In really bad weather like a Hurricane well you can really expect a flood. when the flood arrives and you are flooded out that is mother nature telling you it's time to move permanetly to higher ground. If you choose to stay then what ever happens after is your fault. If you live in a neighborhood that is close to the sea, a river and a swamp you can expect to be flooded out when it rains.
