Yes, 17 billion is “real” money in DC. For the rest of us, the ordinary people, it’s an amount that’s hard to get our heads around. But Obama and his friends can flick off a few “billion” because they’re ready, set, go on $3.55 Trillion!

If we wanted to stop pollution, a carbon tax isn't the best way. If we want to tax and redistribute wealth to promote a shift in the social class structure of this nation... that is something else entirely. The environmental movement has been hijacked by these people and unfortunately they could care less about bears or the environment.
