congressional Dems stood right by their GOP colleagues to back DOMA.)

another excellent post Sara….thank you

I agree…Americans do care about who Obama has been associating with. And they will show that concern on November 4th. I truly believe that John McCain will be the next President of the United States and Sarah Palin will be our first Woman Vice President.

I think now that there is solid proof that Obama is directly associated with Acorn, given them money, helped train their workers and they are trying to steal the election, that there should be a full blown investigation and ALL ACORN REGISTRATIONS DISQUALIFIED-PERIOD.

I haven’t heard a peep out of Bill or Hillary Clinton about this. Are they going to speak out?? If they did, I think it would persuade some people to vote for McCain and Palin.

Americans DO care but the problem is that most of them are already too far gone to get the point. ya think they are gonna care about ACORN and them rigging elections, most of them are fine with that as long as Obama gets elected, one person voting 50 times for Obama, sure why not. I don’t think I’ve ever been so scared as a citizen of this great county as I am right now. What the hell has happened to us, how can people be so retarded, where the heck is the October Surprise to FINALLY bring this LIAR down. I am so sick of his lying face, I could go debate him and kick his ass and I don’t need to prepare for the debate either. Sarah could kick his ass at a debate, I just don’t get what has happened to America, people are being swindled just like the 30’s with Hitler, just like the Cubans with Castro, I never thought that in America we would have another Nazi Germany but that just may happen. I have read rumor about rumor about Obama going down and I have yet to see it, the whitey tape, the audiotape of Obama and Ayers talking about how communism is change, his birth certificate proving he was born in Kenya, COME ON, we are running out of time here

One question I would like the msm to ask both candidates…

Four years from now, will you be blaming others for our financial stability or will you fix it by then?

Because if you can’t fix it, then get out of the way; we can attack each other for so long and I don’t want a socialist style government for my kids. Tell me now, and don’t cry in four years you need more time….

Also, on a side note. soldier4Hillary had a great post/video about a month ago and I never posted on a good job she did.. “Way to go!” She speaks volumes for many…

McCain and the Republican Party have to go all in to win. They have nothing to lose because they are behind. Even though polls for Kerry were up over G. Bush at this time in 04 and we know how that came out, we can not take a chance on this election. McCain should use every political brain that helped get Bush 2 elected—if they could elect Bush 2 then they should be able to elect McCain.

Comment by lark | 2008-10-09 19:44:58

There is the possibility that Obama and Biden will begin to look more as buffoons than serious candidates. As these economic news get more difficult and confusing, Obama and Biden will continue their course of offering more and more solutions, alternate scenarios, promises, freak Constitutional rights and act more and more confused by the circumstances.

In that case, his Oct 29 address may not be the smooth opportunity to close the sale as he envisions but one that will show his utter incompetence.

What about that?

It’s good to have a balance of power – President – Dem/Republican and Congress – Republican/Dem.

If Obama gets elected, it will be Obama/Pelosi/Reid – the most radically left, incompetent and dangerous trio to ever “govern” over this great country.

Comment by JozefAL | 2008-10-09 20:19:59

Given the fact that Reid is one of those Democrats on the “wrong side” of the abortion topic, I don’t quite think he’s in the “most radically left” corner.

FBI mole says obama met with rezko a lot and other sources say obama talked on the phone daily with rezko.

Shorter obama: Nothing to see here move along.

Sun-Times interview with Barack Obama

Q: In November 2006, you and your campaign exchanged with us written interrogatories. So a lot of the quotes I will give you just come out of those. The campaign said that you probably had lunch with Rezko once or twice a year. You sort of added four or five times, something like that.

John Thomas is an FBI mole. He recently told us that he saw you coming and going from Rezko’s office a lot. And three other sources told us that you and Rezko spoke on the phone daily. Is that true?

A: No. That’s not accurate. I think what is true is that, it depends on the period of time. I knew him for … I’m just tring to do the math here. I’ve known him for 17 years. There were stretches of time where I would see him once or twice a year. But as I said when he was involved in finance committee for the U.S. Senate race, or the state senate races, or the U.S. Congressional race, then he was an active member. And there’s no doubt there were much more intensive discussion at that point. During the U.S. Senate race, there’s be stretches of like a couple of weeks – for example prior to him organizing the fundraiser that he did for us – where I would probably be talking to him once a day to make sure that was going well. But the typical relationship was one that was fond. We would see each other. But there would be no reason for me to be seeing him that often.
http://www.suntimes.com/news/politics/obama/844597,transcript031508.article

What the hell did obama say? ‘That’s not accurate’ and it depends? Holy crap! ‘there would be no reason for me to be seeing him that often.’ Why in the world the sun times did not ask:
Yes, there should be no reason but according to an FBI mole you did see rezko a lot. What The Hell Were You And Indicted Political Fixer Rezko Talking About Daily? Why did you and your campaign mislead us several times on your connections to rezko?

At the least wouldn’t ya think a newspaper would ask something like that? The sun times did not. Why didn’t the sun times say:
An FBI mole says you met rezko a lot, other sources say you talked on the phone everyday, your campaign said once or twice a year now you say how often you met ‘depends.’ What the hell is wrong with you.

The whole interview is one giant move along nothing to see here obama word fog. And the sun times loved it. After the interview they wrote an article saying obama answered all their questions satisfactorily. Holy Crap!

Knew him for 17 years. Was involved in his polictical campaigns, even serving on his financial committee. One of his earliest and most important donors. Was even involved with Michelle Obama’s work promoting minority contracts and community outreach. THEY’D MET.

If honest, Obama would have had to say he had a long and extensive relationship with Rezko, but only learned late in 2005 that he shouldn’t have.

Comment by Peggy Sue | 2008-10-09 20:09:20

John McCain has said again and again: look beyond Obama’s words, eloquent and smooth as they may seem and look at the record.

Major, significant disconnect.

Remember the “just words” speech lifted [without embarrassent and all kinds of excuses and indignant spew] from Deval Patrick, Gov of MA and interestingly enough, supported and spearheaded by one David Axelrod?

Just words.

Look at Patrick’s record, his favorability record in the great State of MA. This is what we can look forward to with a do-nothing, ego-driven candidate, pushed down the electorate’s throat as the next best thing to sliced bread, the swallow made easy by guilt and a genuine desire to prove ourselves modern, unbiased and 21st century intellectuals.

Words. I love them, cherish them. But without action, conviction and heart, they are just that: words, symbols of human thought, hanging in the ether like hazy dreams. Or depending on the speaker, hanging in our consciousness like cruel, untenable dreams that all too frequently become unspeakable nightmares.

Wake up, America. This man is not who he says he is. His supporters are corrupt, deranged and power hungry sycophants.

Wake up! For God’s sake, wake up now or sleep forever. Then we will sleep together, dreaming of our glorious demise.

Is Obama still blaming republicans for deregulation of the financial services? Well lets look at all the socialist countries who are havign the same financial break down. They are heavily regulated and still they could not stop their stock market tank . Are republcians to blame for what is happenign in Iceland, France, Sweden, ENgland, Germany, Japan, Asia stock markets? It seems Obama is too naive to understand this Global financial mess. Most of these countries were heavily invested in the crap shoot financial derivatives promoted by Freddie Mac and Fannie MAe. WHat a mess!!!

And did you all hear about $5 million worth of mortages held by illegal aliens. Remember all this mess was predicted in a 1999 NYT article. Freddie and fannie should have been investigated before Bear stearn and AIG companies. But the DEMS are coverign their tracks and delaying until after the election.

Comment by WildChild | 2008-10-09 20:42:54

the answer to your question is yes. The republicans are responsible. It’s the down side of having the US Dollar as the world’s benchmark currency.

Comment by KXT | 2008-10-09 20:51:11

That does not explain why those countries regulatory laws did not prevent their own markets from tanking. How is it that Autrallia and Canada financial systems are doign fine? All roads leads to Fannie and freddie. Canada and Australlia were not heavily invested in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Comment by WildChild | 2008-10-09 20:57:29

I’m not exactly sure what point you are making. You’re complaining that regulated economies are also tanking except for ones not invested in fanny and freddy. It seems Canada and Austrailia were wise to regulate what their banks can buy into.

Comment by KXT | 2008-10-09 21:21:36

My point is Bush tried to regulate Faniie And Freddie more than 17 times since 2002. John McCain tried to pass legialstion to regualte Freddie and Fannie and the DEMS block him. WHy is the dmocrat controlcongress not investigating Fannie and Freddie. Frank Raines was accused of accounting fraud and yet he is out free to buy a new pent hosue. HWiel the CEO of enron is in Jail. Johnson the former CEO got millions from cooked books and still no investigation.

The DEMS were quick to call hearings for AIG, Lehman Brothers and Bear Stearns but they will not touch Freddie and Fannie?

WHY?

Regulated econimies are tankign because they invested in bogus freddie and fannie crap. Therefore, clearly deregulation is not the problem. The problem is the right kind of regulation. And we all know in 2005 McCain propose such regulation and the DEMS said nothign was wrong with fannie. Infact BArney Frank said Freddie and Fannie were “fundamentally strong.”

the republicans controlled the congress in 2002. LOL not that I mind that you keep making my point for me.

the answer to your question is yes. The republicans are responsible

I guess you didn’t see the VIDEOTAPES of Congress debating the Fannie/Freddie issue. You know the ones from a couple of years back, where the Dems are saying “Oh everything is fine you racists” while the Republicans were calling for some regulation? I guess you didn’t see Bill Clinton on VIDEO a couple of weeks ago admitting that he and the Repubs had called for regulation. He himself blamed it on Democrats.

Comment by WildChild | 2008-10-09 21:06:17

right, the republicanism were calling for some regulation. (Bwah Ha Ha Ha Ha) perhaps you remember back in the early nineties when the republicans were campaigning and writing America contracts on how they were going to institute term limits? (Bwah Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha)

Comment by Jules | 2008-10-09 21:12:57

When you sober up and drop the Count Dracula imitation, maybe you could try retyping your comment. It makes no sense.

Comment by WildChild | 2008-10-09 21:20:44

sure it does. The republicans have a history of taking stands that they have no intention of seeing through. Case in point: wanting the regulate the private sector. They threw no tantrum. They made no stink. The didn’t mercilessly attack the opposition on the news and on the pundit shows until they caved. In other words they didn’t do what they have been doing for the last eight years to push through the things they really stand for. LOL and regulation obviously isn’t one of those things.

I’m going to take a wild guess and say that you did not get good grades in English class. You have not put together one coherent thought.

Speaking about ACORN and voter fraud…

In Ohio, tonight Republicans have just won a temporary restraining order against Democrat Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner. Brunner has been found by a judge to be breaking Federal Election Law for not preventing voter fraud… Brunner is appealing, stay tuned…

Also, BREAKING NEWS ON DRUDGE and other sites: another possible October surprise…Washington Times is coming out AGAIN with PROOF this time (not just allegations by that NY Post journalist)that Barack Obama attempted to influence the Iraqui govermnent into ignoring Bush deal on keeping troops in Iraq…developing story…

Brava American Girl – Top notch post!
You really hammer home the key point. It’s not just that he lied. It’s not just that he had relationships with unacceptable people. It’s that he lied and continues to lie about his relationships with unacceptable people that were an active part of almost every aspect of his political career. This is not some momentary lapse in personal judgement. This is a pattern of horrific professional judgement that pretty much decimates his whole credibility as a candidate.

I thought I would add this on here. Someone left this comment on my blog:

“You know you are continually spreading these falsehoods about Obama’s associations and it is pretty disgusting. Do you know who Bill Ayers is???? A very respected educator in Chicago, he won ‘educator of the year’ award a couple of years ago…he is a professor at a major university and is NOT looked upon as a terrorist at all. He did wrong years ago but that is not the situation now and Obama’s association with him is the same as hundreds of other people in Chicago….none of them terrorists. So scrap this story – its old and simply not going anywhere.
You sound so petty and small with your Obama bashing blogs – yes, Obama received money from fannie mae – so did your beloved Hillary!! There is simply no politician today except for Russ Feingold and Dennis Kucinich who are totally clean of the corruption in Washington. It is the way it works….so all your nagging on it is not going to change it one wit.
ACORN has been accused of voter fraud….Obama worked with ACORN years ago – he is NOT responsible for their actions today and the organization is NOT all bad you know. ACORN is not the instigator of the financial mortgage mess we are in now – you sound like a typical middle class snot who loves to blame the poor people who just didn’t work hard enough for their money and eventual home ownership – well guess what? this mortgage mess is the result of re-financing, no down payments and second home foreclosures FAR more than those lower income people who received government loans. They are not the primary defaulters –
Your posts really reek of holier than thou crap. Your favorite candidate, who you obviously worship, did not get the nomination. she moved on, why don’t you? what purpose do you serve by continually spreading this nonsence about Obama….stuff that is simply not reality.
The majority of citizens in the US do NOT care about this…and all the repitition of Obama and his associations are soooooo over.”

And I left this long response:
“But..but..but…hillary did it too!!

Please. Why is it so impossible for Obama supporters to debate an arguement with out making personal attacks?

It isn’t worth the time, since you are already a completely rude Obama supporter, but I will counter your *points* anyway.

Ayers – The point here is that Obama lied, AGAIN, about his relationship with Ayers. During the debate, he flat.out.lied. He chalked it up to 5 hours of legal work. THAT WAS A LIE. And now he is claiming that he did not know who Ayers was, when he met him, and worked with him. If Obama will lie about something as *innocuous* as his relatiosnhip to Ayers, what else is he going to lie about? (Well, obviously a lot, since we have already witnessed coultless lies).

This story maybe old, and you may not care, but many people DO care.

John Murtagh cares. He was only 9 when Ayers bombed his house.

Frank Keating still cares, the FBI investigator who spent years going after Ayers.

Richard Elrod cared when he was paralyzed because of Ayers. He cared, until the day he died.

The parents of the WU members that died when a bomb Ayers created exploded, they cared.

And thousands of Americans still care that a domestic terrorist never apologized, and still stands on top of the American flag.

So, please, don’t tell me that no one cares.

Obama recieved the second highest sum of money from FM/FM in only 2 years in the senate (I say two because I assume Obama hasn’t done jack since he started to run for office), compared to YEARS of other candidates. Obama, and members of the Dems, and CBC were cheerleaders for FM/FM. Read the facts. He was called part of the family of FM/FM. They covered up any problems wrt FM/FM. And THEN he LIED about it! Again, inform yourself. You are wrong.

Obama just gave $800,000 to ACORN. Then, the Democrats, in this FM/FM bailout package just attached an earmark for ACORN. They took tax payer money, that was intended for the bailout, and then for housing, and gave MILLIONS to liberal ACORN – who used it to commit fraud.

You are being completely blind and naive if you think there is no connection.

And, you sound like an uniformed rude person who loves to sit and blame people for learning the FACTS. You sound desperate, quite frankly.

I am not against poor people owning a home.

In the words of George Baily, “Just remember his,…that this rabble you’re talking about… they do most of the working and paying and living and dying in this community.

Well, it is too much to have them work and pay and live and die in a couple of decent rooms and a bath?” I believe everyone should have a home, and access to healthcare. But I do not believe in giving someone a loan who can not afford it, can not pay it, and then defaults on it. And I do not believe in socialism.

There are thousands, if not millions of Americans, who lose jobs, get injured, or get a serious illness, and in the outcome, lose their homes. And there is no bailout for them. This happens every day.

SO, to give $700B for a bailout for people who were in homes they couldn’t afford is not quite fair, is it?

But, for the record, I think the mortgages should be renegotiated, and people should be given *pass* or whatever, and allowed to work with someone and keep their homes. Excuse their backpayments, attach them to the end of the loan, and start over, and a lower rate. So – kiss my ass. I didn’t want anyone thrown out of their homes.

But I don’t agree with giving people loans who can’t afford them, in order for big business to make money.

I want a bigger house, but I can’t afford it. That is life. And I don’t beleive that tax payers should have to bail out people who buy/sell for profit, or people with multiple homes, either.

I don’t worship any candidate.

The purpose of spreading this crap is to try and inform people like you, who are too blind to see.

This is reality. Deal with it.”

Comment by sarainitaly | 2008-10-10 05:56:31

“spreading this crap” of course, was using her terms. I don’t think I am spreading crap. haha I just noticed how that sounded.

Those quotation marks do come in handy. No, I think this is a very important point, the pattern, and you are making it well.

Funny how the bots are now saying that no one cares about this, move on, just get over it, etc. That and pushing the inevitability of the outcome – as if we shouldn’t even bother to vote since we all know the outcome. I guess it’s an improvement from just calling us racists. You got off with just being a “nag” and “a typical middle class snot,” which sounds vaguely familiar.

Besides the son that John McCain always mentions because he is serving in the military he has another son Andrew. I wonder if Andrew is one of his financial advisors? (AP) Regulators on September 7, 2008 shut down Silver State Bank, saying the Nevada bank failed because of losses on soured loans, mainly in commercial real estate and land development.

It was the 11th failure this year of a federally insured bank.

Nevada regulators closed Silver State and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. was appointed receiver of the bank, based in Henderson, Nev. It had $2 billion in assets and $1.7 billion in deposits as of June 30.

Andrew K. McCain, a son of Republican presidential nominee John McCain, sat on the boards of Silver State Bank and of its parent, Silver State Bancorp, starting in February but resigned in July citing “personal reasons,” corporate filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission show. Andrew McCain also was a member of the bank’s audit committee, responsible for oversight of the company’s accounting.
