Larry Johnson Interviews Mark Perry On C-Span’s After Words

Larry Johnson will appear on C-Span’s program, After Words, this Saturday night (April 24th)at 10:00om (EST). Larry will be interviewing Mark Perry, author of Talking to Terrorists: Why America Must Engage With Its Enemies.

About the Program

Mark Perry argues that it is necessary for the U.S. government to verbally engage with groups like Hezbollah and Hamas, even though they are considered to be terrorist organizations. He says that we have done so in the past and that it has led to positive outcomes.

Mr. Perry is interviewed by Larry Johnson, former CIA analyst and former deputy director in the State Department’s Office of Counter Terrorism. Mr. Johnson is the founder and main author of the No Quarter weblog (noquarterusa.net/blog/).
