Obama Chose Marxists as Friends

So says Barack Obama. I just heard this audio clip today. It is Barack Obama reading his own words from the book he “wrote.” Marxist friends, like Professor Bill Ayers and his wife Bernadine Dohrn, were not thrust upon him. They were not casual, incidental acquaintances. HE SOUGHT THEM OUT!
I suppose we should not get too exercised about Barack Obama saying one thing and doing another, but this is too important to ignore. He deliberately associated himself with the most radical members of our society.
As we have noted repeatedly at NoQuarter, Barack Obama’s relationship with Bill Ayers probably started when Barack was at Columbia University in the late 1980s. That’s why Bill Ayers then turns to Barack Obama and gets him named to head the board of the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, which Ayers established. That’s why Barack felt so comfortable kicking off his political campaign for the State legislature in Bill Ayers’ living room.
Consistent with his seeking out the most radical folks in Chicago was his long affiliation with Jeremiah Wright. Here is Barack Obama talking about his dear friend and his radical vision in 1995:
As Barack says, “my pastor, a wonderful man.” Barack acknowledges that Wright is a spritual co-author of Barack’s faith. And yet Barack wants us to believe that he knew nothing of the radical, hateful views of Wright, or Ayers, or Rezko? That my friends is a blatant lie.
