Bill Roggio, Long War Journal, embeds this wondrously pretentious video from South Waziristan in Bill’s rich resource of Long War Journal, showing the Jihad lads chanting and churning in the summer dust, with live-fire demonstrations of their prowess fighting the Martians or whoever else shows up.

What did show up at this rudimentary training camp (needs a clubhouse, a screening room), called Karwan Manza, was a flight of Predators.

Wildly inexact reports of casualty numbers, perhaps 8, perhaps 8 million.  Back in Vietnam they called this kind of military after-battle report SWAG, for Stupid Wild Ass Guess.
