I read a new article some time back that PR is winner take all if the winner exceeds 60%. Does anyone have any verification about this? I kept it mum on blogs so that BHO troops wouldn’t circumvent the votes.
Anone know if 60% win in PR takes all delegates

Actually it doesn’t count because they can’t vote in the general election. This is pretty much the same thing as having a primary in Canada.

I knew she would win, just like I know she will win in November. But, the superdelegates must do their job too. They better because the DNC hasn’t seen anything like a woman scorned or her spouse or significant other. Go Hillary and everybody donate at http://www.hillaryclinton.com because money talks to superdelegates. Also, calling SD right now and it is looking good!!!

She was fabulous!!! From start to finish….Major injected the business of the subtleties of her hinting she was ready to quit vs. not quitting, including the idea of “suspending” her campaign.

I loved it when she spoke to the delegates about her experience, being able to beat McCain, and how she LISTED the states she won and how she leads the popular vote…(although there was a talk show host on earlier who said she wasn’t leading…)
