Not to be contrary, because no one loathes BO more than I do, but Farrakhan could mean that Obama is the “instrument” through which the Messiah speaks. He says that first, that the Messiah will speak through others and they will know it is his will.

The creepy tape is old news actually. It was circulated back in February during the primaries . . . when Hillary was going through a rough time. Obama was on a winning streak and we discovered that she had loaned money to her campaign.

The MSM ignored it back then and probably will now. It’s still interesting that Fox digs it out of the archives.

Time is wasting in this campaign. The McCain campaign needs to stay on the economy, but also go with the Wright issue - hard. Obama’s relationship and appalling judgment in that matter are not in dispute - and it’s so obvious that Obama ditched Wright and left that church as a matter of political expediency, rather than principle.

This campaign is boiling down to independents and key swing voters in those battleground states. Many folks are just tuning into this election for the first time - and they need to get the word on Obama. I hope and pray that it is not too late.

Is there anyway we can petition the nutcase music teacher out in Venice, California to have the children sing a paeon (in Arabic and Ebonics) to Minister Farrakhan? It now seems inappropriate to leave him out of the praisefest.

At this point McCain has five days to turn this around or lights out. Up above someone mentioned about 1980 and Reagan and Carter. I beleive I recall that debate was where Reagan uttered those famous words, are you any better off. It was just a few days until the general and the election turned that weekend. This isn’t 1980. The tables are turned in the other direction. Expect Obama to start using that line shortly.

McCain needs to do a few things to get peoples attention. First, contrast the life of service to a life of nothing. Second, start out the debate and say something like, I hope tonight Sen Obama will tell us where all the money is going to come from to fund all of his promises. Third, at the close of the debate, McCain needs to look straight at the camera and say, I will be your president for just four years, I will work my heart out every day to get the country back on track to where we should be, I am asking for your vote, not a shot in the dark like my opponent.
While I am not a big attack ad fan, this makes a perfect commercial, played over and over again, let people think about who this guy pals around with, maybe they will get off their rears and make the right choice. Everybody know who Louis Farakhan is and what he stands for. He is not some shadowy character like Rezko and Ayers.
This week is McCain’s last chance. I hope he takes it.

Obama creates fear in reasonable people who take the time to think about the facts and come to an informed decision. We are all thinking of where we will go if he wins. There will be a revolt if he becomes President. Americans are not going to tolerate his ideals and allow him to “change” our country’s constitution and freedoms.
