I have question and no one will answer it..If you broke the rule and held your primary early and so did other states but they were seated…ok..so the rule did not apply for F & M…ok..my question is..Why if you call it cheating to seat those states fully..then why did you know think it was not cheating doing what they did…Either way was changing the rules
