Perhaps it was programmed in China or else it is one of Gill Bates useless applications in its perpetual beta-testing phase that has all the work done by unpaid volunteers, i.e., those who shelled out good money for a product that had no quality assurance built into it up front and zippo in the way of requirements management documentation written for it. Trust me, I work with much more sophisticated applications than the stuff being foisted upon an unsuspecting public and it works right out of the box.
