ACORN Continues the Reign of Terror in Missouri

This weekend in St. Louis, Barack Obama attracted an estimated 100,000 people to a rally near the Arch grounds. I am wondering how many of those adoring throngs would be in the fold if they understood, really understood, that he had stolen the nomination from Hillary Clinton by committing massive caucus fraud, threatening the delegates and super delegates and by preventing an open and honest roll call at the Democratic National Convention.

It’s hard to say since the predominantly left leaning media, including the St. Louis Post-Dispatch has reported very little of this.

And I’m wondering what they understand, really understand about his judgment since some of his closest associates include unrepentant domestic terrorist William Ayers, convicted felon Tony Rezko and the infamous Reverend Jeremiah Wright, who preaches anti-American and anti-Semitic rhetoric from his pulpit, to name but a few.

It’s hard to say since the predominately left leaning media, brushes this off, rather than reporting it. In a week’s time, Joe the Plumber has been vetted more seriously by the media than Obama has been in a year and a half. And all the poor guy did was ask a question.

Many of my friends are supporting Obama. While I do not agree with their choice, I understand the desire beneath it. They tell me they are tired of political bickering. They are excited by the possibility of a Black president. They like the message he preaches of tolerance and unity.

I think it would be wonderful to elect a Black or female president although I make most of my decisions based on qualifications, not identity politics.

And I would certainly like to see more tolerance for differences of opinion and freedom of speech. I am wondering what some of my friends and the adoring throngs would make of the violence being perpetuated by ACORN workers and Obama canvassers here in St. Louis against McCain followers.

Here is the story. For days, I have been driving past a home with a large McCain sign on Lindell, a stately boulevard with large homes in the Central West End of St Louis. Frankly, it warmed my heart to see the sign in the sea of Obama signs. I have thought how great that neighbors can express their differing points of view and probably still borrow a cup of flour. And considering that Obama launched a truth squad in Missouri comprised of law enforcement officials that has been designed to intimidate the general population, I appreciated the courage of the McCain supporters.

Yesterday, as I was driving past, I noticed that the accompanying smaller Palin sign that had included a portrait of Sarah Palin had been torn and her image removed. Curious to know what happened, I knocked on their door. I introduced myself as a former Clinton supporter who was not in the Obama camp.

The family with whom I talked has names, of course. But you will not read their names here because they are afraid. Here is their account.

The woman of the house told me that she had seen ACORN workers cutting the sign and when a postal worker came up to the house to deliver the mail, they urged him to steal the sign. They were so loud; she heard them in the kitchen and called the police.

She told them to stop and for the postal worker to step away from the sign. The ACORN workers sneered and laughed at her and sped off in a car. When the police arrived, the postal worker begged for his job, saying he had been bullied and she decided to drop the charges.

Her husband then told me that the other McCain signs on the block had been torn and they knew of signs that had been cut or removed in Ladue, a suburb of St. Louis.

Appalled, I suggested that we alert the media and have them come out to photograph the signs and interview the couple. The couple seemed very responsive to the idea, saying they wanted people to know what was going on and that they were proud of supporting John McCain. That he was a candidate who spoke to their values.

I offered to call the media and help make the connection and gave them my cell phone in case they had any questions.

A few minutes later, the husband called and suggested that a neighbor down the street would be a better interview and gave me his name and address. Five minutes later, he called back again and said his wife was very anxious and afraid for the safety of their family if they went public.

Having been harassed by Obama supporters in Portland when I volunteered for Clinton and witnessed the strong-arming of delegates that went on in Denver, I said I completely understood and didn’t want to do anything to create problems for them. I would not use their names and would not try to send a reporter to their house.

So that is my story. It is a true story about a real family who are afraid to have their names in the paper or their faces on television for fear of reprisal. And I don’t blame them. But I will blame the American public if they don’t wake up to the fact that Barack Obama is not just practicing dirty politics Chicago style. He is encouraging fascism on the part of hired workers.

Wake up, folks. This is not the candidate of tolerance and unity. And we must not project that onto him, in our understandable desire for a kinder, gentler world.

This is a very difficult time for all of us as we try to sort out where our country is going and worry about the economy. The majority of the mainstream media has failed us in doing their most basic job: providing the public with information so they can make informed, responsible choices.

Early on, the majority of the mainstream media fell in love with a romantic Hollywood story about the meteoric rise of a bi-racial candidate with little experience and now is reluctant to do anything to veer from that narrative because it would make them look foolish. Maybe they even believe what they have been pedaling to the public. But the information is out there for people who want to do the reading.

The best investigative reporting is on the blogs these days. No Quarter. Hillbuzz. Lynette Long. Bud White. Heidi Li’s Potpourri. The Confluence, to name but a few.

November 4 is reckoning day. An Obama presidency will suppress free speech, plunge our economy into a depression and endanger our citizens.

Just say No Deal.

Does anyone else hear the deafening silence on these tactics coming from the Obama camp? That alone should tell the American public all it needs to know, and about what it can look forward to if Obama gains power.

As someone who has been harassed, threatened, bullied and frequently the target of attempted intimidation by Obama supporters……

when you write
“November 4 is reckoning day. An Obama presidency will suppress free speech, plunge our economy into a depression and endanger our citizens.

Just say No Deal. ”

I couldn not agree with you more.

Although many things have not panned out, I am vaguely hopeful that what Andy Martin seems to be discovering in Hawaii will matter to enough people.

To have a Fraud leading the ignorant and blind supported by the overly ambitious and greedy

Let’s add Newsweek to the Nurempress docket:

The cover of Newsweek’s 10/27 issue that’s out now says “America the Conservative, How a President Obama Might Govern a Center-right Nation.” Evidently The One is already President according to the MSM. The cover is the back of Obama’s head set against a blurry American flag. Looks like it means the flag will fade to black under Obama. Very weird. Haven’t read the article—don’t have the stomach for it.

note–posted abou this in another thread but it fits here too.

Obama’s vision of American Patriotism in his own words:

“Meet the Press”, Sun. 07 Sept.2008

Gen. Bill Ginn, USAF (ret), asked Obama to explain why he doesn’t follow protocol when the National Anthem is played. The General also reminded the Senator that according to the United States Code, Title 36, Chapter 10, Sec. 171 …During rendition of the national anthem when the flag is displayed, all present, except those in uniform are expected to stand at attention facing the flag with the right hand over the heart. At the very least, “Stand and Face It”

Sen. Obama said, “As I’ve said about the flag pin, I don’t want to be perceived as taking sides. There are a lot of people in the world to whom the American flag is a symbol of oppression. And the anthem itself conveys a war-like message. You know, the bombs bursting in air and all. It should be swapped for something less parochial and less bellicose. I like the song “I’d Like To Teach the World to Sing” If that were our anthem, then I might salute it. We should consider to reinvent our National Anthem as well as to redesign our Flag to better offer our enemies hope and love”.

I don’t know I have a feeling Obama is going to Hawaii to pay off someone for a birth certificate. Otherwise it would have been produced by now. How hard is it to say here’s my birth certificate? I think the real surprise is going to come in finding the adoption papers because dual citizenship was not accepted in Indonesia at that time. If he was adopted in Indonesia his citizenship becomes void even if he was born here if I understand it correctly. He would still have to re-apply for citizenship. It will all come out after the election on that and he will be impeached or resign and then we’ll have to worry about a Biden presidency if he gets elected.

And that’s just a taste of what it will be like if Obama manages to scam his way into the White House and begin his Reign of Terror. The MSM has is already doing their part by censoring any opposition to Obama, hiding his background, and ignoring the voting fraud that’s going on.

Is funny that democracy so easily turned into intolerance. In a way it will be a victory for marxist and for Al Quaida. The only way to turn intolerance is with the imposition of a religion that punishes individualism.

The thing about the weasely MSM is that they will have collective amnesia when the deep doo doo (Daddy’s Bush’s words) hits the fan for Obama. They will pretend they did their best and tried to report accurately and objectively. No guilty consciences there, I’m sure.

I can’t tell you how may times I sent in letters to my hometown newspaper editor to tell him about the caucus fraud–not interested. It was just a rumor. Those people on the video must have been “acting” I assume.

Maybe it really is that they want him in because they relish the idea of all the scandal that will sell their rags while he’s in office.

Hmmmm, I stopped by to deliver a birthday gift for my grandson yesterday and noticed a “No Solicitation” sign newly placed by their front door. I mentioned it and wondered who was annoying them. My son-in-law said they were being inundated by political canvassers looking for donations. I laughed and asked my grandson: “For Obama?” He said the “bots” are out in force. I was pretty shocked that he called them “bots” but said: “You told them you had given them your vote?” He replied: “Well, not yet.” I said, “Well, I’m worried about how his tax plan will affect the family.” “Not good.”

Not to disillusion anybody, but the areas to watch in MO are, of course, St. Louis and Kansas City along with Columbia (central MO univ. city), and southeast MO aka the boothill.

I expect the rest of the state will definitely go red, and I have no doubt the Republicans are working hard in that state.

I did read an interesting article yesterday regarding the integrity of the voting system in MO and the state’s preparedness for the election. Here’s the link…

Study: Missouri among states most prepared for election

Comment by Steve_in_KC | 2008-10-22 17:49:58

I’m on the fringe of Missouri. I don’t call it MO here anymore!

I can tell you there is St. Louis and Kansas City, and all the rest is rural. St. Louis and KC both are border cities. Since St. Louis shares a border with Illinois, some think it influenced by Chicago, but I only see that in the urban part of SL. It’s the same in KC, only a little more watered down. I would guess 90% of the AA population in Missouri is in those two cities, but they are not the majority in the cities. Much of the black population of SL is on the Illinois side, in East St. Louis, so that doesn’t really impact the Missouri vote (assuming legal standards apply).

McCain has maintained a slim lead in Missouri polling since summer, most of the time. I expect that will hold true on Election Day. Missouri is uncanny in being on the winning side most elections. And that screechy Sen McClashy is not very popular, I know that for a fact! She’s been riding BO’s coattails so close she’s the first to know when he passes gas. That is unless Kansas Gov Sebeelyas is between them.

I see Missouri as pink right now and red in November.

Steve,

I lived in MO for 20 yrs and have been living elsewhere for the last dozen yrs. You’re SO-O-O-O right. Your area ISN’T the MO I lived in all those years. I miss Central Dairy’s MO that was “fresh as a MO morning”.

We’re moving back someday, but NOT to the MO side unless the screechy one is unpopular enough to be booted out soon by the electorate. Think they will? :::hands folded in prayer::: :-)

As far as the demographics in St. Louis and just outside of the city limits, there are a lot of young blue collar white voters there that are for BO. Also, I’m a little concerned about Jefferson Co. just south of St. Louis Co.

Southwest MO may pull out a HUGE push for the R’s, too, along with the rest of the rural areas of the state.

Comment by MOmule | 2008-10-22 18:30:54

Shiloh - I’m betting on McCain here in good old St. Louis. As a Brit transplant, I have spent my adult life in the US and some of my Republican friends have been known to call me a bleeding heart liberal. Since I intend to vote Republican for the first time I still think that we ain’t going to go for BO. I think the “wealth redistribution” was a big mistake. I have found folk here to be very generous in their charitable giving, but their hackles rise at words like those. Not to mention “reparations”, “bitter”, “racist”, etc. MO is central geographically and in politics. Obama will carry the city, but that has shrunk in population. As I recall, McCaskill won by taking the county. I think BO will have a harder time. I am relying on the sensible middle of the roaders who usually seem to keep the state on an even keel. I can’t see the rural areas going for him, either.
I live in the suburbs further west than Ladue. This morning at the gym one of my friends told me that his McCain sign had been stolen. I was rather surprised as this area is much more Republican territory. I have noticed, however, that there are far fewer presidential signs out on the lawns. Just about all of them here are for the state races, which I am sure means that people don’t want anyone to know who they are voting for as Pres. I am most afraid that the Dems have set back race relations years by this disaster. One of our neighbors (white), who emails my husband regularly, was deluging him for months with propaganda about O until my husband retaliated with some of the info available to rebut the claims. Then he wrote that he did not want to read anything like that, he was determined to vote for O because he wanted to see a black as pres., mainly it seems because his daughter-in-law is Asiatic! The mind boggles. On the other hand a friend (black) who worked with my husband for years is also totally in the tank for Obama. I can’t blame him, but he presumes that we feel the same way and it is so difficult to keep our mouths shut, so as not to lose a true friend.
Whoever wins now, this mess will remain an open wound into the future.
Despite those two examples above, I think BO will lose here. He has so much money to throw around that his campaign is going for overkill. In the last ten days or so we received 8-10 glossy ads in the mail bashing McCain. Today another 3 came. An example of the first page of one - a picture of an elderly lady with the words “McCain’s retirement policy - work forever”. I can’t see the sensible people here drinking enough koolaid to believe such crap.

I just returned from MO; my son lives in Fulton just south of Columbia. The original report on the O rally in St. Louis was 200,000; then I saw 100,000. Since St. Louis is just across the border from IL and the arch is right on the border, I am sure there was a big influx from IL. East St. Louis is heavily AA, even more so than St. Louis. but also I believe officially in IL.

Here is what I saw on the I-70 corridor which cuts across the mid-section of MO and links Kansas City, Mo. and St. Louis. Almost no O signs along the I-70. I think I saw maybe 2 or 3; many for McCain. In Columbia, O signs around MU and Stephens college and in the AA areas. I would say the O and M yard signs are about evenly divided in Columbia with O signs concentrated around MU and the AA neighborhoods. But mostly I did not see a lot of yard signs. Same in Fulton (which has 2 private colleges). Columbia is having major problems in its high schools right now and tensions appear to be high. I am not sure whether these tensions are between whites and blacks or between AA gangs. In a school incident that got a lot of press while I was there, it looked to me like the fighting was among rival AA’s but it was hard to follow the tape clip that was playing.

What I got while I was there is that folks are not talking to much to each other about POTUS politics and it is mainly because the topic is too incendiary so people are putting there heads down and will go vote and thank our forefathers for the secret ballot.

Being an old voter- I have put together some examples to know what is going to happen in 2008’s election.

In 2000- Gore was the most popular guy- the democrat party was strong and the independents were tired of the scandal of Bill Clinton, and were leaning for Bush. Gore was a smart man, had donna B, the white bigot helping out the campaign and drove the black votes up for Gore. You could tell what was going on by looking at people’s yards. Big american flags were stuck in the ground and on cars showing their support for our country and Bush. While big signs were stuck in the ground showing “change” for Gore. A close race- but Bush won. It was very close.

In 2004- Kerry ran against Bush. The same thing happen but very little signs around. No big flags or signs on lawns and cars. Very strange it was. I can recall it. I voted for Kerry. Kerry’s signs were alot- everywhere you look- there was the signs. Kerry was loved by the media- the conservative stations were complaining everyday-but all were mostly fair and balanced. Bush won again. We were called “the most stupidest people by England the next day”. Even the international countries said that we had no brains. Now- remember I said “no flags around- no signs around- Kerry was ahead by close to 12 point according to the idiots that do the polls as of today- Rassm-Zob-Gallup.

2008- No signs or flags……….hummm…could this mean something?

Apparently, five thirty eight thinks the PUMA movement is dead. Let’s please show them they are wrong on 11/4:

Some cute comments:
Thanks Nate! Another shattered myth (just like the Bradley effect)
There never really was such a thing as PUMAs, save for a couple of people who would get on the teevee and claim to be a PUMA.
I always suspected that PUMA’s were a Republican charade.
There never really was such a
> thing as PUMAs…
Oh, there seem to be plenty of them. Unfortunately for McCain, they’re all ex-Republicans on their way out the door.
If there ever were any PUMAs, the Palin pick chased them back to Obama. Palin is the anti-Hillary, and no one knows it better than the PUMAs.
The overwhelming majority of so-called PUMAs were Republicans and their online sock puppets, and it was pretty amazing to see how many people couldn’t recognize what was going on.

It kind of makes you want to feel sorry for them on election day…or not!

Yeah right PUMA is a myth, but Obama is for real! hahahahaha. Bots are mentally deficient.

Police prepare for unrest

“Some worry that if Barack Obama loses and there is suspicion of foul play in the election, violence could ensue in cities with large black populations. Others based the need for enhanced patrols on past riots in urban areas (following professional sports events) and also on Internet rumors.”

There was foul play, from The Precious’ campaign. And this assumption of black’s rioting is a racist stereotype if you ask me. If there is any violence, the root cause will be The Precious and HIS actions/inaction.

I’m so sick of seeing Bobo’s face, hearing his droning voice, and listening to the chant barackobama barackobama barackobama that I’m a nervous wreck. When at home, I stay in my den and listen only to Washington Journal, Hannity and Colmes, and Greta on TV, but I can hear the fawning sycophants on MSNBC and CNN from the TV in the living room. (If I shut the den door, my cat and dog constantly scratch and whine at it!) God, help me through 2 more weeks of this! There was a bright spot today when I received a fold-over mailer from the OH GOP detailing Bobo and Ayers. I only wish it had contained a photo of Billy boy standing on the flag–one of the most disgusting and disturbing images I’ve ever seen!

Comment by Joan of Art | 2008-10-22 17:35:20

I am strongly opposed to Barack Obama from many perspectives. However, as much as it pains me to see some of my friends and neighbors embracing his empty rhetoric and excusing his lies, that is their right.

What I cannot tolerate and think we must not tolerate is the intimidation of people, the perpetuation of an atmosphere of fear and animosity and the desecration of people’s property.

Freedom of speech is the essence of democracy. As is the principle of one person, one vote.

If we don’t have that, we no longer have a civil society.

So many of us are angry and concerned. But our vote is probably not enough. Busy as most of us are, we need to figure out ways to carve out time to volunteer, phone bank and canvas and to drive people to the polls on election day.

We especially need to help former Hillary supporters understand that they can cross over and make a different choice than Obama.

For many former supporters, it is confusing. Some have said to me, “But she is supporting him.”

I try to explain that her life is in the Democratic Party and/or she may feel she has no choice.

But we do. We must talk urgently, analytically and compassionately whenever we can to help people work this out.

And for many of us, this means stepping outside our comfort zones. Most people don’t like to phone bank or to talk to strangers. But we must find ways to support each other in our efforts. Go alone or w a friend.

we are up against a mighty big and mean machine and the time is now.

Does anyone else notice when Nobamas lead increases the stock market tanks ???? It is very suspicous.

Also - McCain has a very good chance of winning.
Thing back Hillary supporters - we have been through this in the primaries - polls show Obama way ahead or Hillary barely winning and she beats him by a huge margin. Since when have the polls been accurate this entire primary ? What has Nobama won since Rev Wright et al came out ?? Guam by 7 votes, Oregon, Montana and N Carolina ( by cheating) - Hillary won everything else. The silent majority will prevail.
McCain will win. Don’t listen to the MSM.

Thank you everyone for all your news and great posts on this blog.

Comment by Steve_in_KC | 2008-10-22 18:00:25

I hate to admit it, but I think one of the reasons Hillary did so well in the later primaries was that the Obots thought it was all over, so they didn’t turn out the vote as much.

That’s not the whole thing, but I think it was part of it. And that gives me hope! I believe the majority of them are 100% convinced it’s in the bag for them, and I pray that will keep many of them partying instead of voting. After all, voting is a civic duty, and that’s too much like work! :)

Comment by AnninCA | 2008-10-22 18:01:43

Comment by csuzeq | 2008-10-22 18:47:21

This is fact. There were sevral articles about this in the Primary. Hillary was best for the economy. Obama, if he can implement his plan for America (which most economists said he can’t), he will cause a depression. I read at least 18 articles and no economist said Barky was good for the economy. Why does the MSM tell us he will be? Who the F!@# knows, but it is not true. When he is leading the markets tank. When Mccain is leading or the gap tightens the markets do better. Watch and see if this is how it goes. We are doomed with Barfy and all experts know it!

LOOK AT THIS CRAP FROM YAHOO NEWS:

A Drag on the Ticket?

Old conventional political wisdom dictates that vice presidential picks don’t change the outcome of a race. When Sarah Palin received larger fanfare than John McCain a month ago, the pundits cautioned, “people vote for President, not for Vice President.”

Well, vice presidential candidates may not win elections, but this year it’s looking increasingly likely that Sarah Palin may help lose one.

In an NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll released last night, the number one concern about McCain was Palin’s perceived lack of qualifications.

Today Show/NBC News graphic

This morning, NBC’s Political Director Chuck Todd explained McCain’s “Palin problem”:

“Speaking of Palin, her numbers have plummeted in our poll. For the first time, she has a net-negative fav/unfav rating (38%-47%), the only principal [candidate] to carry that distinction. What’s more, 55% think she’s unqualified to serve as president if the need arises, which is a troublesome number given McCain’s age. (Have worries about McCain’s age risen because of Palin? Seems to be the case).”

Other polls reflect this perception problem for the McCain/Palin camp as well. Pew released its latest poll that echoes many of the NBC/WSJ’s findings about voters’ perceptions of Palin and their effect on McCain. Pew’s headline doesn’t mention Palin specifically — “Growing Doubts About McCain’s Judgment, Age and Campaign Conduct” — but it has this telling observation in the write-up:

“Notably, opinions of Palin have a greater impact on voting intentions than do opinions of Joe Biden, Obama’s running mate.”

Then ABC pulls McCain’s poll problems together with this nugget explaining its most recent poll: “Fallout continues from McCain’s pick of Sarah Palin for vice president, with 52 percent saying it weakens their confidence in his judgment.”

Obviously, the McCain people aren’t loving this and Politico reports that the candidate himself says he’s “amazed” by the reaction to his VP pick. Politico writes:

“She is a governor, the most popular governor in America,” McCain said. “I think she is the most qualified of any that has run recently for vice president.”

“I’m amazed. I’m amazed. Which is better? Serve 35 years in the United States Senate and say you’ve got to divide Iraq into three different countries, or be governor of a state and a reformer and give people their tax dollars back and bring about reform in the way that your state does business? Which is better?”

Palin buzz — good and bad — has lit up the Internet over the past 24 hours. Our friends at Yahoo! Buzz have the details.

I am from St. Louis. No one in my family is voting for Obama. I was shocked at this alleged 100,000 people turn out for Obama, but then again East St. Louis, Ill, Chicago, etc. are a short drive and they probably went for the free beer, brats and bumper stickers. I would have a very hard time thinking that the people in Ladue would be voting for Obama. Wow. That crazy socialist nonsense doesn’t seem like it would sit too well with people who have education, breeding and wealth. I would think it’s just the inner city people looking for the handout. Isn’t Missouri a RED state? I’m shocked, but then again I haven’t been there in a long time.

Comment by Ana | 2008-10-22 18:26:52

I don’t think he has that many democrats on his side. Maybe the ones that stayed in the party, a lot of them went bye-bye after Hillary lost and became independents.

McCain needs both indies and some dems. But he needs his republican base to really turn out.

On the dem stuff, I figure Obama has maybe a little over half of the dems sown up.

As we seen by the Howard Stern show one day when they were interviewing people who said they were voting for Obama, they had no clue what his stance on issues were or even who his VP is. Since Obama has no real qualifications or credentials to be President. Won’t show his birth certificate, school or medical records, I think it’s safe to say the majority of his supporters are behind him because they think it would be neat to vote for the first black Presidential candidate. These are the people you and I meet every day that may or may not have a college degree and after observing them and their behavior, you wonder if they can really have a very productive life-most lact that very valuable commodity called, common sense. These are people who are always chasing rainbows but never have a plan on how to catch it.

On-topic but tangentially:

Explain to me how it is that LATINOS aren’t tallied in the ABC Polls for the National Polling?

Select Race and you’ll see:

NO DATA AVAILABLE.

Comment by Leisa | 2008-10-22 18:42:15

The media has reduced this to a black and white issue. Let us forget that we have other races that are Americans…

Comment by Ferd McBerfle | 2008-10-22 18:42:59

More than likely because the Latinos aren’t voting for the Disjointed One. If they exposed that data to the light of day, it would skew their precious polls. You can only stretch data so far and it is getting so thin now you can see through it.

Comment by jangles | 2008-10-22 19:00:53

That may be why the poll has the race in a dead heat when all the other polls show a significant Obama lead. I think O is getting a big slice of the Hispanic vote. That is significant in CA, NM and NV. Probably also CO.

Comment by Hank | 2008-10-22 21:07:15

Na, I don’t think alot of Hispanics will vote for him, most are Catholics. “Pro Life” I heard priest are saying they will not tell you who to vote for, but Obama is Pro Choice.

Many, many Americans who now support Mcain cannot say so publicly in any way whatsoever. We risk losing our jobs and are subject to attacks of all kinds .it is like waiting for kristallnacht…. it is really ugly out her and the only safe place to support Mcain Palin is in the voting booth! Even family members are intimidated by kids! many being polled have to say Obama if anyone is within earshot! we will win this thing! Keep the faith!

Comment by Tyrione | 2008-10-22 21:51:15

Amazing how they don’t even dare touch the Inland Empire (Eastern Wa, Northern Idaho and Eastern Oregon) with such scare tactics.

I’d relish the shot to break down a few koolaid clowns on historical factors, precedent and present half-truths of politics.

You know, I really sympathize with those who fear retributions for simply voicing their opinions. I’ve been called racist by so-called friends because I refuse to bow down and worship the ONE. I’m about to describe what happened to me this afternoon, and this might just a sample of what is coming if Obama becomes POTUS.

I finished up grocery shopping a couple of hours ago at a busy shopping center here at the outskirts of San Francisco. I was walking towards my car when I see a decidedly frightened older lady eyeing a group of loud, gesticulating group of high school/ college students standing around a car parked at the lot. Anyways, the lady looked distressed enough for me to stop and ask her if she needed any help. The lady then took me aside and whispered “They are pointing to my McCain sticker on my car and they are saying that whoever this car belongs to is a racist, I’m afraid of going to my car.” I got so mad at those idiots, one of them was kicking the car’s bumper, that I said to the lady, “Look, that’s your right to freedom of speech and you shouldn’t feel intimidated by assholes. I will walk you to your car.” Well, the frightened lady was a little shocked by my use of the word ‘assholes’ but she grabbed onto me and when I then took her arm and led her to her car.

Let me just say that this is the first time that I’ve ever acted as a body guard, all 5′2″, 105 lbs of me. But I was just so incensed that a little, old lady felt scared to go to her OWN car simply because of harassment on the part of the Messiah’s f*cktard supporters. I’m still so pissed!!! BTW, long story short I stayed around to make sure that the lady was able to drive away in peace and I also made a complaint to the shopping center’s security team about the incident.

Good for you. I commend you for your gracious and courageous act.

TERRIFYING!!! Thank you for rescuing that lady. The US is becoming a Third World country with mob rule. Those thugs should be locked up for their CRIMINAL conduct.

That was a great thing you did Evgenia!

Comment by breeze | 2008-10-22 20:22:24

Thank you, Evgenia!

I’m 71 and it could have been me, although I am
too feisty to be cowed easily. I would have
QUIETLY looked for a policeman/security and would
have let them take care of it, then LMAO…..

Seriously, does anybody really think these types
really will be bothered to VOTE or are they really bored unemployed BUMS, with probably a
record?

Comment by KathyNeocon | 2008-10-22 20:28:38

They probably have criminal records but have been registered by ACORN under other names.

Comment by OBAMA IS A FRAUD | 2008-10-22 18:43:53

The last poll I saw said that since June Obama has not gotten more than 58% of the Hillary voters. I really do think these polls are way off. I have a ton of ex-Hillary voter friends, including my mother and other family members who are ALL voting for McCain and HAPPY to do it. I think we should ignore the polls. I don’t think he’s getting 95% of the AAs or 88% of the Dems by ANY MEANS. How many times in an election have there been SO MANY grassroots organizations AGAINST a candidate. I am surprised by how MANY anti-Obama movements there are out there. Hang in there everyone. I still think that someone has an “October Surprise” lurking and that the polls will be a distant sad memory on November 4.

Comment by Mary Smith | 2008-10-22 18:44:12

I live in Va - no Obama signs to be seen in my area. A friend drove down from D.C. to see me last weekend; she said she only saw one or two Obama bumper stickers or signs the whole way down I-95 to Richmond. I was surprised, because that’s the most liberal part of the Commonwealth. We’re solid for McCain here in Tidewater.

Comment by MAC ATTACK | 2008-10-22 18:46:52

I reccomend 2 police officers checking I.D.’s at every polling station..McCain would definately win by 75% of the vote!…lmao

Obots would turn and walk away..

I live in Chicago and there’s no way I’d risk putting a McCain/Palin sign on my car or in my yard.

That said, how did the homeowner mentioned in this article know the vandals were ACORN workers?

Comment by Sassy | 2008-10-22 19:54:17

Acorn is under the protection of the entire Democratic Party!
Now that I get the full picture, I will never vote for a democrat again!
Lay out the issues to the voters, go at it tooth and nail, but when extortion is involved, it’s no longer an election!
If that’s the new strategy, I hope the “O” and his entire team goes down like a load of bricks!

Everyone needs to remember. No matter who you vote for, you must be prepared to live with your choice for four years should they win. Also, no matter who wins, the losing side will be yelling about discrepancies. They already have their teams of lawyers ready, their strategies set, and probably some documents already typed up and saved in the computer for easy editing. Also, click on my post name and see what I found on a blog. Be well!

Comment by Alex01 | 2008-10-22 21:10:03

Great, albeit sad, article. But the tide is turning, if it was ever really against us, and McCain/Palin are gaining momentum minute by minute, thanks to the word getting out about Obama’s horrible associations, judgement, and character. He will not win - America will!

Oh, and I’d like to put in a plug, in case no one else has, for http://www.hillaryclintonforum.net. A fantastic, safe place for anti-Obama types to hang out!

Anyone wish to discuss this?

http://www.suburbanchicagonews.com/newssun/news/1228220,5_1_WA18_BADVOTES_S1.article

If Obama has Illinois ” gift-wrapped ” then why would there be voter fraud to begin with- what are they hiding?
