The problem is that he turns around and says he wants to expand the US military by another 90,000. What is he going to do with that extra 90k? Surge v2.0 in Iraq? Talk to Ahmedinejad just before he sends US troops ablazin' to Tehran? The US military is not "overstretched". It's only overstretched because of Iraq so his call for an extra 90k is very suspicious.
