It’s Official: The LEMMINGCRAT Party Begins

lemmingcrat
There have been less than subtle hints all along. First Obama makes a deal with the DNC to help them raise money. Then Obama gets the word out that none of his supporters should be contributing to any other causes except his. Next we find out that an Obama surrogate is being pushed to become the new head of the Democratic party. And now we find out that Obama is seriously looking for a Vice President.

Even though he hasn’t even won the nomination yet. Can you say Audacity? Sure, sure you can.

Officials say Obama starts search for running mate

Likely Democratic nominee Barack Obama has begun a top-secret search for a running mate, fresh signs that the general election campaign is well under way and the primary race against Hillary Rodham Clinton is basically over.

Some people would call this confidence or inevitability. I call it arrogance and lack of respect for the process. Just look at how the nomination race is being portrayed. Who are these loons?

The campaign did not want to discuss the effort because they are still engaged in a fading primary campaign against Hillary Rodham Clinton, with three primaries left in Puerto Rico, South Dakota and Montana.

A fading primary campaign? The guy gets his butt whomped in West Virginia and Kentucky and it is a fading primary campaign? I am all for the moderate use of attitude adjusters by adults. But someone has been drinking WAY to much of the Cult-Aide if you ask me.

I wonder if these numbskulls have thought this thing through. The most recent polls suggest that at least 40% of the current Hillary supporters will not vote for Obama under any circumstance. Do Howard Dean and Donna Brazile think it is in the best interests of the Democratic party to have nearly 25% of registered Democrats voting for a Republican candidate? Do they honestly believe that Obama’s appeal with Independents and Republicans can make up for our defection? Or rather, their defection from the democratic process.

My own theory in this is that the DNC has been in the tank for Obama from the start. They want to run the black guy. And that is why they turn a blind eye to the obvious serious problems an Obama candidacy carries with it into a general election. Number one being Obama’s close and long standing relationship with Bill Ayers.

Surely the DNC has lost what little of a mind it has left if they think the American people are going to elect a President that is best buds with a terrorist. Homegrown or otherwise. And Bill Ayers was and is still a terrorist. It was because of Ayers and his insane terrorist organization that the love and peace movement of the 60s and early 70s died a premature death. They weren’t a part of the getting along crowd. They were and are the enemies of peace.

I don’t give a damn whether Obama wears a flag pin or not. I don’t. But then again I don’t hang with terrorists. And this isn’t just some casual association. Their kids don’t go to the same school like Axelrod blatantly lied about. Michelle and Barack Obama are FRIENDS with Bernadine Dohrn and Bill Ayers, the terrorists. Michelle worked with Bernadine and Barack worked for Bill. And Obama started his first political campaign at the home of these terrorists. In their residence.

So to Howard Dean and Donna Brazile and Barack Obama I only have this one thing to say. You have alienated many people during this campaign season. And many, if not most of us will never forgive you. And a strong percentage of us are going to actively work against you. So I HOPE you are happy with what you have created. The only good news to any of this is that you will be taking your cult off the cliff with you.

The present-voting empty suit, the arrogant attitude, the racist tactics, the idiotic chants, the vacuous slogans, the unthinking CULT. You want this to be president?

  • http://deleted Kathleen

Larry, I call it a coup.

  • RosWa

No empty suit with big ears for me….it is Hillary or McCain 08.

  • HARP

I knew there was a coup going on in the party when it was revealed that only 2 states would be penalized for moving up their primary. They are going to push him through no matter what happens because their own careers depend on it.

  • HillaryMadamePresident

I call it arrogance and lack of respect for the process.

PaganPower, I couldn’t agree more!!! Obama, Axelrod, Dean and Brazile have ruined the Democratic Party, with the help of certain news outlets. They are Bullies with a steamroller. There is nothing Democratic about it. I hope they know what a big surprise the Reagan Democrats, as well as many other groups who have been disenfranchised or just plain shouted down by these bullies, are going to be handed in November. I don’t much think it will be a pleasant surprise for Obamatrons. It’s Hillary or McCain 2008.

  • Bill

    Yes. Yes I do.

  • http://hyper-educated-uppity-woman.blogspot.com Uppity

Love this quote from one of the links

But Obama can’t afford to move too quickly toward the general election, or he will risk alienating Clinton supporters who are already emotional about the likelihood of their chosen candidate’s closely fought defeat.

Um, somebody needs to tell barry he needn’t risk alienating anyone. It’s already done and he can’t have us back.

If he plans to put his surrogate to head the Cliff Party, what was he planning to do with Howard? Under the bus with you Howard! Sucker!

  • HARP

    Hey Bill.

If I throw a stick, will you go away.

  • Bill

But how is this a coup when clinton’s people were the ones that voted to strip the delegates?

Stripping the delegates was supposed to help clinton front load the primary so she could win before someone like Obama could get name recognition.

She and her team just misjudged the anti establishment feeling this year and lost Iowa.

  • http://lkcampbell.blogspot.com Lucinda

I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s all about destroying the Clintons. I don’t think it’s about “running the black guy”. It could be any guy they pulled off the street and convinced to run, so long as they could get the Clintons and all of their riff-raff (e.g. elderly people, Latinos, baby boomers without college educations, women of a certain age, black people who won’t get in line, etc.) out of the party. Talk about shooting yourself in foot. Wonder what I’ll wear to John McCain’s inaugural ball?

  • http://hyper-educated-uppity-woman.blogspot.com Uppity

Great post, PaganPower. And Lemmings are such cute little things. Too bad they run off cliffs in mass suicide.

I think Arrogance is Obama’s real middle name.

I was a Democrat for almost 40 years. Obama’s hijacking of the party has chased me and millions away. They can run off the cliff without us.

Its all about destroying the clintons for a lot of the peon party insiders who suddenly see this as the opportunity they have been waiting for to curry favor with the rising new power.

Little do they know this is the same old dirty political pay for play machine that runs chicago.

They aren’t just selling their votes, they sold their souls and their party with it.

My Friends you are witnessing the destruction of the Democratic party from the inside out.

    Time for a new party.

No, it had to be some kind of black because of the race card with the AA block. BO was the perfect fit – postwar postracial postpartisan postrational posthaste and all that crap

Barry can count me out. I signed the pledge. I’ll contribute, financially, to McCain and campaign for him, if Hillary is not the nominee. I haven’t heard a peep from Howie. Is he in hiding? I don’t know how often DNC Chairs serve..does the nominee get to install a new leader every 4 years? I prefer to think that he recognizes what a mess he’s made of things, how he has failed the entire party and is getting outta Dodge with his head hung low.

  • Catharine

Here is an interesting solution to the entire problem (I mean if Obama can court potential VPS – why can’t Hillary)?

“I was listening to Rush (oh My God)! A valid point was brought up – who do you want to disenfranchise more – women or black voters? One of his listeners brought this up, and said no one wants to talk about it – if BO does not get the nomination, the race card will be pulled and there will be riots in every US City. The Superdelegates fear this as well as the DNC. THey are being held hostage by the race card.

You know, there may well be something to that. Ok,

I have read that both John McCain and BHO would love to have NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg as a running mate. Many US Citizens would like Bloomberg to step up to the plate and run Independent…

So…Hillary should get with Bloomberg and try to get him to be her running mate and they should run as Indpendents together. I think they could easily win. This would get the Dems off the hook.

Michael…step up to the plate and save the country!!!!”

  • fred

The DNC will try and seat Fl and MI to advantage Obama..The DNC violate there own rules as we have been pointing out for months they did not do and investigation or they would have learn the primary move up date was pass by a Republican Majority. Florida must be seated by it voters preference. MI Obama took his name off the ballots and was given an extension to put his name back on he refuse he didn’t want the exit polls to reflex the large MI Muslims votes he would have received, he gambled. so he didn’t want MI votes and they should not be allot to him because he was not on the ballot. Dean did no investigation, he didn’t follow the rules that if after an investigated and its proven that the Democrat Party could have stop the move they get penalized 50% of the delegates. seat Fl and MI the way the voters voted. anything else would be ELECTION FRAUD

  • jen

    What I wonder…

Do the DNC powerbrokers backing O! and all his starry-eyed supporters think the press is going to keep giving him a pass IF he’s the nom and is up against McCain? Or do they honestly not see any problems with his associations and dealings with terrorists, and the corrupt Chicago political machine?

And yeah, my dad, who has voted Dem for 60 years will be leaving the top of the ticket blank for the first time in his life if O! is the nom. I won’t be working against O! but I certainly will enjoy watching him be knocked down off his self-made pedestal and won’t lift a finger to help him.

Nevada doesn’t allow write-ins but they do have a “none of the above” option, which is what I will use.

Nope. Me and dad aren’t leaving the Democratic Party — the Democratic Party is leaving us.

  • HARP

I have a question for anyone who knows the system better than I. Is it to late for Hillary to run as an Independent, since that would ensure a defeat for Obama ?

  • http://cannonfire.blogspot.com Joseph Cannon

Lemmings don’t really commit suicide. In American schools, they used to show students a Disney nature movie in which lemmings were shown leaping off of a cliff. That was staged. Yes, offscreen guys actually tossed lemmings.

Obama’s move is not THAT outrageous. Reagan picked a vice-president going into the convention in 1976. I can’t recall who it was. Reagan was actually behind in the delegate count when he pulled that stunt.

  • Andy

The only good news to any of this is that you will be taking your cult off the cliff with you.

    Indeed so they will.

By the way, there is an interesting post at TL by BTD about the advise Mike Murphy is giving McCain to run against Obama (don’t attack Obama; run as the reform candidate). BTD thesis is that it is bad advise but what is interesting is what he says at the end: that voters do not vote for reform but usually vote against the other guy.

    Interesting….for

Against Obama (if they insist on he being the nominee) we will vote in November. And that is something the DNC can take to the bank.

  • fred

My question how do we keep Hillary on the ballot in 50 states as a Democrat in the general election ? I know it can be done how anyone knows?

  • http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=po7J0f5TMrQ Jeremiah “God Damn AmeriKKKA” Wright

DNC – In the Tank for Barry and Michelle. Dean has hated the clintons for so long and he just cant help himself now. Besides all that arab money disguised as sub 200 dollar donations bundled that you dont have to identify which is 95% of obamas funding as he says – in other words 95% of his fundraising can not be accounted for, goes a long way to buying votes.

Any democrat who didnt know how easily votes are bought sure knows it now.

Mainstream Media – So enraptured with the idea of a black president they dont bother to vet and have now so deeply invested they have no objectivity.

Republicans – Some laughing at this others beginning to worry about what will happen to this country if this nutjob from Chi-town gets in power.

American people – god help you.

looks like it took BO, dean, pelosi, kerry, kennedy , dodd 4 months what the GOPs couldn’t do in over 20 years.. THEY HAVE DESTROYED THe DEMOCRATIC PARTY.. good thing I changed my affiliation to indy. I would be embarrassed to call myself a democrat anymore

  • so saddened

oh yes, bill, hillary would naturally say, hmmm, i want to win early, so i’ll be sure that two states that everyone knows will vote FOR me bigtime don’t get counted…

    obamalogic.

hillary or mccain. no other option.

  • http://hyper-educated-uppity-woman.blogspot.com Uppity

To me this really is deja vu. The party ends up fractured every time these Marxist nutcases rear their ugly heads. But in the end, the majority of the party stays quiet till November. The moderates Rule in the end. That’s why we have only elected two presidents in thirty years. And it was Bill Clinton who rescued them last time. So much for their gratitude. When they are done, the party will be in shambles again until a person comes along who is not a wingnut and the party gets a shot of adrenaline again. Overall, 2012 should do it.

The problem is, these crackpot radicals try to “purge” the party every so often when in fact they get marginalized in the end. These are people who know their fringe parties were useless so they want to turn the Democratic party into Them. And for some reason, they imagine they can con Democrats to vote for a wingnut while managing to insult every large voting block in the process. A bunch of smart dumb people, if you will. The problem is the majority isn’t going to “leave the party”. Instead they are just not going to vote for the candidate.

The other problem is, nobody purged THEM instead. Perhaps the next time we actually elect a president, it will come to mind.

In the meantime, you are witnessing the McGovern episode Re-Make, only the media is even more advanced. The shouters and insulters and offensive kids get to be even more offensive, which means the electorate will be even more offended and pissed off at the polls.

As for the swiftboating: At first you will wince watching Barry get nailed if the dump him on the ballot, but later you will actually get to enjoy it. Even McGovern didn’t have the swiftboat problem, and he only got 38% of the vote. Things are far more advanced today. A Marxist Snob can insult larger blocks of voters with just a few words and it flies around the country. Thus, Barry’s little disconnect problem. I predict that the subject of Black Reparations will be hitting the mainstream just to make sure that even more Democrats jump ship at the poll. This is going to be embarrassing.

Ironically, SDs were designed to avoid another McGovern problem. How funny is that?

  • Dakinikat

That’s the thing that is most confusing to me. I can’t imagine what is going through their minds at this time. They think we’re all going to line up like nice little sheep to slaughter behind who ever they anoint. As an optimistic kid, I voted for Dukkakis. I sighed and voted for Kerry even though I knew we were once again snatching defeat from the jaws of what should have been inevitable victory. The DNC does not appear to care that a huge number of their voters WILL walk and pull the lever for McCain. It has nothing to do with this ‘drawn-out’ season or Hillary voting on. I’m sure they’ll blame President McCain on Hillary some how. You cannot keep putting up a candidate that appeals to the anti-war crowd and a few other special interest groups that represent a minority of voters and expect to retake the presidency. Hello? McGovern? Hello? Most average Democrats are average Americans! Hello? DNC? HELLO?

  • Bill

sorry but they were hill’s people when they voted to strip.

I know that might be hard to contemplate, but the fact is Ickes was working for Hillary’s campaign when he voted, and 12 other members had already come out in support of hill.

Are you arguing they voted against their candidates best interest?

  • http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=po7J0f5TMrQ Jeremiah “God Damn AmeriKKKA” Wright

no but she has to gather signatures to be on the ballots, although her documented voting numbers should be able to be used in lieu of that for most if not all the states.

But Hillary running as an independant would be equivalant to an asteroid hitting the political landscape.

    Nobody knows what would happen.

But we all know that they would be attacking her from all quarters. oh wait they already do that no>?

    The Rude Pundit

Proudly lowering the level of political discourse
    5/23/2008
Hillary Clinton: RFK’s Ass Was Capped All the Way in June, So What’s Your Fuckin’ Hurry?:
An analogy: Hillary Clinton basing her timeline for ending the current nomination process on the June assassination of Robert Kennedy is like a drunk guy saying he’s got time for another whiskey because his girlfriend is busy getting gang raped in the alley behind the bar.

And someone really ought to point out to the Clinton campaign that the presidential campaign of 1968 was not a two- or three-year long process. The New Hampshire primary, the first in the nation, wasn’t until March 12. Kennedy didn’t even get into the running until March 16, 1968. By June 4, 1968, the date of the California primary that Kennedy won, a date that’s four months later than this year’s California primary, there had only been 13 primaries. Indeed, running until the convention was the only choice, especially after Kennedy was killed on June 5. By June 5 this year, every state will have had its primaries or caucuses. It’s not that people were any more patient in 1968. They just didn’t have a choice but to wait and see.

So, like, even leaving out the morbid fucktardery of the statement Clinton made and dealing with it on its alleged merits, it’s deceptive and idiotic and out of context.

To Clinton’s campaign and its supporters, who have been holding out for some gaffe by Obama that would take him down: How’s that working out for ya?

Leiberman had it right — the party has been hijacked. I’ll hold out until the convention but afterwards my instinct tells me I’ll be leaving the party that Hillary brought me into decades ago.

It is a sad, sad day when the remaining democratic standard-bearer for democracy (Hillary) is being given the ratchet job that the MSM and DNC has given her. Not only is she a fighter, she is a lady. She won’t have a crying fit and leave the party or switch parties. If the train, doesn’t soon come to a hault we may be soon hit the wall – higher gas prices, dwindling food supply, an expanding recession which Buffet even believes may be here for a while, an energy crises, wars and rumors of wars

… what does the MSM and DNC do … throw the candidate who offers viable solutions off the train … for the establishment candidate … the change candidate would have at least made an attempt to introduce “change” legislation in his first term as a US Senator.

I am deeply saddened. I am also deeply saddened that gender issues are still so wide spread in parts of the US today.

They are not unbiased or impartial. they just wen after her while giving preferential treatment to Obama. What is this country coming to, when people push others around, make death threats on the internet , saying they will slit Hillary’s throat or even worse, attack women in the media and think nothing of it but when anyone makes a “racist” remark, everyone cries,”Foul” and go up in arms.Pretty infantile, women deserve the same respect and consideration as men or people of another race. Latest from electoral-vote.com:

Obama has pulled slightly ahead of McCain, although Clinton still enjoys a bigger lead over McCain:

    O 266, Mc 248, Tied 24 [IN and VA]
    C 314, Mc 207, Tied 17 [MI]

I do not belong to any political party, and never have belonged to one, but I have voted mostly Democratic since I became old enough to vote [I'm 45]. I have always voted for the Democratic presidential candidate except in 1996. I live in the Arkanshire, and I knew Big Dog would carry my state in 1996, so I indulged in the luxury of a protest vote for Nader that year–although I voted for Gore in 2000 and Kerry in 2004.

At this moment, I plan to vote for McKinney [Green] if the Dems nominate Plastic Jesus, but if I think Arkansas is sitting on the bubble come Nov. 4, I may vote for a GOP Prez candidate for the first time in my life.

How To Start a Political PartyIf Joe Lieberman can do it, I can do it.
    By Daniel Engber

Joe Lieberman will appear on the Connecticut ballot this November despite losing the Democratic primary, said state officials on Wednesday. To get on the ballot, the senator collected more than 7,500 signatures and formed a brand-new political party called “Connecticut for Lieberman.” Wait, can I start a party, too?

You bet. The rules differ depending on where you live, but in general all you have to do to start a political party is gather enough signatures. In the Explainer’s home state of New York, you need to get 15,000 voters spread out across the state to sign a petition to have one or more candidates added to the ballot. (According to the distribution requirements, more than 100 people have to sign in each of at least 15 congressional districts.) Once you’ve got your signatures, you just have to number the pages, have a witness sign the bottom of each one, and then bind the whole package “by any means which will hold the pages together in numerical order.” Send the thing to the State Board of Elections, and voilà!

Of course, you’ll need a name for your party—something like “New York for the Explainer,” for example. And you’ll also need a logo or emblem. If you send in your petition without a party name and logo, the board may pick them on your behalf.

When a political party allows anyone with the character of Obama to be one of it’s candidates it is REALLY TIME for CHANGE. Time to change to another party. Instead of Americans voting for this fraud, Americans should be calling for an INVESTIGATION of him for National Security pruposes.

Glad you brought that up as I do not understand how he can get a Top Secret SI Clearance, which I assume is required by a President. He had an admitted drug past (read his books) – and his association with Ayers et al – how can he get one?????? Unless the FBI is also corrupt – it can’t happen!!!!!

You show me ONE time when Little Lord Obama has taken responsibility for ANYTHING in this campaign. He’s a coward. I certainly wouldn’t want to have HIM backing me.

You know, I’m just a “typical white person”…

“I ceased to advertise my mother’s race at the age of 12 or 13, when I began to suspect that by doing so I was ingratiating myself to whites.”-Barack Obama, Dreams of my Father

“Black politicians less gifted than Harold discovered what white politicians had known for a very long time: that race-baiting could make up for a host of limitations.”- Barack Obama, Dreams of my Father

“I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.”-Barack Obama, Audacity of Hope

You call this “good judgement” on Obama’s part? BWAHAHAHAHA! There goes your credibility, Bill. Take your racist remarks and apply them to the race-baiting cowards that have actively divided this party. Give it a rest. Don’t they require you do some reading on the subject before they cut you loose to make a fool of yourself? Geesh…

The arguments Larry and others have made in regard to Obama’s utter obtuse corruption in conjunction with world terrorism are very important when taken in context.

And every time he opens that low IQ mouth, he shows how provincial he is, when he displays a willingness to engage with Tehran, or an Odinga, while Mc Peak (!) spews about the “Miami and NY problems,” Isarel an “open sore,” he’s sending a very strong message.

The reason Mondale lost to Reagan was the Iranian Hostage Thing. And who made the Pisspoor foreign policy decisions that led to that debacle??? None other than Zbig Brezinski, Jimmy Carter’s National Security guy. He allowed the exiled Shah of Iran to enter the US for medical treatment. Despite dire warnings of problems this would cause, he was allowed to enter, even though he could have received treatment elsewhere. And of course the hostages were then captured and international incident escaleted to destroy Carter. And guess who is Obama foreign policy adviser? And who else is connected to Brezinski? Besides MSNBC’s Mika Brezinski, her brother is advising John McCain. I believe Mark Penn was connected to Brezinski in some way too.

  • Ulahane

Bill, any defense of Chomsky outs you as being not a Democrat and not a liberal. You are a Green party member at best or a leftest at worst.

And genius, Neolib is more commonly used to refer to the extreme, authoritarian views of the left, such as those often expressed at the Daily K**, than it is used to describe the center-left reforms of the Clintons.

  • jes

I think it’s because of Bill’s southern roots and the fact that he comes from a working class background. Bill and Hillary understand the people of this country. Unlike Obama, it’s not an intellectual exercise to them.

  • some canadian

This is getting kind of sad. You know, it sucks to lose, especially when you go into things with such massive advantages that you seem practically invincible, but… Hillary lost. She didn’t have a plan for anything past Super Tuesday, and by the time she got back on her feet around Texas, she’d fallen too far behind. That may have nothing to do with being the better candidate, but there it is. I can’t imagine what it would take to reverse things now.

And I’m not clear how that’s led to so much bile in places like this because I honestly don’t see the sort of vile intentions from the Obama camp that most of the people here see. Where does it come from? It’s like when you’re reading Andrew Sullivan’s blog and he posts about the Clintons and you can almost sense him starting to twitch and foam at the mouth as he types.

Losing is not the same as being disenfranchised. Hillary can still run in 2016, or heaven forbid, 2012. Obama as president is not the end of the world and I really don’t think he’s as bad a person as commenters (and bloggers) here make him out to be. Looking from a relatively neutral position, the hardcore Obamanauts aren’t the ones who look like a crazed cult right now. Maybe it’s time to just run things out, talk to the people, stop mentioning Obama altogether, and for the love of God, stop comparing the Clinton campaign to stuff like womens’ suffrage or Zimbabwe. If there weren’t statements like that floating around, nobody would have misinterpreted the Bobby Kennedy thing.

Also, as to the Dean thing: is it possible Dean might get replaced so he could take a cabinet post? I’m not sure if it’s a good idea to telegraph that you want to give a post to a guy half the country thinks is certifiable, though.

  • Betty

I think you are right. I have thought for a while now that if, for some reason, Hillary had decided not to run for president neither would have Obama. They (who ever “they” are) would have held him in reserve in case Hillary decided to run in 2012. They think he is the Hillary stopper candidate.

“They” are in up to elbows right now and probably have no idea what to do. I wish someone would start leaking how it was arraigned, who was in on it.

To their dismay they now see Hillary’s support is formidable and unstoppable. It is obvious she is a leader in the mold of FDR – both as CiC and as champion of the working class. And Obama is a pansy, with nasty friends and by now “they” must have come to the frightening realization that he is someone Else’s puppet.

And now they know that what was such a sure democratic victory in Nov will turn into a McCain landslide, if they are foolish enough to give Obama the nomination, but they are trapped. And “they” are going to be held accountable – not me and “they” had better not try to pin it on Hillary.

Thank God Hillary stayed in or we might all be drinking koolaid, congratulating ourselves, thinking we had nominated the first black man to be a viable candidate to the Presidency. That’s what ‘they’ planned, it is obvious “they” think we are stupid. I am going to vote against anyone it is in my power to vote against. I have heard nothing from my representatives, local elected officials or party officials. No one spoke out against the blatant sexism or in defense of our democratic processes and Hillary’s right to avail herself of them. Nothing but a silence. And I take that to be assent to the filth that has gone on. These – my elected representatives and local democratic officials are practicing Obama Chicago Politics – Don’t make eye contact, Don’t get in the way, Let it happen. They mistakenly think they can all sing that fleas song. “There ain’t no bugs on me, there may be bugs on some of you mugs, but their ain’t no bugs on me.”

If I am forced to vote McCain for the good of my country this November, I will also vote straight Republican.

Ayers went free on a technicality. He brags to this dy about being guilty as sin. If you brag about your guilt, you are in no sense redeemed.

There is no such thing as a “Progressive liberal.” You can be either a progressive or a liberal; you cannot be both. I am a liberal. Examples of progressives would be Markos Moulitsas, Arianna Huffington, Andrew Sullivan, and John Aravosis — all of whom are LiberTARIAN, not LiberAL. Liberals support the FDR legacy, the New Deal paradigm that ruled between 1945-1980. Progressives, historically, have always despised that legacy.

The Obama movement is the New McCarthyism. I was once an Obama supoorter, but I became disgusted at the smear tactics of his campaign.

Obama-rats don’t get knickers in a twist. Just saying ‘white’, ‘black’, or you know that word that is derived from hashish, that I don’t want you to come unglued, AGAIN.

  • Five Thirty

Yes – and he was the Teflon President. Reagan had the MSM’s support all the way.

  • TeakWoodKite

So your are rightwing nut jobs…

Notice the grammer on this one…my typing sucks (sorry) but this is not even GED material.

No actually I am the proud owner of a Hillary NutCRACKER…

  • Deep Truths

Stop obfuscating, Bill. Don’t you care to read anything that’s not from a blog.

Search for Ayers, Dorhn, Auchi, Rezko with Barack Obama.

Google is your friend. Light a candle and all that jazz.

She hasn’t lost yet. Wait until the second vote at the convention. She must go to the convention.

For all you readers out there.

    The Hunting of the President
    The Ten-Year Campaign to
    Destroy Bill and Hillary Clinton

By Joe Conason and Gene Lyons

It is a terrific book. A great read if you love the Clintons.

  • Deep Truths

Nonsense. Black Americans have been fooled just like those latte liberals.

MLK is worth rioting over, Obama is not worth broken fingernail.

  • Deep Truths

One good thing from this chaos though, there is a Hillary wing of the Democratic. A huge chuck of it too.

  • Deep Truths

Pretty funny for someone named ‘Hussein’. Did you know Baracks friends call anyone who mention his middle name (Hussein) a racist. Bizarre.

“…and millions of working Americans were disenfranchised by a caucus system that requires missing a day’s work (for many this is an impossibility).”

Oh cripes…the caucus system has been set up this way for a while. Don’t go whining about it now, the time to complain was before the process started, and if I had a big pile of money I’d bet it all on you not having done that.

  • Deep Truths

Ah, so your undercover, incognito, on the down-low.

    Gotcha (wink).

  • Ulahane

Actually I have complained about the very idea of caucuses for years. Send any money that you feel you owe me to hillaryclinton.com. :-)

Can you and I agree that for 2012 the Democratic party should get rid of caucuses and superdelegates and make all state delegates proportional by state, not district? Let’s not go through this again.

Donations under 200.00 do not have to be tracked or disclosed because they are considered too paltry to be worth the time to document.

Come on this guys from chicago.

He set up the kitchen cabinet that rubber stamped Rezkos picks to get contracts for kickbacks to the Obuyme and Blogpaymemoreavich’s campaigns.

You think they dont know how to launder money?

I cant wait for the rezko verdict to come in and the next round where Politician #1 and #2 are indicted.

doesn’t being on the Down Low mean you boink your bacon with the boys?

  • Judy

The DNC, Dean, Brazile are all delusional – they really believe the voting block that they have turned their backs on will just forgive, forget, and come home in November. NO WAY – I will never forgive nor forget what I have witnessed in this campaign.

fyi – I called the DNC, again (admittedly a wasted call) but the aide I spoke with did say they have received alot of complaints against Donna Brazile – especially her comments on CNN about not needing the white middle class vote. Also, she is the one pushing not allowing Fl and Mi count – geeeee, let me see – she supports who?

    HILLARY we are with you!!!

  • http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=po7J0f5TMrQ Jeremiah “God Damn AmeriKKKA” Wright

Donna Brazille is a stated undeclared super delegate…because you know if she stated that she was in the tank for obama, it would hurt her ability to race bait like she has so well against Hillary Clinton on MSNBC while pretending to be a democratic analyst…

    …analyst my ass.

  • Judy

Obama stole this nomination with superdelegates and caucuses.

    UNDEMOCRATIC = SUPERDELEGATES/CAUCUSES

    Why have us vote anymore?

I have a vision of Obama busing in people to vote in the caucuses – I can’t get it out of my mind.

Some say that Obama’s campaign out organized Hillary’s campaign – what is the right thing to say is: they out tricked (Chicago style) Hillary’s campaign.

  • http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=po7J0f5TMrQ Jeremiah “God Damn AmeriKKKA” Wright

He did bus em in. then they intimidated the hillary supporters and chased many away from the caucuses.

In addition caucuses are ideal for people who have nothing else to do all day.

THe rest of the democratic party, the ones who actually work 9-5 and have responsibilities can’t attend many of these all day events.

The whole caucus concept is just idiotic. but hey thats the DNC

Remember this is make or break week for the Obama-nutjobs.

THey need to do everything the can to get Hillary out before the takes the Popular VOte lead in all counts with a big win in Puerto Rico.

Its their last chance to try and fake the american public into believing that their nomination is legitamate.

In the end it wont matter. Everyone will recognize that they didnt win the popular vote but won with disproportionate caucus rigging and buying super delegate votes with cash or threats of race baiting.

Our revenge comes in november when we join forces and vote McCain against the Obama Ticket.

If we really want revenge against the DNC too we could also Vote Republican Down Ticket.

Handing them losses in the senate and the house along with the rejection of their manchurian candidate would be the kind of hard cold reality based slap in the face the DNC desperately needs.

How did we ever think that putting this nutjob in charge of our party was a good idea???

What dramatic defeat? Obama and Clinton are neck in neck and she just trounced him in West Virginia and Kentucky. I don’t call that a dramatic defeat…if you are going to be pro-Obama, fine, but don’t hyperbolize, it does not help your cause.

  • Obama_is_Weak

    Hey Yo ignorant Bill:

Ayres is not at the University of Chicago.

He is an education Prof. at a university in Chicago; namely UIC.

Too subtle for your cracked head.

  • usedmeat

Reid and Pelosi are spineless pushovers ripe for the likes of an Obama take over. Same for Dean and it serves them right. I’ll be laughing my butt off when those three are on the outside looking in.

  • Skiron

I’d get rid of superdelegates for sure. I’d keep the caucus system or some semblance of it though. I think they inspire political activism on the grassroots level and a sense of shared democratic values within the community that you just can’t get with a primary.

  • http://hyper-educated-uppity-woman.blogspot.com Uppity Woman

Oh caucuses inspire all right. They inspire busloads of college kids from other states to arrive and bully people into submission. They also inspire 2% of the population to arbitrarily decide how the other 98% feel and then vote for them. They also inspire an inability of people who actually work for a living to attend caucus. This would include police officers, firefighters, nurses and other useless people who work during the caucus shift at keeping your sorry ass safe. They also inspire an inability for those useless Old People to hang out and caucus. Same goes for usless disabled people. They also inspire an ability for a college student to cut class and caucus, while his parents, who are paying for his education, are at work and can’t caucus. They also inspire creative ways to cheat.

In the meantime, Hillary picked up another SD from Georgia yesterday.

But the real kicker story of the day? An Obama campaign spokesperson said that the only person who could unite the party is……you ready?

    BILL CLINTON.

I’m still wiping the coffee off my keyboard here. :)

  • workingclass artist

Hmmm….It is fun to think about though in these trying times…If anyone has the capabilities to start a new FDR type party….It would be her…
Bill Clinton led the wave with the Centrist New Democrats with both Hillary and Al alongside many others….Hmmmm

  • http://deleted AnninCa

Hillary has beld all along to a much higher standard. That is because more is expected of the top-quality candidate, frankly.

    It’s a back-handed compliment when it isn’t overt sexism. :)

Reagan also took advantage of the simple fact that middle age has a way of forcing maturity on Idealists…It’s easy to be idealist when you are either Uber Rich…or….Uber Poor…or …..Young and ignorant…
The first string of Baby Boomers had grown up and their concerns matured due to life experience…and the UTTER AND COMPLETE FAILURE OF ST. JIMMY…..They were willing to give Reagan a fair shake because the alternative was more WRONG LIBERAL BULLSHIT….Clinton was able to tap into this as well…to a masterful degree….imho

  • http://deleted AnninCa

I think Dean will obviously be given a payoff. Who would doubt it? He’s to be rewarded for his efforts to seat Obama and has had to fend off the Democratic Party regulars to do so.

In the meantime, Obama tanks. He’s great in la-la land and in states of heavy AA population. Alas, they are 90% Republican states, so that won’t really help him a lot.

And we can’t stand the guy. So…..McCain is dancing the snoopy dance.

Reminds me of the usual tales of what happens when someone hijacks a plane. Those stories don’t end up pretty either.

  • workingclass artist

They have only begun to uncover the $$$ Obama has recieved…This is why Obama and Blagovitch are both named in Rezko’s indictment…THIS IS ONE OF MANY REASONS OBAMA IS HEADED FOR POLITICAL OBLIVION…AND MAYBE PRISON…

    It’s currently up to 170,000.

The Clinton’s will help Barry Queen of Snots just like Ol’ Bill did after Al Gore started waggin his preachy little finger at Bill over Moneyca…this is a good joke…Politics is a messy affair but Obama and the DNC had gone way beyond the pale…What is the offer…It’s not like either Clinton needs doe or GRAVITAS
The DNC and the Demogliarchy shot themselves in the foot by trying to destroy the only weapon in the Democratic war chest…and that is the Clinton Administation and the Centrist Policies of Senator Clinton…The DNC Blew It and all of Clinton’s supporters know it

Southern Men have long memories…and so do Clinton’s supporters…Those that supported Sen. Clinton…and Those that Supported Ol’ Bill

The problem is, these crackpot radicals try to “purge” the party every so often when in fact they get marginalized in the end. These are people who know their fringe parties were useless so they want to turn the Democratic party into Them.

I say that the the naive youth, the radical leftists, the black nationalists, , Elitist dilettantes, and the bourgeoise Professors Ivory-tower types, the wacked out Indies and the Obamacans form their own Party — the Disney-Dysfunctional Party. Leave the working-class, disadvantaged, common, everyday moderate Democratic Party alone, please.
