It is my understanding from what I have just read on Wiki, this Visa is granted to people who work in "specialized" areas and have ability to do a job no one else can do. So am I assume it is impossible to find a capable American? I would imagine these are high paying positions so I'm a little confused about why the government of DC feels they must have this man from Turkey to do the job. A few months ago, Bill Gates appeared before a senate committee to ask for an additional 64 of the same type Visas for Microsoft to employ people from other countries. It was particularly galling to us because we have some friends. programmers, telecom specialists who have had difficulties finding jobs since the dot com bust. Where does Obama find these people or who recommends them? If Kundra has taken a temporary leave from the White House ( after serving one week ), does that mean he is under investigation?
