There are many, many, MANY reasons to oppose him but this “socialist” tag is not grounded in any visible reality.

He is so damned elusive and sneaky (plus his well hidden past) — that anyone and everyone can project their hopes and FEARS on this blank slate.

The Obamabots believe (from video links posted on Sugar’s website) that all their wishes will be fulfilled. Mostly the Obamabots have no idea about any of Obama’s policies and how they might impact on their lives. Perhaps Mrs. Obama is going to make sure that everyone works hard for the ONE — the messiah??

On the other hand since there is such little information — we are left looking at Obama’s character (his bestest friends — the people who influence Obama and who have been his mentors throughout his life).

So we are making assumptions about Obama will do in the future — based on his current actions (flip flopping, male chauvinist pig) and associates — on what he might do in the future. We know he isn’t going to change — at his age — his personality and character are SET.

And a whole lot of who Obama is — comes from Ayers — because of their very long, close relationship. And to date we don’t really know how deep that relationship goes.

Obama’s friend and mentors are NOT people I would want to get to know.

These are the same sort of people he will choose to surround him if America gets conned by this snake oil salesman.

Share the wealth — whose wealth? Just who makes the rules about wealth distribution and who defines wealth? Is Sores going to be stripped of his wealth?

One of the pollsters (Zogby??) said that people aren’t voting for Obama because they still don’t know who he is. And that’s because Obama doesn’t want us to know who he is because he has a hidden agenda.

What is Obama telling his very very wealthy supporters who are dumping millions of $$$$ in Obama’s campaign.

Does Obama give different messages for each target audience — sort of like the double messages re: NAFTA to voters in Ohio and to Canadian embassy?

I just don’t trust the flip-flopping, money grabbing, two faced liar who calls himself “Obama”.

I have to wonder what the Weird Poll Monster of 2008 is supposed to be telling us. I am almost starting to believe that the message is: “We really don’t have a clue.” The news can’t report that, of course, but it just seems that way to me.

At least some in the Obama camp must have reached the same conclusion, because I notice that threats of race riots if Obama doesn’t win are staring to pop up in the spin segments of his surrogates. I don’t think that they would use this tactic unless they really thought that they had to scare Americans into voting for Obama.

It will be interesting to see what happens in the event of a McCain victory.

I don’t know if it’s willful ignorance, brain damage, or a cynical put-on.

I’ve watched all the sds reunion tapes from a while ago. Very interesting. Especially Dorhn and how she wants a different kind of socialism in the USA–something like Venezeula…and so much more.
