I read in Chatelaine that in Israel a group was formed a few years ago that had members from both Israel and Palestine–all were women. Guess what? They both had worked hard and presented briefs to their mutual government bodies to advance a more humane, progressive, feminist agenda that would ultimately end the divisions of War.

This is exactly what I feel I’m fighting. As a women’s studies minor in college I dreamt of one day having a woman on a major ticket. I however, remain shocked and appalled by the very same women I sat in classes with rooting for Palin to fail. To quote, they wanted to see her “go down in flames.”

Where has this come from? How do we open the eyes of those I thought were the open minded ones? What on earth has made this behavior acceptable?

Then I’m going to send copies to every Florida Superdel who turned on Hillary even though she won FL and I will send a copy to Howard Dean to show how I (and my Mom & hubby) took action against the FIXED Democratic primary.
