I agree. When the POTUS claimed that what something someone had done to further his upcoming apotheosis (which is what I see this publicity stunt as designed for)was boneheaded, I’d ask why in the ____ (fill in the blank) he felt he should be President if his people can’t think before they act. The behaviors of people in any organization reflect topp management. As a reporter I’d be angry and not allow that excuse. (Don’t the reporters realize that while they are now viewing him as their boss from whom they take orders, WE should be the ones they view as their bosses and we should have good–not self-serving (maybe he thinks he sounds humble)–answers?)

And then his excusing himself by going on to say there will be an investigation. Well, as one of his lesser mere mortal predecessors said, “The buck stops here.”

I don’t know why any of us should believe the “official Obama line” concerning the Swine Flu..considering all the lies that were told during the campaign…and continue to be told..like the “stimulus package” has created or saved 150,000 jobs, and no lobbyists will serve in his administration…and no bill will be signed until the American public has 5 days to review the bill……

A doctor in Texas claims that swine flu cases are at least ten times worse than officials are letting on, and that hospitals are becoming overwhelmed as the virus has already crossed the threshold to be considered a phase 6 global pandemic.

Dr. Marcus Gitterle, an emergency medicine physician based out of New Braunfels, Texas, sent out an internal alert which contains several stunning claims about swine flu that, if true, officials have presumably sought to keep from the public.

The doctor claims that the actual number of confirmed cases of swine flu is 10 to 25 times worse than has been reported, and that people are not recovering easily, as has been claimed, but that many Americans are in fact seriously ill.

HA! Remember, after Joe didn’t make it in the primaries he really wanted to be Sec of State….how would the King of the Gaffes fare around the world as our chief diplomat? Not.

I always wonder why Bambi picked him. Purely selfish reasons because if he had chosen the right person the Dems could have had a chance at 16 yrs in the WH–if he were grooming someone to run after him but by picking Joe he didn’t want the competition.

Biden was trying to scare up a panic. Just like with the “fly over Manhattan” incident, Obama wants to see what he can get away with and who he can use to do it. Nothing is done by accident. I really resent them using the term “bone headed” as an excuse. These are intelligent men, and as such everything they say should be suspect. My questions are always – what are they up to, what does this mean and who stands to gain? Call me cynical, but I don’t take kindly to anyone trying to blow smoke up my butt.
