You do not have to be an economist to understand her short, direct explanation. She also said about ten days ago that she and her watchdog panel were "not" a priority for the Treasury Department. She can't buy a cup of coffee from the treasury folks. Obviously, they [Geithner and his advisory team, whomever they may be] think they have "all" the answers.
