Most Americans would concede that a First Lady, regardless of political party, should not be hanging with the wife of Louis Farrakhan or the wife of David Duke. Is there room for associating with known racists, anti-Semites and homophobes?

We do not associate with people that are unlike ourselves. Why would we do that? We tend to associate with people who share our values, our ideas and so forth. Put two and two together people. It isn’t hard to figure out. Obama either enjoys the company of far-left wing wackos or he is using them, in which case he’s nothing more than an opportunist. Perhaps it is the latter and not the former. But it seems odd to me that everyone this guy is associated with, spiritually speaking, tends to be on the extreme fringe to say the least. How many more freaks are in his closet? How many more Father Plegers and Rev Wright’s are in his background that will be coming out of the woodwork in the next few weeks?

What’s on the Michelle Obama Rant Tape?

Here’s what’s known so far:

The Michelle Obama Rant Tape was filmed between June 26th – July 1st 2004 in Chicago, IL at the Rainbow/PUSH Coalition Conference at Trinity United Church: specifically the Women’s Event.

Michelle Obama appeared as a panelist alongside Mrs. Khadijah Farrakhan and Mrs. James Meeks.

Bill Clinton spoke during the Conference, as did Bill Cosby and other speakers, but not at the panel Michelle attended.

Michelle Obama spoke at the Women’s Event, but referenced Bill Clinton in her rant — his presence at the conference was the impetus for her raving, it seems.

For about 30 minutes, Michelle Obama launched into a rant about the evils of America, and how America is to blame for the problems of Africa. Michelle personally blamed President Clinton for the deaths of millions of Africans and said America is responsible for the genocide of the Tutsis and other ethnic groups. She then launched into an attack on “whitey”, and talked about solutions to black on black crime in the realm of diverting those actions onto white America. Her rant was fueled by the crowd: they reacted strongly to what she said, so she got more passionate and enraged, and that’s when she completely loses it and says things that have made the mouths drop of everyone who’s seen this.

The “tape” is a DVD that Trinity United sold on its website, and possibly offered free for download up until March 2008 when Trinity’s site was scrubbed and the DVDs were no longer offered for sale.

This outburst happened just one month before the 2004 Democratic Convention, when Barack Obama delivered the keynote address.

They don’t help their children at home and often don’t care about education. They don’t bother to show up for the MANY programs available to help them with assisting their child. When these kids grow up uneducated and poverty stricken, how is that anyone’s fault but the parents?

Actually, no. If you review the authorities, they make it clear that Muslims do not consider Obama to have been raised a Muslim (his father was essentially an athiest), and that even if a child is raised as a Muslim, unless he has embraced it as an adult (which Obama never did) he is not considered an apostate if he later becomes a practicing Christian, Jew, or other. There will be no fatwa demanding attacks on Obama for his Christianity.

Let me try to add some culture to the uncultured!!! Why do I say this, oh please let me explain. If you travel to another country outside of the US (including Canada) 98% of them speak 2-3 languages, at 16 they have our equivalent to a sophomore education, they are already environmental friendly, and have a firm grip on immigrants (illegal and other wise, they are called LN/local nationals and are registered and pay taxes). Most u won’t know that because you will never live abroad. Let me go on, there are all types of factions of Muslims, but greatest percentage are peaceful and very spiritual. They pray 3-4 times a days. Not as with any other group there are those who are radical, foolish and racial bigots. Sounds like Americans doesn’t it.

How about instead of us concentrating on the bad parts (which mirror ourselves) let’s concentrate on the parts we can learn from and adopt from. Let’s learn from them about the environment, mass public transportation, education…ect..

Let’s concentrate on our mutual problems. Gas is high, food is high, education stinks, see where I am going here. If you continue you won’t make it bad for me, or my children. Me, my husband and my children all have college degrees (my husband and I have life time health benefits(US Army ret))and good jobs. As a single mother of three, three years of college(but with no degree) I am considered “uneducated” and ignorant by the Obama supporters. I have worked all of my life and presently have full benefits and have always covered my childrens health care, not their father.

If we are going to talk about health care- Hillary, by far had the most experience working for women, children and health care and had the best policy for healthcare insurance. Hillarys plan covered All that didn’t already have insurance and had dozens of options. Obama’s plan only covers children. So, what happens when the uncovered parents get sick? He leaves them out.
Will I vote for Obama? Absolutely not!

It’s clear that he’s not denouncing “Jews” as a group, he’s made some distinction earlier in the clip (not shown) between “false Jews” and “wicked Jews” who he believes are supporting immoral entertainment and policies. One can disagree, but that hardly suggests that he’s denouncing Jews, any more than he would be denouncing Catholics if he referred to “false Catholics,” or “wicked Catholics” like John Kerry who are abortion supporters. Shoshanna Johnson was indeed the POW who was greeted, along with others, by her unit when she returned to Texas from Iraq. She was shot through both legs. During her short ride from the aircraft to her unit Johnson waved the flag of Haiti. I wonder what went through the unit CO’s mind when he saw one of his American soldiers waving the flag of a foreign nation. She’s from Haiti. The Army awarded Johnson a 30% disability for her wounds. She wanted more and went to Jesse Jackson for help. It’s interesting she ended up at Trinity United.

Iraqi troops ambushed her supply convoy when it took a wrong turn.

Johnson was among a dozen soldiers in the convoy who was captured.

She received a bullet wound to her ankle, causing injuries to both legs in a rescue mission conducted by United States Army Special Operations Forces on April 13, 2003.

She was held prisoner in Iraq for 22 days along with four other members of her unit including:

Spc. Edgar Hernandez
Spc. Joseph Hudson
Private First Class Patrick Miller
Sgt. James Riley – 31-year-old bachelor from Pennsauken, N.J. As the senior soldier present it was he who ordered the surrender.
Jessica Lynch – Part of same 507 unit but held separately in a different location.
