“Bill let himself be part of the solution.” Very good, now you get it! He was mostly a passive participant that was drawn in because Tiny Kim specifically requested him. Kim was calling the shots, because a weakling like Obama emboldens him to do so. If Little Kim had chosen Nancy Pelosi (he might be curious to observe the miracle of an embalmed yet somewhat animated human) she would have been the one chowing on kim-chee instead of Clinton. Who actually went is irrelavant, I’m glad the ladies are back, but N.Korea won this round. That’s the bottom line.

One thing is for sure

Clinton has a lot of class!
Kim respects Clinton unlike the snake Obama.

Why else would he ask for the real leader and grin from ear to ear with Bill’s audience.

Clinton is like the Pope to Kim who laments having lost the enemy you know as opposed to whatever Obama represents.

I love it. Bill Clinton flies to No. Korea and secures the release of two American prisoners and escorts them home. Meanwhile, Obama has beer with a professor and a cop to try to undo the hoopla that was stirred up when he did his Rev Wright imitation and jumped on the cop.

Sadly the beer story got more air time than the Korean prisoners did.

Madam, do you remember Madeline Albright? Are you so incredibly naive that you don’t realize that the whole thing was orchestrated far in advance. Obama, the Clintons, Al Gore, and many others were all in on the plan, and Clinton would never have gone had the outcome not been predetermined. You’re enthralled with the entertaining character of the movie and don’t wish to consider how the movie was produced and directed. That would detract from the movie’s ability to draw you into a magical fiction world. That’s the world where political architects want you to be. So, Sit back in your Barcalounger and enjoy the spectacle, while another chunk falls from the decaying structure that was once our proud national stature.

Pal. You do undersand that the US and NK do not have diplonmatic relationships. Since that is the case how could any current govt oficial go to NK for this release? Where did I articulate my Clinton hate Elise? Grow up! Simply pointing out his flaws and indescretions isn’t proof of hate, it’s just accurate and objective reporting. I don’t hate the man, never did. Pete Rose has more hits than anybody in the history of baseball, and is undeniably one of the greatest players ever. Does his baseball accomplishments mean that it should be forbidden to ever point out that he had a personally destructive gambling habit? I certainly don’t hate him, but how could I explain to someone why he isn’t inducted into the hall of fame if I can’t describe his unethical behavior? Clinton’s past behavior will always be germain to any assessment of his current behavior, that may seem harsh, but that’s the way it is,…sorry.

What does tend to turn my stomach though, is the type of person that falls to the ground in orgasmic convulsions everytime the Clintons are mentioned, and the type of person that sqeals like a stuck little piggy whenever anyone points out any of the multitude of Clinton blemishes. Know anybody like that Elise?

If you read the BBC link above, it says that Al Gore offered to go, but the N Korean government rejected his offer and asked for Bill Clinton.

In other articles it is initimidated that the WH had no input on the plan, and thy said it was a “private mission”. Seems Bill, Al and Hillary did all the planning and then got the WH to agree to the trip.

On arriving Bill DID smile at the North Korean Children, but remained stone faced throughout the 3 hour meeting with Kim Jon Il. Have you thought that might be part of his negotiating tactics?

Clinton was ALL smiles once he saw the girls were alright if you look back at the photos.

Bill Clinton is a private citizen and , through the State Department, was able to secure the release of two American women who were facing twelve years in a labor camp.

It’s much better to call a country part of an “Axis of Evil”, isn’t it? You’ve articulated your Clinton Hate, so why would your opinion be considered valuable, Ono?

Hillary compared Kim to a teenager throwing a temper tantrum and he compared her to a school girl. A week later, two young women board Bill Clinton’s plane headed for home. Hillary got what she wanted and Bill facillated the release. She is some outstanding school girl.

What about Obama and Rahm Emanuels’ BI-Sexual exploits. Think about it if you have 3-4 brain cells left.

There are pictures of Emanuel “dating” a secret service guy. And why oh why does the one who promised such great transparency, fight like hell to keep the WH visitor logs secret. Perhaps his two old Bi-Sexual buddies Jeremiah Wright and Bill Ayers are sneaking in for some romps?
