You Can’t Hoodwink a Child

I received this story indirectly. Alegre first posted it at Hillary’s Voice but she said she received it from someone else. So in all honesty I ripped it off and modified it a little. But I think you will all enjoy this immensely.
Senator Obama was seated next to a little girl on an airplane, on a trip back from his many fundraisers. Trying to unwind, he turned toward her and said, “Let’s talk. I’ve uh heard that flights go quicker if you uh strike up a conversation with your fellow passenger.” The little girl, who had just opened her book, closed it slowly and said to the Senator, “What would you like to talk about?”
Thinking he had an opening to dazzle her with his superior intelligence Obama said, “Oh, Uh I don’t know, How about foreign uh policy? I know more about that than anyone else,” he said with a wide grin.
“OK,” the little girl said, “That could be an interesting topic. But let me ask you a question first.”
“A horse, a cow, and a deer all eat the same stuff-grass. Yet a deer excretes little pellets, while a cow turns out a flat patty, and a horse produces clumps of dried grass. Why do you suppose that is?”
Obama, visibly surprised by the little girl’s own intelligence, thinks about it for a minute and then says, “Hmmm, Uh I have no idea.”
To which the little girl replied, “Do you really feel qualified to discuss foreign policy when you obviously don’t know shit?”
