wolf blitzer in jeopardy

Wolf Blitzer got spanked by Andy Richter in Celebrity Jeopardy. And he looks as miserable as his performance.
According to Wikipedia, “The incident created a stir when, after airing, CNN President Jonathan Klein suggested that Andy Richter might be a better choice to host The Situation Room than Blitzer.”
Perhaps those in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones?
“…Ferguson cracked that the former Alaska governor is “quite funny,” evoking audience laughter, and asked about her future. Ferguson: “Hey, what about Sarah Palin, talking about “quite funny”? Do you think she’s gone? Do you think that’s it?”
Blitzer responded: “No, she’s not gone. We’ll be seeing a lot of her. She’s going to be writing a book. She’ll be doing speeches. She’ll be on TV. You’re going to have a lot of material. … If you need material, you’ll have it.”
Or mock others on their TV appearances.
I think Jonathan Klein is right…maybe hiring Andy would help CNN. That was terribly embarrassing and painful to watch.
Who’s providing the material now, Wolfie?

Wolf Blitzer should stick to topics he knows something about.
Blitzer: Media whores who have rug burns on their knees for $400 Alex.
ha ha ha
did you notice when wolfie said “we’re gonna do the 200th day of b.o. special on the situation rm” (@6:25) he was expecting the crowd to go “wooo” but instead he got COMPLETE SILENCE!just crickets.
ha ha ha
Interesting.
Methinks the pres. is a tad overexposed. Hmmm.
And this guy looked down his nose in disgust at Sarah Palin. Liberal fugsmucker.
Well, they just proved it. When you’re low and desperate for attention, you go after a winner. Of course, they also knows that earns them additional Heck of a Job Brownie Points with the left, too. lol poor things.
With this performance and knowledge,Wolfie would be hard pressed to beat out a Kindergartner.
Ha Ha what a pitiful way to present your brain cells.
Seeing Wolf Blitzer on Jeopardy is so funny. I am reminded of the episode of Golden Girls when Dorothy appears on Jeopardy, or the hilarious episode of Cheers when Cliff Clavin does the same: in all cases, a surreal farce within a fantasy. Wolf Blitzer? What a cool name. If his name were something clunky, like, say, Henry Waxman, I doubt he would be where he is today–making a dunce out of himself on Jeopardy!
I remember Wolf’s rise to celebrity status during “Dessert” Storm, as a few of my spelling-challenged college freshmen typed it on their very poorly researched papers. All the “journalists” were allowed to do in that military campaign was ask the military spokesperson questions in a regular press briefing. It took ages to get real reporting from a few intrepid free lancers. Wolf would gush and nearly wet his pants when he got to show little video game like segments of pilot-eye views as they targeted bombs they were dropping in Iraq. I could still imagine the bomb as a cupcake or a blob of pudding thanks to my students.
Then along came W; and during his war, he contained the journalists by embedding them and turning them into cheerleaders. I have to admit that FOX was the worst channel in terms of cheerleading journalists at that time.
So now we do have a large group of journalists that have been specially trained by the right and now used by the left not to question the powers that be.
It was a terrible backlash for the fact that the military first invited journalists into Viet Nam and then regretted it. They decided then that they had to control the journalists from then on.
I can’t watch Wolf without getting angry.
Bwahahahahahahahaha!!! Thanks for this AGII - that was hilarious!
And it just goes to show, because someone can read a TELEPROMPTER, they aren’t necessarily SMART!!!
heheeheh! yes!
Wonder how Wolfie would do on “are you smarter than a fifth grader” ?
hahahaha
i don’t think he will ever go near a tv game show again. HA
This TV journalist gained fame with a name and a face similar to certain Hollywood horror films.
“Who is Wolf Blitzers?”
Well, we can just see how all these MSM journalists are all so ntelligent. The lowly American just can’t understand what is good for them! Rick Sanchez??? Campell Brown ???? Those two idiots from MSNBC? Yes, and Fox…..you can name them…they are all puppets reading a scrp for their corporate controlled masters! Where has the true invesigative reporters gone?? What an embarrassment to CNN. This should be a lesson to Wolf to think twice before making fun of another person’s intelligence because they can just pull this clip up and use it against his own lack of intelligence.
