He knows it because 1) he was told so by an SEIU member who assured them that it was voluntary, and if any further inquery was made that they’d meet physical harm… or 2) because he was given an influential position on a corporate board providing he ‘inform’ us poor masses who can clearly NOT read for ourselves, since we all misread that her license to practice law was in “court ordered inactive status” since 1993….

hmmm could be either of those two options!

Yes, please let’s put pressure on the mainstream media to cover this. It’s just outrageous. Didn’t Chicago papers cover it at least? I find that beat reporters are still reporting, but there’s so much “noise” now that the message gets lost in the TV talking heads.

She was compelled to give up her license by rule 770 which is strictly disciplinary, so that the specifics of her malpractice were not published. Rule 756 is voluntary relinquishment, all she’d have to do is pay $105/year for ANY reason. But the Commission lists the disciplinary codes.

This “voluntarily gave it up” nonsense is the bot line du jour. Fortunately AtlasShrugged screen captured everything which could get scrubbed and it’s really very obvious she was forced to give up her license.
