Bio:

William G. Hyland received his BA from University of Alabama and his JD from Stanford University. A former prosecutor, Hyland is a trial lawyer with more than 26 years of litigation experience. His scholarly articles have appeared in law journals of the University of Texas, University of Richmond, and the American Journal of Trial Advocacy. Before law school, he worked with a top-secret clearance for the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency.
