They got me the first time around with the ARPS garbage, they won't get me twice. Anyway there is already and will be for about a year (before inflation kicks in)the most incredible deals in the real estate market for investors. If you want to increase your yields, then buy solid utility stocks. They are taxable at 15% (up to a limit), which is probably much lower than your last $ of taxable income.
