How about plain old CASH?? It seems clear to many of us that O is on a gravy-train from the middle east via the Chicago political machine but it may be that these folks think that there really are untold number of voters handing out untold amounts of money…. then again, maybe they don’t care where from the cash comes.

I’m not sure any action is being taken at all. Who can say? The Catholic Church is, as we all have witnessed, guarded and paranoid. They are not going to do a thing to Father Wacko because they NEED priests right now. They are faced with a tremendous shortage due to their refusal to allow women priesthood.

Father Wacko who wishes he could be black should be made to wear black paint and live in the projects for a few years. Then he might see what it is really like to suffer as an AA in America. Maybe he would have more respect for AAs rather than patronize and mock them in their pulpits.

If I were an AA I’d be very insulted after watching that fool parade himself off as a Rev Wrong wannabe.

Thank you for exposing Chicago politics. And NO, I do not think you are being hysterical by any means. We’ve watched Bush shed the Constitution now for seven years, so why would your expose(s) on Obama be hysteria?

What is truly “hysterical” is the fact that people are jumping on the Obama bandwagon without truly understanding for whom they are voting. They have no understanding of how far-left this man’s politics and spirituality lean.

We are swinging like an erratic pendulum. I have always said we need moderation to repair the great damages we have suffered. All we need now is a black separationist for POTUS and guess what will happen four years from now? Another wild swing of the pendulum to the far right in backlash.

This is a sign of America in its death throes. Now THAT sounds hysterical, but it is my honest feeling. There are too many factions at war with one another, even the Democratic Party appears to be falling apart at the seams. Where is the cohesiveness anymore? Where are our commonalities? A house divided cannot stand.

Hate to burst the bubble….this is a theological argument within the church and these kind of things take…hmmmm….decades to resolve…
Truth is Pope Benedict has not been swayed by the theological argument and he is a formidable theologian…The Nuns have to keep pluggin away at the theological argument or hope that somone uncovers something to overturn it….The RCC is not like protestant churches…What the pope says goes and that’s the way it is. Nun’s want sacramentals….Ordaining a priest is not the same as Ordaining protestant pastors because of the conferring of Sacramentals which has been one of the oldest of church traditions…and in the RCC tradition has equal weight as biblical scripture and the theological writings of the early church doctors like Aquinas and Augustine etc… This is mainly an issue in America…Why ? because we are a democracy and often chafe under Rome…There is a better theological chance for the priesthood to marry…That could happen if the theological argument wins the day….We shall see…

Look the Cardinal is not going to issue a statement punishing the priest. RCC works internally…The fact that he issued a statement so quickly is indicative that action is being taken….Pfleger is probably on borrowed time. Write the cardinal…Write the Pope…If you are not Catholic express your concern as a christian….or as an American concerned about Priests being involved with politics…But the RCC is not like protestant churches in how they are structured or community press relations although there is reform due to the scandal…One thing I do know and you can read it for yourself at the Catholic Encyclopedia …Pope Bendict XVI has ZERO TOLERANCE for Liberation Theology or politically active priests…He has been fighting it for 40 years and that will get his attention…although I’m sure he already knows…He will listen and Pope Benedict XVI takes his pastoralship seriously..imho

You can address him as Holy Father but since you are not Catholic I think you can use his title…Pope Benedict XVI and then just be respectful as you would to your own pastor….He is basically the Vicar of Christ and a pastor….When he was Cardinal Ratzinger he was a fierce defender of the faith….But since becoming Pope he has softened quite a bit and taken his pastoral role to the front of his papacy….

Ayers and Obama connection goes deeper than what Obama and the mainstream media
has been saying. Obama and Ayers have a long-standing working relationship. Not
only did Obama sit on the Woods Foundation (1999 – 2002) board but he worked for
Ayers;Obama was Director over at the Chicago Annenberg Challenge (1995 – 2003)
for eight years which Ayers was a co-founder. Larry Johnson, spells it all out
for us over on his website. A “must” read if you want to be well informed about
Senator Obama and his relatioship with Ayers. Mr. Murtagh also said that Obama
sat on an educational council (“Leadership Council” ) of the Chicago Public
Schools Education Fund (Ayers father and brother also were members of this
council). Another interesting website addresses this issue. Murtagh also said
that Michelle Obama (1988 -1991) and Ayers’ wife Dorn (1984 – 1988) worked in
