Amen, Hillary!

Yes, that Hillary. You know, the one who inspired millions of us to support her in this recent primary. We were successful, too – in any other country, she would now be the nominee.

But not in the United-Obama-Rezko-Ayers-Wright-Odinga 57 States of America!

Nope – in this country, at least one party dismisses the actual results and puts in who they want. I believe there’s a term for that…Oh, yes – that’s right. Banana Republic. I suppose it is racist to mention banana anywhere in the same paragraph as Obama. Heck, you can’t even mention the guy’s middle name anymore in the land of the “free.” Nosirree Bob – you’ll get the NAACP and the ACLU breathing down your neck. For mentioning his middle name. Nothing else, just his middle name in the context of saying his full name.

Yeah, Okay. (I’m thinking of taking a page from Soldier4Hillary, and calling McCain and Obama by their middle names.) Wow – he really must be The One to make everyone capitulate to his every little tantrum.

Anywho – I digress. So, there’s a mighty interesting ad out by the PAC, “Our Country Deserves Better.” And how. This one is particularly intriguing because it is a series of clips of Hillary Clinton at her rallies. Oh, what she said was good, as you’ll see in the video below. It just highlights what a travesty has occurred in this country by the DNC selecting Obama, and Clinton not just getting back to work, putting all of this behind her. No, she has been (forced to) stump for Obama more than any of the other front runners over the past 40 years combined (according to her husband when he appeared on The Daily Show recently). Yep. I know, I know – she has to do it to have any chance of getting anything accomplished for her state, and the people of this country (has the Senate always been a glorified junior high school?? I mean, really – where else do you have that kind of vindictiveness? Ok, high school, too.), and you know I love Hillary Clinton. But seeing this ad is a double-edged sword: she is the one who won this nomination, not only by the popular vote, but surely would have by delegates had Obama not committed caucus fraud (and you know he did – it has been widely documented – 2,000 cases in Texas ALONE). Had she not had her votes stolen by the DNC – wait, I mean the ODNC, she would be the one running for president right now. But, no. (And this isn’t sour grapes – it is flat out anger at the DNC for betraying 18,000,000 of us, dammit!)

So, without further ado, here is the video:

Good, isn’t it? I bet ol’ Barack will throw a hissy fit about it, too: “Stop showing her on tv! She’s showing me up (again)! Make them stop!!!!” like he always does. You’d sure never catch Johnny Mac making a spectacle of himself over things like this, or claiming that Fox News is being MEAN to him – I mean, really – grow a pair already, Barack. You already have ALL of the other networks behind you – propping you up every time you misspeak (which is, uncannily, as often as Bush), and pushing you across the line. Oh – and would it KILL you to tell the truth – just ONCE???

Ahem. The ad is a good one. Hillary is right on target. And she’s funny, too, I might add. Sigh. I sure miss seeing her, but there is some delight in seeing these tidbits resurrected to bring His Holiness down. Oh, yeah. Now that I think about it, this is pretty awesome. Let’s have some more, “Our Country Deserves Better!” Bring ‘em on! Can I have an “amen”??

I know this is off topic but if you have not read the paper below then please read it. It describes the reason the media and so many young people are going crazy over Obama. It is very long but is worth the read. It will open your eyes to what is going on.

I am not sure you turn the channel when ever you see Obama. I have to turn it because something about the way he speaks bugs me. Below you will find out why you might be feeling this way.

Please send this on to everyone that you know. It will make it easier for you to talk to someone who is a blind Obama supporter.

Thanks for the link. I am one who also turns the channel and/or uses the mute button for the multitude of his ads that are assaulting the airwaves or any BO coverage on the news.

A real eye opener!

I’ve always wondered why Senator Obama’s voice annoys me so much. The sound isn’t grating or anything, but it does annoy me. Maybe this is the explanation, my subconscious doesn’t like to be hypnotized and is rebelling.

Comment by Elle | 2008-10-18 11:00:43

I had often wondered if he had used NLP or something like this on the Superdelegates.

It’s beginning to make sense.

Thanks for the link.

Obama is dangerous.

I have just spent an hour reading this and that information linked to the upcoming 30 minute Obama speech before the final game of the World Series is truly frightening.

I have to run all day long and tomorrow is full too. Can someone record the paper and post the recording so we, who have to drive most of the weekend, can listen to it? I know there are video links but I can go back for them later.

Please it would be a public service and I promise I will pass it on to at least two other people.

I am half way through the PDF, it is amazing. I also try not to listen to Obama… I thought it was because I just can’t stand him… now I believe, as someone who has studied hypnosis before, that I am trying to protect myself.

THIS RACE HAS TIGHTENED

Yet, they refuse to report the truth.

One example yesterday…the AP puts out a story – headline is “IN THE HEADLINES Public image of McCain grows sour while view of Obama stays steady in AP-Yahoo News poll”

THOUSANDS of newspapers and TV/Radio outlets trumpet this news.

And yet, the report, the actual AP/Yahoo report shows a 2 point spread. A statistical dead heat.

Look for yourself – page 6.

The media is brain washed. They will do and say what ever they have to. After they watched a 100 Obama speaches they have been completely brainwashed. They are doing this and they can’t even tell you why. If this guy gets elected democracy will be over. The techniques that Obama uses anybody can learn to use it. It will take away the rational thought of the masses and replace it with blind obedience. :) Very sad that we have come to this.

That is a very good add. I wish she would have never endorsed him.

Comment by Don | 2008-10-18 11:04:49

I too wish she had not endorsed him. If that were not bad enough she has to go out and stump for him. Sort of odd that so many of us who supported her are now voting “for country over party” but she campaigns on “for party over country.” Sort of a big disconnect there for me when thinking of any Clinton 2012 campaign. But then think she probably also realizes that and that is why she recently pretty much said that the chances of her running for president in 2012 were near zero. I think many of us who left the DNC after the May 31, 2008 fiasco and possibly a good number of those remaining democrats but this year voting “country over party” may well remain in that same mode in 2012. Admittedly Hillary was far and away the best candidate this year however with her going along with Obama now and probably going along with him and the DNC if he is elected she too may have tarnished herself to the point that in the future she no longer is able to have such a strong and dedicated following. Just MHO!

Comment by stodghie | 2008-10-18 11:56:10

You betcha, Amy! AAAAAA-MEN!

I think a 527 should run an add on how many families who are having their homes foreclosed could have been saved with the money Obama is wasting on his campaign. Or how many insurance premiums. Or scholarships. Or . . . . well, don’t get me started.

Comment by DAB | 2008-10-18 07:55:55

As someone who lives in a swing state that is inundated with constant Obama ads, I had a similar thought. When so many people are hurting, what a waste of money it is. In fact there are so many ads that there could hopefully be a backlash of annoyance more than compliance. I hope…I hope…

I was thinking about the delapidated housing projects in O’s chicago neighborhood – how many of them could have been drastically improved with only a half of the HALF BILLION (that’s BILLION with a “B”), in campaign contributions he collected? No wonder he poo-pooed McCain’s ideas about cutting earmarks. According to Obarfo “It’s only 18 billion dollars” – not enough to make much of a difference. Obama is very good at spending other people’s money, as was already proven from his history with the CAC.

He looks bored with the visible signs of our patriotism. I didn’t know then, but I do now…he believes in Wright’s denouncement of our country and his wife’s contempt for the country of her birth.

I think Letterman on Thursday was informative enough in my mind to see that what happened to Hillary was pure and simple misogyny.

Letterman, saw by 6.5 million Americans couldn’t be convinced by McCain through several iterations, ever more (knife twisting) prodding, that the woman McCain selected as VP candidate couldn’t under any circumstances perform the job that a man would perform as President of the country. This got so bad that it ended up by McCain having to beg Letterman to end the inquest. I estimate a period of five whole minutes in which Letterman was beyond convincing. The duel ended in a ‘agree to disagree’ stance.

There are today millions of people who are being called to not vote for McCain because he made the mistake of naming a woman for VP when he had so many qualified men to choose from.

Great post. Thank you. I didn’t see the show, but watched clips. Women of America better wake up and see the writing on the wall. The national discourse went from Hillary’s “Not that woman!” to Sarah’s “Why this woman?” Isn’t it clear? What’s the common denominator? They are women. The real message is “No woman ever”.

Women are not discriminated against and kept down because the are republican or democrats, white or black, christian, jewish or muslim, pro-life or pro choice, rich or poor, weak or strong……. we are subjected to misogyny because we are WOMEN.

Thus, he is sending a clear message to anyone who might actually bring evidence to support his associations. To those people, let him vilefy you, the rest of us have your back. Rev. Amy,

How true. Hillary’s penance for running is to help this empty suit by campaigning for him. She knows and we know that he is not a leader.

In April, as we were still in the primaries, I had an experience that reminded me of the hidden mysogyny women face regularly. I’m still angry about it and what was done to Hillary.

I do not want to vote for McCain. As another person wrote as a comment here, a vote for McCain means that is two votes “that one” will need to make up for my one.

As for the relationships with Ayers, Dohrn, Wright, et al, you do not become part of that circle unless you share the same views which is something that the MSM does not seem to appreciate.

I once believed that reporters and editors tended to be more liberal while the owners or publishers tended to be more conservative; however, I think that the owners and publishers have decided that Obama’s “story” may sell more newspapers and bring more people back to the conventional news outlets. So they have pushed his story without vetting it.

I want to see him lose in Illinois. If he cannot carry his “home” state and loses in Nov., I hope he will be percieved as weak and challenged in the March 2010 primary. I want him to be a one term Senator.

By getting more knowledge on the Saul Alinsky effect..I do believe that the elitist have been planning and infiltrating our lives for 20years to take over America. As he says infiltrate:entertainment, media, education and take baby steps into government. To finalize the victory make the middle class think they need our help. Obama is socialism at it’s very best.
