I’m a nurse and nurses stil l make considerably less than doctors because women will not stand up for each other. RN’s think they are better than LPN’s, BSN think they are better than ADN’s it’s rediculous. TO this day Nursing is still not considered a Profession, which i love to smear in their faces when they get haughty. The only way you will know that i am an BSN or an RN is if my grandmother tells you other wise I go to work do my job, I treat my older LPN and CNA staff like goddesses. And treat my LPN”s and RN’s the same. If an LPN charge nurse makes a decision i don’t allow the staff to pull me into bull and go over her head she’s in charge not me. If my CNA’s tell me something about a patient i listen. When I work the floor i have 35-38 patients I treat them like my eyes and ears. And while the AMA may have the same infighting when it’s time to go to battle you would never know it. Imagine what this election might have been like if women like Sandra Bernhart and Modonna have kept their mouths shut at best. Modonna is a working mom herself. And despite her antics i have never once, publicly stated i didn’t think the queen of raunch was not a good mother. In years to come will be sure to slam her with glee. Let along protect her when the Southern Baptist around me are damning her to firery pits of hell. “you know who’s not going to come to Jesus’ party? Moddona!” My own mother’s name is Sarah, she just has a bachelors degree, reads her bible ever night before bed, goes to church every saturday,and i trust her judgement over obama’s and joe biden anyday.
