The Obama administration on Friday nominated Victoria Espinel as co-ordinator for intellectual property enforcement, a new position demanded by the entertainment industry to help it battle copyright theft. Ms Espinel’s role, shortened to IP ‘czar’ long before the current administration’s fondness for czars became a political issue, was created last year as part of a bill that also imposes severe penalties in counterfeiting cases.

ACORN and it’s fraudulent practices is just a tip of the iceberg of Obama’s associations. I wonder if this feeling I have is what German’s felt in the early 30’s. Something’s happening and it doesn’t feel right.

Correct. But if you want to dig deeper you need to understand the role of Soros, and endure the charge of being a conspiracy monger. I will gladly accept that charge, if the end result is to illuminate what is happening. In the aftermath of the primary, one of the top Democrats (Don Iverson)said Soros now controls the party. The real battle was between the centrists represented by the Clintons and the hard left represented by Soros and his surrogate Obama. That has now become the battle for the future of this country. Soros is the real problem here and I rather suspect that if Obama is denied a second term Soros will appoint him his successor. This is not the conclusion I started off but the more you look at the associations, the facts, where the money is invested, the policies Soros pursues, you begin to realize there are left wing conspiracies as well as right wing conspiracies, and they can be equally detrimental to those of us who believe in the Constitution and worry about the survival of the middle class.

Reid is right about one thing: it would be distracting. What he fails to understand is the lesson of watergate, i.e. it isn’t the crime, it is the cover up. He will pay dearly for this mistake.

i live in nevada and harry reid is my senator. yes he’s 11 pts behind in the 2010 election so far. i have written him on many occassions, recently asking him about the COLA freeze on medicare telling him that las vegas has a huge senior population who contribute greatly to the economy here. if we have less, we will spend less.he wrote back some crap about it being because of the GDP, the CBO, the ABC etc. etc. and that it would only be for 1 year. that is complete B/S.they are pushing for 10 years!! reid sold his soul to the devil (read obaME) who will hopefully be a one term president.
