We’re Fighting Hard!

Patrick Henry, whose comments you see here every day, and who is a real patriot as well as a great friend to this blog — just sent me this video. You’ve got to see it!

Hillary Clinton — Worth Fighting For

HFP83 created this diary all on his/her own. And HFP83 writes a powerful message to go with the video:

Supporter-made Hillary Clinton music video featuring pictures and footage from the campaign in Pennsylvania. The song is “Gonna Fly Now” from the Rocky soundtrack.

Now more than ever, Hillary needs our support. Please visit her website to learn how you can get involved in the campaign and help Hillary win the nomination and the White House. Make phone calls and contribute financially, even if it’s only $10 or $20–every little bit helps. And if you live in an upcoming state, please consider voting for Hillary–she is a proven leader who will fight for the things that we care about.

This video is in no way affiliated with Hillary Clinton, her campaign, or her staff. Images were found with Google and the featured song is property of the performer(s) and/or the writers and original artist. Video footage was obtained from www.hillaryclinton.com. This video is for entertainment and personal viewing purposes only. Awesome video. Great message. Thank you, HFP83, whoever you are.

I love the help wanted sign! The requirements are just what Hillary has in abundance!

  • it’snotme

BEAUTIFUL. Absolutely beautiful! What a wonderful, heartwarming video. I love that woman.:)

OT…if anyone lives in Indiana and knows when Hillary will be there next, I want to drive from Illinois to be there. Could you let me know where and when? I’ve checked her site and haven’t seen any visits scheduled by her. Bill will be there, but I REALLY want to go to a Hillary rally and see HER. I could have gone to Crown Point, IN, but didn’t know about it. Crown Point is a short jaunt from me. I could have had shots with Hill! :(

There are many nameless people working behind the scenes for Hillary. They don’t want credit they only want a president Hillary.

Hillary is worth fighting for, and so is a free and independent media.

I ended up at these pro-Hillary websites because I did a little research, and just knew something was odd about the media coverage.

We need to work smarter or come up with some out of the box solutions (the same patterns keep on repeating themselves).

Most people are truly more intelligent than we give them credit for, and many just have busy lives and will end up making a voting decision based on reading an article or two and catching some coverage on the local news or cable networks.

Letters to the editors, blogging, calling and volunteering are effective, but at times it just seems like we’re trying to put out a forest fire with squirt guns.

So much work and effort can be undone by one or two biased moderators during the debates … or a handful of biased msm spin doctors.

I apologize for the unfocused rant, but it is beyond the time for someone with authority and standing to step up to the plate. The silence from those who are in positions to change the narrative and address the biases and/or outright corruption in the media is deafening.

Isn’t there a Bible verse that says for everyone to whom much is given, from him much will be required?

Oh, and to anyone that wants to tell me to go take care of my cats or sit in a corner with a tinfoil hat, don’t bother. I don’t care if you think I’m a hag or crazy, the msm coverage has gotten so bad, it’s more than apparent that something is wrong.

    Fantastic!

And the only one who knows how to fight based on what is important to voters!

My grandmother used to say that a lie could run half way around the world while the truth is still tying its shoes.

Barack Obama is a lie. And the only solace in the way the press is protecting the truth about him is that if he steals this nomination, he will be eaten alive by the John McCain swift boats and disappear forever from my mind and my eyes. For his is truly an offense to both of those senses. I see him and I see Leland Gaunt handing out Needful Things.

    Wonderful!

Hillary’s still standing and we’re all still here. Keep fighting, everybody.

I am not convinced that Hillary is fighting for anybody but herself.

She needs to tell my what she is going to do differently than Bush.

Is she going to have withdrawal benchmarks for Iraq?
Is she going to rip up the Patriot Act?
Is she going to disavow signing statements?
Is she going to close Guantanamo?
How is she going to help homeowners facing foreclosure?
Why can’t we have Taiwan’s healthcare system in America?

The more she talks about issues the more she reinforces her core message. The more she bashes Obama the more she wastes everyone’s time (her poll numbers are stagnant).

Loved the video. It inspired me. Hence I donated. :)

PS: Been reading nq.net for a while now, first time posting.

  • Amanda

It is not that Hillary doesn’t talk about the issues, it’s the MSM that won’t cover it.

To answer your question/s today from the AP:

Clinton’s 100-day agenda included the start of a troop withdrawal from Iraq and submitting a budget to Congress that rolls back some of Bush’s tax cuts. She also promised to sign bills he has vetoed to expand federal embryonic stem-cell research and broaden government-supported health care to millions of lower-income children who now go without.

Glad to have you here. Keep posting!

    Thank you Uppity.
This is a safe corner in the crazy world of “virtualistan” with khans like Huff, DK etc.

Ugly Moe: I have seen the answers to all of those questions in position papers posted on the Clinton web site or in speeches, debate statements and other messaging, with the exception of the Taiwan item— but she certainly has a great universal health care proposal. I think the thing you have to give Hillary credit for is that she has made an extensive effort to talk on real issues and to outline plans for resolving those issues. Most of her effort in that area has not been covered by the media. She has given major policy speeches on the economy, the housing crisis, ending the war, healthcare and those speeches have not even been mentioned in the news with very few exceptions. In debates most of the questions do not address these issues. They are not debates anyway but candidate q & a sessions driven by “journalists” and “pundits” who are not interested in the issues but in whatever will hype and spin. I would just point out that while her poll #s are steady or stagnant, Obama’s poll #s have not taken off either. It is like the 4th quarter in a Hoosier playoff and the game is a stall. Not sure whose fault that is and perhaps it is because they have fought this to a draw and that is where it is.

  • Catriley

Wow! That was outstanding! Thank you sooo much for that video! I hope it gets viral. I loved the ending and how it was all wrapped up in a beautiful package at the end.
