If a picture is worth a thousand words, then this video is a friggin library.
It is tough to teach someone to be this incoherent. It is only one thing.
Talent. Or to be more accurate, a lack of talent at lying. Bill Clinton was believable, sort of, while insisting he “did not have sex with that woman.” And Dick Cheney? Hell, he knew where the weapons of mass destruction were (but he hasn’t been so chatty about that of late).
But Nancy? A brain addled disaster. She’s certain the CIA lied but she is not certain about what she was “informed” (sic) and when she was “informed” of it.
