What a poorly researched piece of crap. She obviously did not do her homework. She called up Will Bowers and talked to a few folks from the DNC but did not bother to go look up sites like this one. I just chewed her out in an email. Don’t have time to register and comment yet.
Here’s what I emailed her:
PUMA Alive and Well - Do Your Research!
You obviously did not do enough research in your piece on PUMAs. For example, you made the extremely false statement:

Did you even BOTHER to do your research beyond talking to Will Bowers or “party leaders”? I’m a Palin supporting PUMA and went with a group of California PUMAs to Palin’s rally here, and we kept running into Hillary supporters there. We are real, and we’re not voting for Obama.
Did you even bother to visit the most highly trafficked Hillary supporter/anti-Obama website, No Quarter? Do you even KNOW what it is?

Next time you write a story, do some actual research. This piece you wrote was just shameful. You called up a few sources but obviously did not bother to look around the Internet where the real PUMA action is happening.
PS I am voting for McCain/Palin, and still a registered Democrat.

the Montana democratic campaign called me again tonight. They have me registered to volunteer for them. I have no idea how this happened since I never signed up with them. We are independent in my state and do not claim a party. When I asked them how they got me on the volunteer sheet they said it might have been a mistake. When I stated I was ready to volunteer for Mccain I think I made her mad.
My husband was watching tv tonight and he caught something wierd in the Obama campaign ad. It is a tv ad that is almost 2 min long. Barack is talking about how he will make our country better as pres. Basically he is giving his acceptance speech again. At the end it shows hit sitting there and to the L of him it says Barack Obama President.
Shouldnt it have said Barack Obama for President?
I can not find the video on line but it is playing now in Montana.
