I know that *I* don't any more. Say anything enough times, and the sting is removed. It is African-Americans who have led the way in this, by taking the hated "N word" over and using it freely among themselves, but ironically it is also African-Americans and the Obama campaign that have provided the opportunity for women to transcend the "B" word (which used to horrify me but now I just chuckle) and it looks like thanks to Obama the "C" word is next. So why not drop our sensitivities around the "R" word as well? John McCain, free yourself from the tyranny of labels, and speak the truth. The truth will set you -- and all of us -- free. Is it because it was a failure? or is it because it will tie you to William Ayers and the voters will then know you have been lying about your relationship with this known US terrorist for 19 months? or is it both? As much as I'd him to tear O'blahblah to shreds, if McCain looks uncomfortable doing it, then it will backfire on him. I am afraid the way he has run roughshod oer anyone who has opposed him the past year, he will do far worse to when given total authority to reign. We would never trust a man who has associated himself with the most unsavory of characters that Sen. Obama has put on display this year. I feel very sorry for his little girls and the atmosphere they have been reared in. I would never expose my children to known Terrorists, Felons, or Hate Preaching Ministers, but Sen. Obama has allowed that influence to be passed along to his daughters, so how much less would his standard be in regards to my children? I did not choose to be born Caucasian, and I will never apologize for this fact, nor will I feel unearned guilt over crimes committed by other members of my race towards the people of color. I do not think it is a very good omen of things to come from a President, who would attend an openly racist Church that has inspired and encouraged it's Parishoners to openly hate White people and the Jews. IMHO, the MSM were cowards when they chose to ignore this fact, and then accused your supportors of racial hatred instead.
