Just Say No Deal Presents Closing Arguments in Nationwide Conference Call Sunday, November 2, 5PM E.T.

ONLINE, WASHINGTON DC & NATIONWIDE – The Just Say No Deal Coalition, a group of Senator Hillary Clinton’s most ardent supporters, presents Closing Arguments: The Case for a McCain/Palin Administration via a nationwide conference call on Sunday, November 2 at 5PM Eastern.

A bipartisan team of distinguished women and men — Democrats Lady Lynn de Rothschild and Dr. Lynette Long, and Republicans Charlie Crist and Rudy Giuliani — unite to appeal to Hillary supporters, PUMAs and undecided voters to push through to election day to get out the vote for the McCain/Palin ticket.

This 90-minute conference call will be broadcast worldwide via BlogTalkRadio and NoQuarterUSA.net). Larry Johnson, the owner of NoQuarterUSA.net, will be the host. Mr. Johnson is a former counter-terrorism official and intelligence officer who served in the Reagan, Bush and Clinton administrations. Mr. Johnson became a vociferous critic of Karl Rove and of the Bush administration for their involvement in the outing of former CIA officer Valerie Plame, and he delivered the National Democratic Party’s weekly address on July 25, 2005.

Please join us at 5PM Eastern at our broadcast, Closing Arguments.

Just Say No Deal, which was born the weekend that Hillary Clinton suspended her campaign, is comprised largely of Democrats and Independents who believe in putting Country, not party affiliation, first. We have spoken out against political intimidation in the states and the blogosphere, condemned the mainstream media bias, publicized voter and caucus fraud, and criticized the refusal of the Democratic Party to disassociate itself from the fraud and corrupt actions of ACORN.

Join us at 5PM Eastern for the live broadcast of Closing Arguments: The Case for a McCain/Palin Administration. You’ll need to be registered at BlogTalkRadio to post comments in the live chat.

That is why you have the McCain Conference Call phone number and code. It will be optimal to listen via your telephone, preferably your speaker phone.

He served this country honorably and he was tortured for 5-1/2 years in a Viet Cong Prison Camp. Obama only serves himself. There is no comparison.

However, after thinking McCain got the last word on SNL, I see they have a commercial for their show on MONDAY night. An election special with all politics and ‘you never know who may show up’.

People Want To Know About P.U.M.A. And Obama Associates-Polls

Posted on October 31, 2008

I keep seeing post about P.U.M.A. and the one question that everyone has is how many people are in the P.U.M.A. Party? Will was on Greta the other night and she even ask. Will told her that it could be as many as 4 million people because according to the polls 20% of Hillary voters are not voting Obama.
I know not all P.U.M.A.’s will come here to vote but I thought I would put up a poll and see how many people we could find on line over the next few days.
There is another thing I keep hearing on television that makes me a bit angry. I keep hearing that Obama’s associates don’t make any difference to the voters. Well is that right? They matter to me, how about you?

Please pass the word around about these polls so we might get some Idea how many P.U.M.A. are on line and how people feel about Obama’s associates. Thanks for helping out

OT: I have not verified this but it seems important and I wanted to get this to everyone with time so short. Two issues from this, first is more lawsuits about eligibility and the more important is one of the suits is apparently from members of the Electoral College. See second paragraph.

At least one VP candidate Wiley S. Drake Sr. went the next step and agreed to file a lawsuit of his own to demand the disqualification of Barack Obama unless he can prove status as a ”Natural Born Citizen” as the constitution and federal statues demand and define.

In another unrelated action, though also aimed at forcing Obama to release proof or step down, 24 potential Electoral College electors are filing action Monday morning in court also demanding proof. A call is herein being issued to any elector in any state, especially democrat electors who would like to join that effort. Electors interested in adding their name to this lawsuit can contact Mr. Marquis who will put you in contact with the attorney handling that case.

IANAL but it would appear a VP candidate and the electors would have standing!

Comment by jbjd | 2008-11-02 00:38:52

It doesn’t matter whether they have standing. The fact that he refuses again to produce proof of natural born status will matter this time.

Comment by VinceP1974 | 2008-11-02 07:22:57

What party is that guy with? I supposed I could google for it.. which I will.

I found the bit about the Electors wanting to sue to be very interesting. I wish they cited where they heard that from.

I did some research about contingency voting..

There are three critical dates that relate to electing the President.

Popular Vote – The first Tuesday following the first Monday of November:
- Popular election to select the Electors for President

Electoral College Vote – The first Monday after the second Wednesday of December:
- In each State, the Electors meet and cast their votes for President and Vice President of the US. Seal the votes and send them to the US Senate.

Congress “Vote” – January 6:
- The Electoral College’s votes are counted by the
President of the Senate. If no majority winner, The Congress choose P and VP.

If Soereto wins the Popular vote but is determined to be ineligible before the Electoral Vote, then the Electors chosen will do one of the following:

- vote in a manner that their State law determines, if there is a Law
- vote for whoever the Democratic Party tells them to . I’m sure the Democratic Party will state who should be considered Soereto’s replacement (Lets assume it would be either Biden (which I really doubt) or Clinton)
or
- vote for whoever they want

When Congress tallies the votes in January, there’s a procedure which allows the Congress to contest a particular vote. What they can actually do is something I haven’t been able to find. I’m not sure if the procedure is just to disqualify a vote or if it goes beyond that.

If Barry remains eligible at the time of the Electoral vote in December but then becomes ineligible before the Congress Vote then acording to Amendment XX

If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President.

If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.

Comment by Peggy Sue | 2008-11-02 00:10:04

I’ll be listening! Not that I personally need a closing argument. For me as a loyal Dem, that final stroke came at the end of the primary and the DNC’s outrageous decision to take the nomination from the true, undeniable winner, Hillary Clinton

That betrayal was unforgiveable.

I’m one of those bitter folks clinging to my guns and Bible. I also think the past and our heritage as Americans is worthwhile remembering. Call me hopelessly old-fashioned.

McCain was a surprising alternative. But the decision became easier as I watched and listened to the national campaigns.

Would I vote for an inexperienced, waffling, unaccomplished pretender to the throne? Or would I vote for an American patriot, a surprisingly humble man with eons of experience who has sacrificed more than I can even imagine.

So, no. I personally have no need for closing arguments. But I will listen with a full heart and an amzing amount of faith in the American electorate.

Fraud or real deal? The choice seems pretty simple to me.

PUMA McCain/Palin ‘08

PS: I caught McCain on SNL. Best line: I’m a true maverick–a Republican with no money. Almost fell off my chair. Good luck with the broadcast, Larry et al!

http://www.kitv.com/politics/17860890/detail.html?rss=hon&psp=news

Remember the birth certificate issue and how Obama’s mother gave birth in Kenya and very soon went to Hawaii and registered him there as a (I forgot the term) non-resident or out of state birth???

Well, this statement says Hawaii has a legitimate b.c., but doesn’t say where he was born.

You know how BO twists words and is evasive. If you read this closely it does not say he was actually born in Hawaii. Just that they have seen and verified his b.c. is there.
————————–

Fukino said she and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have personally verified that the health department holds Obama’s original birth certificate.

“Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures,” Fukino said.

Comment by MattsMarie | 2008-11-02 00:32:46

This is an excellent point. My adopted son has a Missouri birth certificate that we filed for when we brought him home from a Russian orphanage. If you look at the long form of his Missouri birth certificate, it says “St. Petersburg, Russia” in the place of birth blank. However, someone could definitely say that he has a Missouri birth certificate. It is thought that Ann Dunham brought Barack Obama from Kenya as a days old infant and filed for a Hawaiian BC just like I did for my son in MO. Once again, a clever “lie by omission” cover up on their part.

Comment by jbjd | 2008-11-02 00:41:09

My adopted son has a birth certificate identifying me as his birth mother.

I like this part the best:

“There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate. State law (Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record,” DOH Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said.

We ALL have a tangible interest in the man who wants to become the Commander in Chief.

THE MORE OBAMA IS EXPOSED,THE MORE HE IS REJECTED.KEEP EXPOSING HIM,AMERICAN PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW WHO HE IS ,AND WHAT HE STANDS FOR.

we had a minor conversion last night…at dinner with m.i.l. and s.i.l. (both solid dems)- they know us (husband and I) as the major flaky liberals of the family. heck we lived in ITHACA, NY for 10 years!!!! drive old volvos, etc. so imagine their surprise when the 1st (yawn) obama ad cam on tv and we gagged. huh? had a long conversation – heated — two points that seemed to make a difference to them: 1) the fraud/dirty politics: caucus fraud, finance fraud, etc. etc. because you see we dems usually take the high road, and 2) the vile sexism toward clinton and palin…my s.i.l. was so shocked we were voting for Mac, she called her husband — a texas-born-red, red, repub – to tell him the (good to him) news! we left my m.i.l. and s.i.l. w.serious obama doubts!

Nothing personal against you.. not at all… but I always snicker when I hear this “we dems usually take the high road”

oh i know — it IS laughable, but when you’re IN the bubble (which we were for so long) it seems that way…now that I am OUT of the dem-bubble, it is so hypocritical, laughable. the dems are a nasty bunch.

i’ve canceled my NY’er subscription, but was reading one from mid-October last night and snickered right out loud at some glowing prose talking about the fine character of fauxbama. not too long ago i would have swallowed those lies right up! now it sounds like satire to me…

I’m glad you see “it” now.

If anything good comes from this election, it’s the awakening of Americans to the negative political antics that have been building up.

I hope a broad movement comes that have American-loving people from the Right and Left associate with one another more and stop viewing each other as enemies.

At 11am I will be at a McCain rally followed by a few hours of GOTV sign holding events.

THEN at 5pm WOWEEEEE.

Larry hosting and NQ regulars at blog talk chat
Lady Lynn donator of Dems for McCain Scranton office
Lynette Long worked on caucus fraud and sexism
My ex-mayor Rudy and the all important Fl Governor

PUMAs, this is the day to break out the popcorn.

Good luck to us all. Get out there and do SOMETHING — anything as we all head to the wire.

This call tonight is so karmic, good karmic.

Thanks, as always, to NQ for doing the job the MSM has continuously failed to do all year – and for doing it sooooo well.

NQ ROCKS!

I am told that CNN mentionned the issue of Fraudobama not being eligible.

Any one knows for sure ?

Awesome! You guys made the best argument to the Clinton supporters yet! I wish everyone who supported Hillary could have heard! If there is any other way you can think to reach those Clinton supporters in swing states by tomorrow let me know: mindless1981@yahoo.com Again, great job!
