Obama Lip Reading, Anyone?

Well, well, well. Remember George Bush senior? Remember when he promised, “READ MY LIPS. NO NEW TAXES.” Yep, that was a dandy moment. It paved the way for Bill Clinton handing George Sr. his ass because Mr. Bush reversed himself and imposed new taxes. It would seem that American voters are not complete fools. They do remember campaign pledges and expect candidates to deliver.

When you promise repeatedly to deliver 95% of working Americans a tax cut you better damn deliver or else. This is not good for the Obama team. We will be doing more than reading his lips. If he keeps this up it will surely lead to his ballot-box demise and the political obituary of another one-term President who failed to keep his word.
