Send it to their home office near you. Mail to D.C. gets screened for anthrax, et al. Don't be surprised if any written response is a form letter explaining how concerned the representative is but he/she is awfully busy with the business of governing but thanks for your interest and please continue to contact him/her any time you have a question or comment. The hit the control C to make a copy of it. Whatever that does, it speeds up uploading. Go figure.
