It is all about being AA for them and ruling in the WH as well as for their supporters. The white supporters like Sally Quinn can't get enough of that either - it's like humoring a child, an old person, or an alzhimer patient. It is patronizing. The AA's are beside themselves with joy, in fantasy land about this new president and family, and it does not matter what they believe in or whether they agree on things. That is the unimportant part. That goes for the wealthy, the poor, the liberal or conservative AA. It's about being AA and in the WH. That's what it is about for even the likes of Colin Powell. That should be humiliating to someone of his statue to stoop as low as he stooped to make his comments about the rupublicans and Rush Limbaugh yet not offering any suggestions on how the republicans can improve themselves. It is defensiveness about the AA POTUS. I find it curious that the Obamas want to appear humble and giving to rogue nations and dictators, but make every effort to appear almost over-confident, arrogant, and in charge to the citizens of THIS country. The fact that the election was not really run as it should have been run makes it not an election at all.
