Obama’s Hypocrisy!

I am also an avid supporter of Hillary who is to say the least VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED to see Hillary suspend her campaign! I hope and pray that it is just that — SUSPEND.

Having said that I want to encourage everyone to keep up the fight. We know Hillary is being FORCED to came out and endorse BO. I hate to be in her situation for I do not know how she’s going to do it, but knowing Hillary, she will do it GRACEFULLY. We know Hillary has been WRONG, dispised by Obama camp and labelled DIVISIVE, POLARIZING and carries a BAGGAGE with her. Michelle Obama we are told cannot stand Hillary and does would rather die than see her be her husband’s VICE.

Therefore, my QUESTION is: For someone who is so called, DIVISIVE, POLARIZING and has a LOT OF BAGGAGE, why would the Obama campaign WANT her to CAMPAIGN for them? Where will Hillary keep her so called BAGGAGE before campaigning for Obama? Are they now saying that now that Hillary according to them has lost, all of a sudden those BAGGAGES have disappeared and Hillary is CLEARED now to campaign without affecting Obama’s campaign? Oh, and she’s only GOOD enough to join hands and campaign for Obama, but not good enough to be VICE, let alone the PRESIDENT?

They cannot fool me. I know Hillary is just trying to do the POLITICALLY CORRECT THING but I will not be joining her to VOTE for OB. We need to send a very STRONG MESSAGE that we will not be fooled or taken for GRANTED. Folks, this is not just about Hillary, it’s about FUTURE WOMEN running for public office. If they can treat Hillary like this what make us think that another woman won’t be treated the same way. Having seen what these people have done to Hillary, I don’t see another woman putting herself through this until we all stand up and say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! We DO MATTER!

Ferarro was correct. Back at the beginning of the primaries, on Hardball, the question was posed if Obama’s color be a liability. Pat Buchanan’s position was au contraire, that it was proving to be an asset, virtually the same thing Ferarro did. PJB was abruptly cut-off by the annoyed-looking Matthews. Just after Obama was declared the victor the other day, damned if Matthews didn’t say the same thing, but in the sense of how amazing Obama is, to have won the nomination as a relatively unknown, black freshman Senator.

The problem with this is that many of them will go to church and ask for forgiveness. The following Monday they will be back out in the mess of things doing exactly what they asked God to forgive them for the previous Sunday.
I am not saying all people who go to church are this way because they are not. There is a select few however that think nothing of what they do since all will be forgiven on Sunday. Slate wiped clean! I have personally heard individuals attest to this to justify there behavior. What is really sad is that they really believe that this is how it works.

Well, he needs her email and direct mail lists and probably made a bargain for that info in exchange for helping to pay off her debts (it’s been written that she does not have much time left to recoup her own personal loans to the campaign … some sort of “rule” regarding the campaign financing). He needs her major fundraisers working for him. So I think the “endorsement,” in addition to being a gun held to her head that she’d be out of the party for all practical purposes, the “endorsement” is all about money … on both sides … his need for the added fundraising and her need to pay off the debt. I think Bill’s legacy is important to her. Her singling him out during her Saturday farewell speech as the only two-term Democratic President we’ve had in the last 40 years was a reminder of this. Her speech has lots of little “bits” in it that make statements about different things, like Bill. My fave line: “Never listen to anyone who says you can’t or shouldn’t go on.” Her position is very difficult if she wants or needs to stay in the party and she has shown great capacity to handle this. It is remarkable.

Lieberman held his own, though. He knows until the Dems have a strong enough majority to replace him, they’ll put up with his contrary politics. I heard Obama kept trying to put his hand on Lieberman’s shoulder, and he kept poking his finger in Obama’s chest. Lieberman went on a radio station with some Republicans criticizing Obama for skipping the vote on his Iranian bill and called him a threat to Israel’s safety. Fair enough.

I have children and I know for a fact that they have no idea who Obama is and could care less about politics in general. I liked the party theme. The kids could invite their friends over and talk about how to convince their parents to vote Obama. Ill bet that would be one fun time. The next day the kids are being called Nerd or whatever they call kids these days at school and around the neighborhood.

Absolutely she is being forced. Did you hear Charlie Rangel’s comments after Hillary’s Tuesday night speech? Rangel, one of Hillary’s most loyal allies, is a party man through and through and he could see no reason why she was not conceding. He was on the conference call that led to Saturday’s speech. In a nutshell: Give up now and throw your support to him or you will never be able to do anything in the party again, including run in 2012 or run for NY Governor, or be reelected to the Senate in NY. They were not kidding. This is how it’s played. She either had to break from the party and announce the formation of a new party (one which has not time to get signatures to be on the ballot in November) or she had to get in line with the party line. Her speech on Saturday was loaded with “good soldier” stuff, even as she continued to make her case. It was astonishing, but that “DNC loaded gun” was at her head, make no mistake.
