Help ACORN Re-Brand **OPEN THREAD**

It has been very interesting to see ACORN’s response to the recent video stings of several offices. They seem to be in the denial phase. Or maybe it’s anger since they’ve threatened lawsuits.

What happens when they reach acceptance? Well, optimistically, they’d disband. Yeah, that’ll happen. What do other corrupt corporations, organizations or individuals do? Re-brand, baby. Time for a little change. Say you’ll cut out the few bad elements but keep doing good work for “the people.”

Anyway, here at NQ, we’d like to provide a public service to ACORN. Let’s help them re-brand.

Now, it is true they’ve sort of done this already. This summer, they re-branded as COI (Community Organizers International). But either that name hasn’t stuck or the re-branding is incomplete.

Be a giver. Suggest a new name for the inevitable successor to ACORN.
