If this is not a travesty and slap in the face of the thousands of legal immigration applicants waiting patiently in line for years, then I don’t know what is.

She would also have to prove that the country conditions for the likelihood of such abuse have changed very drastically (for the worst) since she was initially denied asylum.

Kenya is currently politically unstable. Just last year 1300 people died in post-election violence. Politics divide along tribal lines. Auntie is the member of a minority tribe. She also has the good fortune–or misfortune–of being widely known as the President’s aunt.

I suspect that if Barack Obama were not involved–if we were talking about a similar situation with some other seated president–you might be more inclined to look at the question more as a common-sense security issue. It is this type of situation the founders had in mind when they wrote Article II into the Constitution. What is really stupid is the idea a US president could be blackmailed or extorted for any reason. I don’t know much about this woman’s history; When and under what circumstances did she arrive in our country? Well his half brother is still in Kenya. Has he been persecuted, kidnapped, held for ransom or used to extort anything from Obama or America? Last I heard he was busted for drugs but no news that his life is in danger because he’s related to Obama.

As someone who worked for a Section 8 Housing Authority, I know all residents are checked for citizenship and income. She would not qualify for housing benefits as an illegal immigrant, so she’s living with someone who is collecting benefits (but has not declared her to the Housing Authority) which is another law broken. All parties involved should be investigaged by HUD for Section 8 housing fraud.

Barack Obama, Sr. may not have told Ann Dunham that he was already married with a child. She may have married him thinking it was a legitimate marriage. But since he was already married under Kenyan, aka British, law, never mind whether or not polygamy is fine in Africa, the second marriage to Ann Dunham was invalid since it was bigamous according to US law. Since Obummer probably grew up seeing pictures of his parent’s wedding, he assumed they were legally married. But those professions don’t come with free medical plans, built-in pensions, and at the top levels, big mansions and tons of perks at someone else’s expense. Unless he is impeached and convicted, he will have a pension at our expense, and SS for ten years, unless Congress decides to extend him lifetime SS too. And he will go back to that mansion and live off the public tit for the rest of his life. You can’t get a deal like that if you are an actor or a musician.
