Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) was instrumental in urging Republicans to support Clinton. Only Sen. David Vitter (R-LA) and Sen. Jim DeMint (R-SC) voted against her nomination.

For a second, HRC seemed to expect to be greeted by the others but, alas, it was not to be. These people have no class. You said a mouthful. First the right-wing nutjobs went after them. After the constant smears and millions of dollars in investigations, HRC came up clean as a whistle and Big Dawg got caught perjuring himself in a lawsuit unrelated to his office. Then the rabid-left wing started in on her.
Those two put up with more guff than for less reason than anyone should be made to endure–and they got through it in spite of the media and the inbred elite. My hat is off to the both of them.
Not to mention that the nomination was stolen from her, the false accusations of racism, the never-ending snubs and put downs. Someday when HRC retires from politics (hard to imagine that), I hope she writes a tell-all book, names names, and gives a middle-finger salute to all of her detractors. It’s why there are some Clinton fans who turned on them. Many people feel Bill owed the world to tell the truth about Obama and save the election. I agree, but I know there is more to all of this than meets the eye.

I completely agree. Her skirt was so short at the church, it was thigh high when she was sitting. Very undignified, She’s short so she wouldn’t look good in a really long skirt but just below the knee works on almost everyone, I thought the boots (would have looked better if she hadn’t had the expanse of white legs between the boots and red coat) and short skirt made her look like a Go Go dancer. Tights matching the boots would have helped.
