Is Walpin planning on suing? My sister is an HR Manager, and these kinds of violations are very delicate legally. Now, on top of not following the 30 day law, he can sue for age discrimination.

I saw Mr. Walpin on the news and he was impressive. He is alert and cogent.

Notice how he characterized the board meeting as “one occasion where they were hostile to me”?
It would be just like B0 to re-frame a difficult meeting (and many board meetings are difficult, and the CEO is often on the hot seat) as evidence of someone’s insufficiency.

This smacks of railroading.

We should be standing up and defending this man. We need to make a stand against the thugocracy of this President. If nothing else, alert them we won’t take this. The least we can do is give Mr. Walpin what he wants now…Some peace. He’s earned it.

Where’s our media. Write or call them. Write and call those in the White House to let them know we will not tolerate this bigotry. Ageism is bigotry. I am tired of how every one who challenges this Administration gets villianized and victimized.

Write once and send to all Editors you want to hear…just change the zip code for different areas/states. Hit the back button so you don’t have to re-write it and pick different newspapers. Bill Maher last week pointed out to Larry King Obama said of the veterans “now they’re in the winter of their lives” and the veterans were sitting in the front rows on Memorial Day.

Does Obama not realize he’s only 15 years younger than these people? I’m not even 40 yet and am already noticing age discrimination in the job market. I LIKE having people older than me at a company, makes my job more secure (once I’m the oldest one I start to worry.)

Really pisses me off how Obama does this.
