Credit card companies, banks and campaigns are NOT required to check small contributions.If a contributor wants to claim a tax deduction or exceeds the limit then they must use their correct name when making a contribution.The fact is that every campaign receives anonymous contrbutions, Echelon and the Patriot Act have made more Amercians fearful of retribution. Million of Americans live, work and travel overseas so the fact that anonymous contributions come from overseas is not significant or even veifiable.
