Hillary held meetings today, along with a press conference. In “U.S. urges cooperation against militants,” the Los Angeles Times reports: “As a summit with Pakistan and Afghanistan opens, Hillary Clinton expresses regret over civilian casualties from a military strike in Afghanistan, and promises an investigation. …”
